Not sure who did the estimate but I have 3 sheets of stuff wrote up on my vehicle thats not even damaged prior to the insident! To be honest they never even looked at my vehicles damage just assumed things needed to be replaced because of where my vehicle was hit. Its sad how these insurance companies and body shops get over on people. Unfortunately most people dont have experience on how they work hand & hand to get over on people. AVOID THIS PLACE BY ANY MEANS NESESSARY!!!!!

They were quick to get in, completed the work in both a timely manner and in the time frame they quoted. The car wash with tire shine after was a nice touch.Good price compared to the dealership I originally had the work quoted for (motor replacement and scratches painted).It’s nice that enterprise is across the street.Polite and helpful, thank you Lisa for making it easy for me.

I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early, hoping I could get in and out so I could arrive to my next obligation on time. Proceeded to watch the claims adjuster sit behind Maia desk and tell me he couldn’t check my vehicle in until the designated appointment time. I explained my need to get to another appointment and asked if he could help me out. He said there was nothing he could do all while sitting behind his desk doing NOTHING. Horrible customer service!

Read the Yelp reviews of this place and not the Google ones only. This place is known for not being on time with repairs. Never again am I wasting time there. Never on time with repairs.

I really enjoy using Anderson and really need to come here more often. They were quick with my repairs and the staff was friendly.

Everything was excellent. I was in and out, and they did a fantastic job of fixing my 2013 Ford Explorer. It looked brand new, and they cleaned it as well. Thank you, Anderson Body Shop, and Shout out to Ms. Lisa, who was excellent from the beginning until the end. She treated me with such great respect and hospitality.

I had my car serviced here but I wouldn’t bring it back. The process of retrieving my car from them was so frustrating and tedious, they would give me different dates and times and would rarely provide updates. I found myself calling them numerous time to receive updates on my car and they would never answer nor return messages. They were nice when I was there but the customer service was very poor and the follow through for repairs was poor, also. Wouldn’t recommend.

I took my vehicle there for repairs after I was in am accident. Excellent body work done, my vehicle looks brand new. 🙂

Very present n treat customers with respect n they go above and beyond with the work expectations.

They did a wonderful job on painting and repairing my vehicle, but after a few weeks I noticed my vehicle electronics messing up and I didnt know there cause. After a very heavy rain storm where all the electronics stared going wacky, I finally did some research. I noticed that my passenger side rear tail lamp was loose and screws were missing. There was a lot of rain water entering my vehicle from the loose tail lamp. My module that controls my vehicle sit right beneath that tail lamp and my entire vehicle electronics was not functioning correctly. I of course took my vehicle back to them and they said they werent the cause of leaving my tail lamp loose. They will NOT take accountability for any issues that is a direct result of their work. They showed me pictures of the tail lamp not being removed, but that doesnt mean they didnt loosen the bolts. They were very careless with vehicle. They were working in the area where my tail lamp was and probably seen that they did not have to remove the lamp after starting to unscrew it and forgot to re-tighten the bolts (even lost a bolt). Ive brought my truck to this shop twice back to back NO ONE else has done any work on my truck, but they dont wont to take responsibility. They presented it to my insurance company so they can pay and of course the insurance declined because it wasnt a result of the accident. I am now stuck with thousands of dollars to repair my truck. Please be careful dealing with this shop.Also, my headrest wasnt reset when I received my truck back. When hit in the rear, my headrest pops out for safety (similar to an airbag). I had to get my headrest reset by someone else because I didnt want to wait for them to do it. I never went back to them to ask them to do it, but to be one of the top body shops in Baltimore, they shouldve done that with my claim.

Entrance is on the alley side looks like your going into a garage.. But cry clean and large.. And the people were nice..

A body shop in conjunction with the Erie insurance made the experience exceptional. The only complaint I have is that I forgot to take my spare dollar bills out of the car. And they were gone when the card turn to me. That was unfortunate. Otherwise the repairs look great!

Hey charged my neighbor over 1000 that 1 Thousand dollars to replace an alternator on. 2012 Town and country. What makes it worse is that she is an older woman battling cancer.

They were ready when I arrived, completed the transactions, including the repairs, efficiently and did it all with a friendly helpful manner. Ill definitely return to have my oil change and checkup.

Very fast service upon intake and they had pretty quick turnaround with the car repairs. Also, they have an onsite representative from Enterprise who can take you out into the parking lot for your rental. I am waiting for my car to be finished getting repaired now, but I have been happy so far with Anderson.

Always efficient and courteous, and doing good body work. Prices are super-high, but fortunately mine have all been paid by insurance.

