Great friendly people that do wonderful jobs on the balloons. Back again this place is satisfying to me they never let me down when it comes to the out come of my balloons. $23.75 for the giant get well with five latex balloons.

Went in today around 10:20 a.m with my husband and my 2 year old & 3 year old who is autistic. When we go to stores we have to be super quick because one or the other or sometimes both are not having it. Long story short I want to thank the worker who came up to us & gave my kids each a balloon that truly warmed up my heart because it has been really hard shopping with them & with that small act of kindness it extremely touched my heart I wish there was more people & workers out in the world like you thank you for being such a sweetheart. Such a great experience shopping today.

Comically atmosphere when it comes to the detail with the balloons. The product was defective and out of the pack of 20 balloons for the 9 , 11 balloons were blown and the rest had a tear or popped due to a hold in the middle. It was annoying knowing these were not well worth $3.99 for 20 gold balloons. Who knows how long product sitting on hot boxes perhaps might have been the reasoning behind it. I bought 6 bags and each bag had a great amount of defective balloons that were ripped or torn or not properly blown for ready use when the manufacturer created them.

Great prices and selection, got everything I needed to celebrate a Bucs Superbowl win.

You can find everything you need for a party. Went in for the Halloween costume and found it.

It was packed..but thats to be expected right before the holiday. Every one seemed to enjoy themselves even though I didnt go in my self. Walking back and forth around the line was fun especially when I started to walk to the front of the line and saw people waiting to see what I 🤷‍♂️ and I just walked to the end of the long line.☺️

Doesnt seem to have much like they used to.. A Lot of the items are out of stock. Staff is not to friendly and act like they dont want to be there. Store ownership looks like they dont take pride in owning this place.. Didnt want to touch to much because doesnt look like they have done any dusting or deep cleaning.

Besides a dead roach on the floor, staff was patient and courteous. The remainder of the store was clean and well organized.

I like party city, Ive gone to them for many yrs now and they, more often than not, they got what you need. however, costume prices, i feel, are outrageous.

I love this store, just wish I had more money when I went in there sometimes. I got a floto and it was awesome. But full disclosure they are 19.99 plus tax and the number balloons are $13 a piece. Its a material in the front and a silver mylar back you can put text on it and one photo or a collage of 6 pics. You just email them your photos and wait bout ten minutes and its ready. The email address is at the register but Im sure you can go online and pee oder but they wont print it till you pay. Fog machine is around 60 and solution around 15-20 and they have the helium tanks. I mean the helium tanks are at Walmart as well but idk bout now cuz of the pandemic. But well worth getting if you are doing lots of balloons at one event or just have a birthday to celebrate one month at a time. It has a close and open nozzle to be able to keep helium for as long as you need. You could even make bouquets or arched or balloon strings for family and friends. Some things are outrageous and some are super cheap. One of the places in town that has Nerds Ropes and airhead minnis for cheap. Right now airheads three flavors are 10 for a $1 and the have cake tons for a dollar(no shape) but if you have a party and forgot to pick them up at dollar tree or market and you go to get decorations or balloons party city gets you. Many many options to choose from for decorations and balloons.

They dont have much to choose from....I was looking for a princess costume & was disappointed, then I picked another costume & apparently the sizes come in S/M, M/L, L/XL & Im a small so you could only imagine how big it looked on me...the Halloween decisions are very cute & its the only reason Im giving it a 3 star.

The customer service was good. The store clerks helped us get the products we needed promptly. The only issue we has was the line. Only one cashier for 10 people in line.

If you order online you can pick up items .pay at cashier. Love the varieties of party decoration and varieties of color. Balloons you can get in big letters, a picture amd glow in the dark balloons.etc. so unique highly recommend store.

Thus place always has what you need for a good party!! You can basically find anything for any kind of party. We bought two beautiful Elsa costumes for the kids for $10.99!!! Great find for us!! my girls went in style at the Disney on ice event.

Great place for seasonal decorations or party and celebrations of all kinds. Loved the variety of candies and gift bag items. Lots of stuff to look at.

I see reviews complaining about the young employees not being helpful and I beg to differ ! I went in looking for something that was said to be in stock online and ended up being a false calculation when they checked their stock But the employees looked through the whole store to find what I needed and find out why it was saying differently online ! And I was also putting glow sticks Inside the balloons but I wasnt sure If it would weigh the balloons down so the girl aired one up for me just to check ! They were beyond helpful and kind ! They made me want to find another reason to shop there !!

