While being a basic chain auto store, Baldwins AutoZone service staff has always been extremely helpful. Take this past week: went for a simple muffler assembly screws, they werent where the computer said they were. The worker / manager went throughout the back to find the package, instead of shrugging his shoulders and giving up. Theyve always treated this casual customer like this.

I got great service at AutoZone in baldwin. Gregory came out tested my battery replaced it for me and even checked that the new one was in good condition. Ill be sure to return.

I shopped here only 2 times . Both experiences weren’t so good. Idk if it was consequences or they do it for fun. And the manager’s attitude wasn’t what I expected at the end. Don’t know if it’ll keep happening.

I went to the AutoZone on Sunrise Highway in Baldwin on Sunday March 7 to get wiper blades. Edward A.helped me get the right ones for me and did with a friendly attitude and a great personality. I could tell he really loves what he does and it shows in how he Dealt with me. We need more people like Edward. If you go there - ask for Edward A. You wont be disappointed.

Kids running this place dont know anything but question you about everything and still cannot get it right dont waste your time here...

Always have what I need

I am an owner of several local businesses. We have a commercial account with Autozone. But this autozone location has the rudest, most disrespectful management and sales staff. I personally visited recently in search of an item and upon inquiring where in the store the item can be found I was rudely directed to an isle with the point of a finger. I entered the isle and again asked for further guidance but was ignored, while the staff person, wearing a Grey shirt (which is a manager) tried unsuccessfully to hit on a female customer. On another occasion one of my drivers went to buy a battery. When one of the nice staff workers went outside to assist with removing the battery a manager went outside within 2 minutes and told the worker that he should not be helping the customer but should be inside organizing the shelves. There has been several incidents of blatant disrespect and unprofessional customer service. This location need to revamp their employees because of it. I now direct my staff and other local business owners i communicate with to avoid this location. Rude service can not be supported nor tolerated.

Im doing both front brake rotors and pads swap for some shiny new metal parts I got from Rock Auto.I needed brake cleaner,bearing grease,cotter pins,a breaker bar,a 1 1/8 socket for the axle nut and some full synthetic oil and oil filter since the front of the car was going to be on jack stands.I got ALL of that stuff at my neighborhood AutoZone with 💰 to spare.Selection is deep as they had multiple brands of each item I was looking for.The counter dude was easy to talk to and we swapped war stories for a minute.

The work staff in this place is terrible, they have a very bad attitude, I recommend autozone in freeport ny

Pathetic customer service. I walked and asked to get my battery tested this morning at 8:10. Before I could even finish my question the worker said no bc he was the only employee. I was parked right in front of the door and there were no other customers in the store. Went right next door to Pep Boys and they hooked me up. Tested and battery changed in less than 30 minutes!Thank you Pep Boys!

The Baldwin store really does a great job and has parts. The gray shirt on duty totally did the right thing and we figured out a few things. I drive a little out of my way, but its worth it for Baldwin. Good staff.

I was a bit miffed at the issue I had with my last brake job, but after some consideration, I think that was an exception. The team at AutoZone is very helpful. Whenever I need something for my car or a tool, this is the first place a go, so 5 stars.

The customer service could of been better but the experience wasnt so bad.

Go there for most parts for the cars. Recently for a battery. What a nice n courteous employee installed it for me. A quick n fabulous job was done.

Helped install a headlight which was a pain to get to under the wheel well. The young man was patient and even exchanged the $108 bulb I originally purchased at another AutoZone because he said it looked flawed. I was extremely pleased because I went to 3 other AutoZones and they either didnt have the bulb, couldnt install it or gave me the run around

Slower than slow service, and this is every time I go in there. On several occasions there card reader was down and it took an additional ten or so minutes to checkout. The last time they couldnt get the damn thing to work at all, and after several attempts I walked out.The store is poorly stocked as far as parts go. And there Duralast batteries are a joke! Never had one last for more than a year and a half. Only good thing is they will take them back..

Havent been here in a while,seems like products have been upgraded,helpful staff....gotta switch over my rewards.

Im there all the time, the guys and ladys there are always very helpful with all three types of customers , the ones with commercial accounts, the allways there at the store garage/driveway/backyard mechanics, and last but not least, the ones that walk in with out a clue of what they are there to get and dont even know how often to change their oil, how to check the fluids in their cars, or even how many cylinders their cars engine have, you know, those who put oil where the coolant goes, coolant in the windshield washer reservoir.They take care of all those wierd customers, including me allwaya 5 minutes before closing time.

It was a crowded store, only two guys behind the counter. One guy was working three registers just to get people moving.
