I know it’s Covid excuses everywhere and I’m not against the science but poor service is not a symptom. I called after doing business with this Company for years! And my service called and repair after 4 weeks 3 days has not happened. This morning I left a message practically begging for a return call because I’ve done business in the past with good results. As I write this review I still have not. I hope this helps when choosing your next purchase. The salesman are great but because it’s used appliances the service centers should be better. My opinion my experience.

I had to purchase a used fridge from this company. It is not keeping cold. Not only that but they did not take away my old fridge as promised and were rude. I called to try and get the to pick it up but they refused again. I believe my refurbished fridge is still under warranty and you bet I will be calling to get them to fix or replace it. However based on their customer service I bet they will find some way to weasel out of it. I dont trust them and their work is shoddy.Edit: RE your reply: no there was no sign of infestation

My experience with this place was great at first when i purchased a washer and dryer ..but then when my dryer broke less than 6 months later i called them for the repair work willing to pay whatever i needed to pay to have it repaired...my first call to this place was on the 19th of July and they having been giving me the run around since...have me calling out of work thinking someone will come and they never call or show up...I will not recommend this place ever!!!!!

Sadie was engaging and professional. She worked with me to meet my budget and was a pleasure to work with. I will certainly be back in the future.

Great place the women at the desk are charming and very nice , they go out there way to make sure you have what you need etc.A very affordable place to buy appliances and if they break or have issues they stand by there equipment and will send there techs to fix the problem 😀 As a building manager ill always buy what I need from Charm City Appliances I give them an A but the only thing I cant stand is when I call up , Hard to reach someone by electronic phone answering service..Its a hit or miss to Contact someone especially if your in a hurry but other than that Awesome to deal with CCA ..

The worse place I have ever shopped at for anything. Management is very dishonest. Told me a could come back for a full refund only to get a run around. Then one of there employees threatened me when I was leaving. They sell appliances that do not work. I will be sueing them.

A great place, and the best used appliances that I have seen around Baltimore in years, and the lady name Christy was very helpful.

We wanted to buy a large stand up freezer. Found Charm Citythrough Craigslist. They are located in the city and the warehouseis not pristine - in fact, it is just a warehouse. However, they had lots of dented appliances, several which are brand new. They had about five units to pick from. All the units were plugged in and running (most with thermometers). We found a unit (again - brand new) with a just a few dings on the outside (which I covered with appliance paint) for less than half of we would have paid at a hardware or appliance store. They also did a great job of delivery. We are very happy with the unit and their service. They gave a 60 day warranty, but we have not had to use it.

I bought a washer and dryer from there both work awesome and full size loads. Delivery is prompt and fast! They drop off the bought appliance and haul the old appliance!!

About 6 years ago we purchased a washer-dryer combo. To date that washer dryer combo still works. Not only that about four years ago rather two and a half years ago we had a tech come out to replace a part for free. They have excellent customer service. Will be going back soon for more scratch and dent products.

I bought a gas stove over 2 years they delivered removed the old one so fast . The staff was very polite . Now i need a refrigerator. Ill be back

I purchased an electric stove from here.. The service was great and they gave me an excellent price considering how much of a newer model this appliance was. I would have spent a few hundred more in a local retail appliance store.

I had purchased a scratch & dent stainless steel refrigerator & gas stove back in November 2014 and have not had a problem with my appliances.I would recommend anyone looking to purchase high end appliances but at am affordable rate to check out Charm City Appliances before checking out other Scratch & Dent appliance stores.Thanks

They sold me a broken dryer. Had a bent tumbler and I called twice and still have not gotten a call back for assistance. I am mad that I ever trusted this place... they seemed really friendly, but unfortunately this was a total mistake.

Our old refrigerator died out of the blue. They had exactly what we wanted and had it delivered within 24 hours. All for a reasonable price. Quite happy about it.

This is my second time getting a wash machine from this place the first time the wash machine Kept on spinning out of whack They had to bring back another one now this wash machine do not rinse or spin I am really mad right now I cannot believe I just wasted $209 on a used washing machine that does not work I Could have buy a brand new washer machine that do work I just want my money back

I called. Dixon was at my house within an hour. He tore the whole dryer down and everything was up and running within 2 hours. Super reasonable too!!! Ill recommend to everyone!!!

Ive purchased multiple appliances here. I purchased a stove, two washers, two dryers, and a fridge. The prices are so much lower than going to a big store. I have never had a problem with anything Ive purchased. Ive had everything for a little over two years

I was driving to work and a person driving a charm city appliances truck nearly ran me off the road. As you can imagine, I was quite alarmed. I couldnt believe a person driving a business truck would be driving so reckless, especially while driving a truck with advertising for a business. It was blatant negligence for safety of people on the road, and if they would handle driving in that manner (with the business information plastered on the side of the truck), I cant image how they would handle business practices. Their yelp review so far seems to reflect my exact review. I sure hope no ones appliances were being transported, that would be definitely un cool. For a moment, I thought the driver then proceeded to follow me - i wasnt concerned as I was driving to my place of employment - the police station.

Great place to buy appliances good staff too

This business deserves a 0. Do not do business with them. My fridge broke 3 times within two months of delivery. The first time they fixed it no problem, the second time I waited all day for them to come out to fix it and they never showed despite my calling several times to ensure they were in fact coming. They came out the next day and fixed it, but it broke again 2 weeks later. Again they no showed when they were supposed to come fix. They then agreed to replace the fridge since it had broken 3 times already. They no showed to deliver the fridge despite my calling twice during the day to check that they were coming and was told it was scheduled to be delivered the following day. Nevermind the fact that I had taken the day off from work to wait for them today. I have now wasted 7 days sitting at my house waiting for these people to show up.

Bought a stove there. Nice stove, but the ignitor went bad in the first month. The guy was out there within 3 hours of my phone call. There were some communication problems, but all in all, service was prompt and effective.

Good place for used appliances and they can deliver quickly but charge a delivery fee.

They are friendly, and a great value. They were very helpful in getting our refrigerator loaded into our car as well.

Are not accountable for there drivers- Dropped off wring refrigerator to one location and took a working refrigerator in one of my multi unit and would fix the issue- then delivered the one i paid for not all parts and said sorry come pick it up= will never ever do business with them- roaches all over the store too
