Worst service ever! Made my reservation and asked what time they’d be closing on the day I was to pick it up. Was told 5 pm, got to the store around 3 to an open sign in the window but locked doors. Was told they closed early and if I wanted my reservation I’d have to pay more to GET the FOUR items I’d reserved than they’d quoted me for the rental of the items. Website says they close at 4, google says they close at 4, voicemail at the store says they close at 4! She told me to call someone else for a rental who also didn’t help me. Now they are refusing to take my calls, So Unprofessional, don’t waste your time

Love this place people complain but they dont understand that the tables and chairs are used every day

Its okay, Ive never done business with them except for the one time I tried to rent a water slide from them and never heard back. They seem like nice people that can offer a fair decor service for any event.

Great service and fair prices and packages for your parties. And when they go and dropped the equipment they give you all instructions to have all your kids safe on their jumpers this guys take the time to xplain al safety rules for kids on the equipment thats something that other places didnt do. Horrible service, opens whenever they feel like it. Gave us wrong color chairs, then when they gave us the right color, they were filthy.