My vehicle was damaged in a flood 2 months ago. I took my car to Anderson and was put in a rental they located for me the same day. Dan and Sue made the drop-off simple. They kept me informed all the way through the process. The repair was great! Dennis explained everything they were doing to my car to make sure it was perfect again. Impressive service. I picked up the car after body work was completed. That evening i realized there were no operating headlights and one tire had a slow leak. I took the car back the following work day and they repaired it all very quickly. They provided shuttle service twice. I could not have been more pleased with their initial work and their follow up.

They did a good job on the repair,but upon leaving my car would not start. So they resolved the problem by installing another battery in the car and it started right up. They fix the problem with no out of pocket cost. Good job.

Anderson did a good job on car when it was rear ended. The work comes with a life time warranty too. It took them more time to get the car ready than promised but thats ok, sometimes it takes time to get parts.

The entire staff was professional easy to talk with and so helpful. When they looked at my jeep had the truck broken into they just unjammed the truck lock for me with no charge. Love the service and honesty

Brought my car in for a leaky sunroof. They looked at it, blew out the drainage channels that had filled up with debris and handed me the keys. No charge. I was there 20 mins tops. Everyone was friendly and helpfulI will be bringing my car here for future service for sure. I am impressed!

Had the same accident twice: fender bender requiring new front. Went to Jerrys first time: Took 10 weeks, was a horrible experience. Tried Anderson this time: They said 3 weeks and completed it early, Melva is fantastic customer service person, and you even get text updates. They did a fantastic job, could not be happier. Highly recommend, also the Enterprise on site is so super convenient.

Had my truck repaired by one of those quick dent places for a temporary fix because of Covid-19 and the results was disastrous. Immediately took my truck back to Anderson and their team was supper helpful and accommodating. You truly get what you pay for and sometimes it just better to wait and let the professionals fix the problem.

The staff were really friendly here, its the level of work that hurt their review. They did go back and fix any issues I had but it took too many attempts to make that happen. The customer service was spot on though.

Careless. Took everything out of my car trunk including my $150 bike rack and didn’t bother to replace anything or let me know. It was a week later I opened my trunk and realized everything was gone so I called of course and they were completely clueless. Eventually they called me back and found it all- probably dusting up in their garage—but this is after I juust moved an hour away and would have to take 2 hours out of my day to pick it up. The work they did was fine but this just ruined everything for me.

This is the best review I can give at this time. My car has been in their shop since 10/28. Not their fault because I have the General Motors strike to blame for that, but youd think they would offer me a loaner but no. They told me they could make my car driveable. I am still waiting to hear back on that.

I had my 2012 Ford Escape serviced at Anderson. I had the passenger rear door repaired and painted, and they did an excellent job. The paint job was great. The service rep was very helpful. I dropped off the car on Wednesday and it was ready to pickup Monday. I received emails and calls about the status of my vehicle. I appreciated it. Anderson has an in-house Enterprise Rental Car which is extremely convenient. Overall, I had a positive experience.

I’ve had my car repaired here on now three different occasions. This has far been the worst experience I’ve had. The other two were great. First thing, communication is awful. I had to call the shop after them having my vehicle for two weeks because no one called to inform me of any updates. Then I was lied to and told by the customer service rep that she called and left a message, which was an utter lie. I have an iPhone, all messages are stored. Almost 6 weeks later, I have my car and it’s filthy. You would think there’s quality control. Nope, the day of, a kind employee named Dennis helped to clean what the quality control people didn’t clean. I also found a car key for a Subaru in my car. Their actual work fixing the damage is great, but their quality control is awful and they are careless. It’s really sad and unfortunate that I had to experience this. I would never go back. I will also write reviews everywhere so people can be aware of the carelessness of the employees.

I’ve brought my vehicle for body work here twice, both times I was satisfied with the quality of the work. It’s a very quick option if you are using Geico since they are a Geico Express service provider plus it’s attached to a rental car place so you can drop your car off and get your rental car all at the same time - very convenient! Janet is an awesome service advisor and kept me informed throughout the service letting me know exactly what was happening with my car and giving me realistic deadlines of when to expect it back.

