The flavors are cute but pricing is way over the top. Fine if youll settle for just a cup of coffee, but if you need or want frothy machiatto with swirls of chocolate or Carmel you should consider a second job. The pricing is crazy and dont look at the calorie intake, Im not sure which one is higher.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Extremely slow, low staffed and customer service is very poor. Better off going through the drive through on Sunrise Hwy. No pick up ahead offered.

I usually dont order coffee as is, but I do buy Starbucks pike place ground coffee regularly at the grocery store. This one time I decide to buy it from this place and all I got was brown powder with no taste in it . Not only did I pay extra than usual but got the worst quality coffee from here. Watch out for this branch of Starbucks. Dont waste your money here go to another Starbucks if you can.

Staff is always doing their own thing. The staff members do not acknowledge the customers. The staff members do not even give you a straw until you ask for it and the store does not have straws nor sugar in an area where you could grab it yourself.If you order for pick up your order will ALAWAYS be missing items. The staff is never at the counter so you have wait about 5 minutes before one of them decide to walk past the counter and even then you have to yell so that theyll come to notice that you are in the store for a reason and just hanging out.

Terrible service! Out of 5 drinks that I ordered 2 were right. They were rushing us out as they were cleaning machines. Representative had an attitude when realized the other drinks were not done right.

Been coming here for the past month. Everyday I have the same experience. The employee has no customer service skills....none!!! And she is super slow. 2 customer in front of me but employee took 20 mins to serve me a coffee!!! Wow!😟😟

They didnt have soy milk, or pieces of fruits I asked for.. I asked for less ice and they literally put more ; the girl was playing around. My drink was absolutely disgusting.

I walked to the counter and didnt see anyone. I called out hello no answer. I wait there a few mins and nothing. I call out hello again and nothing. I lean in closer and start walking around the counter and notice the girl vehind the counter leaning on the counter using her phone. So i ask is it open?. She looks up rolls her eyes and lean up. What do you want? Ahh, can i get a strawberry acai. She walks so slow to the fridge then says (in a low tone) i dnt gave any strawberries so im like, im sorry, was that? (Let me remind you shes still at the fridge giving me her back talking) she repeated not having strawberries. So i decided not to get anything. Not bc they didnt gave any strawberries but bc she had the worst customer service Ive encountered. This starbuck will go down the drain with people like that.

Wowww this girl needs to just sit home and not come to work .... when I tell you she could care less about you your coffee or the Starbucks name thats putting it lightly .... first off clean up after yourself its disgusting ....second if the trash is over flowing than take it out and when a customer asks for a pastry and your reply is we didnt take them out today ... well Ill wait get your ass down to the stock room and get it .... all she was concerned about was here vaca starting at 4 pm that day it look to me shes been on vaca for the last week .... disgusting way to treat customers and what is even more disgusting is that Starbucks has no idea what a bad name this woman let alone stop and shop is giving them because clearly no one cares if the trash is being taken out, if the napkins are not stocked, the tumblers are never filled with milk...1/2&1/2, etc ....you think the latte or espresso shots are being made in a clean cup I doubt it .... pathetic !!!!!!!! girl you realize when you bring in a profit and actually care about your job you may have the potential of making more money or is that concept to much for you .... Im going to go with too much for you since you clearly dont care about anyone but yourself while you sit there and sing out of tune to the music on your phone ...
