This place will amaze you as to the parts they have in stock. I do most of my own maintenance and repairs. Example: Honda spec synthetic automatic transmission fluid. Could not find it at any of the auto parts stores or big box stores in Hudson. Parts City has it AND at a great price. Another example: my boat trailer axle nut and seal. I put the old mangled ones on the counter and within a couple minutes the new ones were right there.Tom, Matt, Doug, and all the crew are friendly and you can trust that they will not sell you something that you do not need.

I visited Parts City to pick up a blower fan part. It was an add on visit while on my way to work, so I needed it quick. I received very quick service in a friendly manner and made to work on time...

Decent amount of available parts. But they sure know they are the only show in town. In most cases their parts are very expensive...and just plain old expensive on everything else. Check out their sale prices, its like they mark them up to mark them down.. Most of the stuff on sale is useless, and not the parts you would normally buy. Here some money saving advice. Its 12 minutes away... for great prices, and advice if need be, go to Glenwood Napa. Privately owned and he appreciates your business.

I like this place. Local and they are very helpful behind the counter. If they dont have it in stock they can get it in no time.

They have been nothing but nice and helpful. Always fun to go to the store, get my parts and just visit and talk about my cars and how to fix them. They always take the time to just talk to me and give me advice on how to do any work on my cars. Awesome group there. I will only do business with them :)

I have a somewhat rare vehicle and Parts City can scare up parts in three days which for a small town I think is pretty good

Local operated, stocks good supply of automtive parts and light truck, I most just buy batterys for my mowers, but they have tools as well., Who knows you might need a starter motor or write blades, good shopping.

Young man at the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got me the part I needed and was very polite. I will stop here again.

The sign on the door said 7:30-7pm, (I think for that particular day) I walked in at 7:31am, and was seemingly already the 3rd person in line. By 7:40 am I was out the door, with the exact part I needed, and the extra knowledge that Parts City has kerosene on tap! Excellent the service, and super courteous. And thats coming from a volvo owner...

Its nice that they actually have tractor parts on hand for some of the old tractors

No silicone wiper blades...only rubber junk that falls apart in monthes... if you want a good high quality silicone blade that will last for years you need to go to OEM Direct in Baldwin Wisconsin for some reason Parts City in Baldwin refuses to carry their products because Tom told me that they last too long and he wants to be able to sell those customers wiper blades every six months not every 6 years