Great place for almost all your birthday party needs. They have balloon bouquets ready to go and lots to choose from. I purchased everything I was looking for in under ten minutes because everything was set and ready to go.

They carry black candy melts, which I couldnt find anywhere else in town.

It seems as if they only hire young, rude and unhelpful workers. They dont know where any of their products, let alone where they keep it. I went to order balloons and they asked if I needed them today, uumm yes i will need them this evening well they only last 5 hours. Excuse me??? Im paying $20 a dozen and they only last 5 hours??? They wont even last threw the whole party!!! Bs

Some nice associates in the back very helpful young lady looking for the costume I needed and good selection not to pricey...but the girl up front at the register with the piercing on the middle of her lip was just plain rude... I was trying to use my coupon from my phone and she said she couldn’t take it because it didn’t have a barcode just the number code so I asked her where can I get the barcode from and she said idk if it doesn’t have one it doesn’t have one..with a bad attitude like she was annoyed of her job or something

Pricey and not much in stock. They dont offer instore pickup so I end up paying more when Im in the store. Oh and the customer service online is horrible sent about 6 emails and only got a reply to one. Shipping prices are crazy when I could pick up in store. IF they had that option.

I called this location before driving 20 minutes there for them to tell me they were out of the balloons I wanted. I dont mind that they were out I mind that they lied to me to get me off the phone. These girls didnt care to find me any other resolution they were just like sorry were out. I will never shop here again for any of my party needs.

Horrible advertisement from party city.. i was sold an item at the store for $99.99 and yet, their online price was $59.99... almost double the price... i call to figure out why they false advertise.. and they say that they are just a franchise and not corporate..then i call another location near by.. and they say use the same line.. ridiculous.. never.. ever ever going to party city again...

Purchased complete a Halloween costume for my son. He was pleased which made me pleased.

I brought my son a custome , everything was great till i got home opened the package , i smelled a strong odor looking in taking everything out i open the smaller package inside (Captain America Belt) its smelled like pee really bad so disappointed 🙁

A little too pricey for my liking

Went there for baby shower items but they did not have a large selection. If you have other party needs then this a good one stop shop to have you covered. Ill probably back for some NFL gear since there was alot of balloons, stickers, necklaces.

Lately it seems a younger croud of employees have been hired on in mass production or something and it seems that none of them want to work there as their attitude and laziness is very clear.. customer service is not something that was part part of training.. Thankfully the manager came out and took care of the problem with no hesitation or attitude as usual.. I am a very long time customer and enjoy shopping there but now I am hesitate..

Not much in stock for some characters even after waiting a while. I dislike how they dont offer instore pickup . Specially for balloons since they are cheaper online. Oh and its very pricey. Walmart and swapmeets have things alot cheaper.

Party City has almost all your needs for parties and holidays. I stopped in on NYE for a wig and found the perfect onr for the occasion. They also had cute, affordable tiaras for NYE and I bought two of them. While some items tend to be a little too expensive for my taste, this place is great for candy, goodie-bag gifts, and decorations.

Usually get my balloons and other party supplies here, they have a pretty big variety. They do keep some of the same stuff from year to year, would be nice if they switched it up a little more often.

Found everything I needed quickly for a Princess birthday. The balloons I purchased on 12/24/17 are still up and that makes my now 2 year old very happy!

Staff was very helpful in helping me balloons from my kids birthday party.

3 employees were just wandering around the aisles doing literally nothing. I came for something specific and couldn’t find it. After I looked myself, I went to see if I could get help and they turned their faces away from me. No other customers. Wasn’t doing inventory. They ignored both me and my mom and none of them asked if we needed help. The cashier was actually kind and asked if we found everything ok. I got the baby shower plates I needed from there and then went out of my way to go to the dollar store a few stores away for all my other things I could have gotten at Party City. I probably will do everything I can do avoid going back, I will just go on amazon next time.

They have basically everything you need for your party, and its usually overpriced. If you have time to plan a party, check online and at the dollar stores as I have found the very same products at half the price. But if time is of the essence, then this store will be a pricey lifesaver.Check their website for online only offers.

Horrible customer service. The people I. The back giving out the costumes were very rude. The cashier I paid with was also very very rude. I know theyre very busy right now because Halloween is around the corner, but that is no excuse for their rude attitude. If you dont like your job, then go somewhere else.