Brought my car to the dealership for a routine oil change and wheel rotation the day after Anderson finished my the repairs from an accident. The dealer indicated Anderson neglected to reinstall over 30 nuts and bolts on the plastic around the wheel wells. They also failed to reinstall the air cleaner assembly- it was just flopping around loose under the hood. They said there was likely more they did not see on the surface. I ended up leaving the car with the dealer to straighten out. They had to take the wheel well plastics back apart because they had been installed in the incorrect sequence which resulted in several being cracked damaged. Anderson Body Shop- why did your technician not bring the leftover container of fasteners to a manager and ask for help? Customers do not want to drive around in a vehicle that was not properly reassembled. Rule of thumb: Left over fasteners= problem. In the end I ended up paying the BMW dealer $1000 to replace the plastics Anderson’s tech damaged when they were trying to force them back together in the wrong sequence and reassembled it so it didn’t rattle like a can of loose change every time I drove over a bump. I’ve included photos of many the missing fasteners and broken plastics. These were just the ones I could see by looking behind the wheel. The dealer found loads more when they dug into it. I’d go elsewhere if you want any peace of mind your car has been reassembled correctly.

I was referred there by Met Life and was told that I needed to drop off the car for repairs. When my son arrived Janet McElroy (with a poor disposition and poor customer service) told my son we did not have an appointment and was not helpful at all. We were under the impression that all arrangements were made by the insurance company per our last conversation with them. My son went on to ask for an appt which she gave reluctantly and when he asked for an appt card noting the appt she gave an attitude like how dare he ask me for an appt card. It left such a bad taste in our mouth that we wont be going back to have any work done with them. Very sad they were only 15 mins from my house.

Soooo eventhough it took almost a month and half for my car to be fixed. I must say Im very pleased with the service from my advisor Katelyn, to how clean and ready my baby was for pickup. I would recommend them. Great bodyshop!

Took my vehicle into them on or about the 15th of December....took literally a month to get my car back!!! Just got it back Thursday January 17th...The work is AMAZING and the car looks great..however I wouldnt recommend this shop if you want your car back in a week or two!! If you have the patience to call and not get someone to pick up the phone about 80% of the time...then this is the spot for you!!! Besides that I was satisfied with the job they did!!

Recently contacted Anderson Body Shop inquiring about a previous repair preformed by Anderson on my wifes car years ago due to an accident. Basically the repair that was made around the wheel well was starting to form a lot of rust. I had zero paperwork in hand as the repairs were made before I even met my wife ! Was put in touch with JD and he took care of us immediately. After an initial inspection, Anderson determined that the rust was in fact covered under their Lifetime Repair warranty. They provided us with a free rental car while the repairs were made. I was super impressed at the level of service and professionalism provided. Would definitely recommend this shop.

I was rear ended pretty badly. Needed new hatchback, bumper, etc. I will admit that they did a nice job. It looks brand new. However, the day I got it back, I was driving home from work at night and my headlights were completely disabled. I had no choice but to drive home in the dark with no headlights, which is extremely dangerous. Took it back ASAP and they discovered that both headlights were unplugged. How?!!? They didnt even have work to do on the front of the car or under the hood. I could have been in a serious accident. One star for doing a good job on the repair.

I called in advance but didnt know I needed to remember who I talked to as my paper work was sent over and the young lady I spoke to had pulled it.i arrived at the time I let them know I I would and needed a ride as I stated hours ago.i was told to wait and waited for 20 minutes but got up and started asking questions to find that the shuttle stopped running. It just took too long for me to be serviced and I have so many unanswered questions but I will chill because the insurance company is involved. I will update when I get my vehicle back about the quality of their service.

If you value your time DO NOT TAKE your vehicle to this establishment. They have no regard for your time. They make excuses about returning your vehicle in a timely manner. Expect 3-4 times as long to get your vehicle back than they tell you. Anderson Body Shop gets 4 stars for wasting your time and coming up with excuses. THEY ARE THE WORST.

Extremely unprofessional. They forget to send repair updates and postpone service. It is a Eerie insurance policy repair shop that shouldn’t be used to major damages if any.

After no-fault accident (following car crashed me), I went there. They fixed other light scratch but not the more serious damage on this accident. I thought the officer did not hear my explanation of damaged part, so I explained several times.

This shop is HORRIBLE!!! Even the geico representative informed me that they are a quick service shop and they rush without finishing all the work. When I took my car in my lights wouldnt stay on due to an accident that was not at any fault of mine. The lights would come on but wont stay on.well they just replaced the bulb and thats it. Just for me to realize that night that the light wouldnt come on. They refuse to fix it. They lied to my lawyer office saying they would just bring it back and every time I called I was giving the run around. If u VALUE YOUR CAR AND TIME I WOULD NOT TAKE IT THERE. THEY JUST WANT THE $:. THE LOCATION OF THE SHOP WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO good to been true to receive good service.
