Horrible customer experience. SHOP ELSEWHERE. Went in on 9/12/21 to buy a safe for my house. Asked for help to take to my car and the employees said no that it was too heavy for them. They said they think me and my pregnant wife can handle it by ourselves. Very bad business.

Great place to pick up supplies for all of your Farming and Livestock needs. One Stop Shop for all of your animal husbandry needs as well as many other neat finds!Also, live chicks are available for purchase while in season and while supplies last.

One staff member ignored me the first time I went there, I left ... The second time I went, I went to another staff and she was friendly and gave me a lot of information on adoption and care for the dog... Hes been home for almost 2 weeks, enjoying walks, food and lots of care.

I am a small girl. This is the only feed store that the employees sit and watch as I haul 50 lbs bags of grain and hay without offering to help. I would go elsewhere if they carried what my horse needs.

Thus is wear we get all of our dog food. They have chicks out in the spring. This store is just amazing. They also have good work Jeans and clothes.

I love the smells the minute I walk in the door, and I love to browse here. They have a very wide range of country/western type items ranging from toys to jewelry, clothes, boots, gardening needs, pet foods & supplies, ranch & farm supplies, etc. and there is always a friendly person on the floor to ask if they can help you. I come here almost exclusively for their nuts and bolts isle where you can easily find various sizes and grades of hardware and but then cheaply by the pound. I always seem to spend another 20 minutes walking around checking out everything else they offer. Always a quick checkout process as well.

Quick in and out trip to get pet foods, veritable seeds, wild bird seed and some fence supplies. Place was not crowded and received service with a smile.

Exceptionally small electrical section, but otherwise an excellent store for household hardware, chemicals, lighting, small furniture, and fixtures.Friendly staff for sure, that was good. Reminded me of OSH’s staff which is the best in terms of customer service.Didn’t find the heat shrink I was looking for, or the LED light bulbs.

I love this store. I bought some boots online because they didnt have any in stock so I ordered them online. They came to my house in 2 days. I wore them for half a day and they were too tight. I took them back to the store they gave me full credit. I ordered a size bigger. Hats off to Jarrod, he was exceptionally helpful.

Pretty much a little bit of everything for around the farm, from tools to feed as well as clothes, shoes and jackets. I can wander around just looking at things for hours, but my wife sets a time limit for me. So when she sends me after food for the dogs, cat, chickens and COB mix for the horse, Im happy that I know where everything is so I can get it quickly then have a few minutes look for some new treasure! I love this place! I call it Cowboy K-mart.

A wonderful place for a wide range of household and outdoor needs, from clothing to yard tools to feed. The entire place exudes a sense of Americana. Pick up a bag of salted peanuts and a Coke for the summer months, it will take you back to the small town roots you came from, or wished you had!

Its a great store that I do most of my livestock and dog food purchases from. However when it comes to items such as dog wormer flea medicine or shots its best to price check around town and online sometimes it can vary as much as $45 difference. But overall its not standing store without standing friendly customer service. And one of the most important things to me is they never give you a hard time about returning things to their store they were honor just about anything purchased and I didnt return things without a receipt. I have returned open bags of cat food that my cat would not eat because I bought a different brand because it was on sale. They took the open bag back no problem.

I can always find what I need for almost any job I have to do. Great selection of tools and equipment. Extremely friendly staff and very helpful as well. This is one of my favourite stores to go to.

Replacement Warranty is very helpful to have. Had an issue with my grinder and had no problem with Tractor Supply on holding up to there part. Very satisfied and I will keep buying my grinders from them.

I was greeted as I walked in, found employees working on the floor and asked for a specific item and was given directions to its location. At check out there 2 ahead of me and they brought in another cashier..hardly any wait to check out..again the staff was friendly..asked of I found what I was looking for.A very pleasant experience.

So after dropping over 100.00 on a pair of Wolverine boots, only wearing them for a day the blister that developed was ridiculous. It was caused by the seam not bieng trimmed properly. I have bought this same boot for 20 years and typically 2 pair per year. The last 8 years have been from this store.I took them back today to exchange and was denied even though there policy is 30 days I purchased the boots 3 days ago, and only wore for 1 day. Their excuse was that they couldnt resale them, there was some scuffing on the side.The issue I have is the way they handled it.I followed all their procedures with reciepts and timelines. I only wanted to exchange but yet they acted as if I were trying to steal something. Guess Ill start my money else where. Like Redwing.

I shop at all three of these stores, two in Bakersfield and one in Tehachapi. Generally I am there for organic chicken food or canned cat and dog food. The help at all three stores is very polite, well-mannered, and knowledgeable of all of their products. They also have an interesting selection of organic seeds and garden tools, as well as Garden decorations and beautiful Yard furniture.

I used the PetVet clinic for getting shots for my new puppy. They had coupons online for great discounts. The current times for the clinic are Mondays between 5:30 and 7 pm.

Always seem to have just want I need. Usually go for the one off tool I need but they also have a great dog food supply.Also they sell chicks in the spring.

I wish they would carry actual farm animal supplies. No show pig feed, no oat growts, no show supplements, no rabbit medications. I have knocked this place off my list permanently and now go to Round Up on Rosedale, who actually carries these items, and also knows what youre asking for when you call, unlike this Tractor Supply.
