Havent been here but Im looking for a portable generator so Im hoping they have to them

Total dissatisfactionCheck my partner saw in thereIs there for 30 minutes four different guys looked at itThen charged me a $45 depositCall me a week later told me my saw was readyOnly to get there and find outThey dont work on those saws and kept my 45$ deposit

These guys are near Incompetent I have bought chainsaws and blowers here that have been Professionally assembled by their crew missing screws etc. and when I come back in not happy that my brand new Expensive equipment doesn’t work it’s my fault. I should learn but I do like Shil products this last go around I bought a brand new sprayer from Sthil.com Hoping for a better experience nope these guys called me and told me I’m already to go. But they haven’t even open the product or looked at it ( they are supposed to be serviced and dealer made ready). So I Drive clear across town to be told to wait as they service it, well it’s broke. I can’t even get a refund from them because they want to make it difficult since I ordered it online they could very easily do a refund.

Very helpful, I had Honda 20.0 pressure washer worked on three times still broke down I was prepared to buy a new one they checked it out and fixed it for under $125 when they knew I was fully prepared to buy an expensive replacement. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest

A great place to buy and/or service lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, weed eaters, hedge trimers, and more. Lots of service parts, oils, safety equipment, and accessories. I bought a chain saw and a generator from them. The technician was very knowledgeable on the products and explained the proper use and maintenance. Even serviced, tested and filled the gas on my products. The prices were fair. I was impressed to write this review because of the great customer service experience I had. You will not get this service at any big box store. I am in no way affiliated with the company or its employees.

Not too good, very high prices and very unknowledgeable people. Got the wrong part , so had to go back to get the right part and it cost more money of course. She didnt bother to look up the serial number until after I went back the second time and lo and behold, this unit is 3 years older than they thought it was. They just assumed it was a 2014 since we bought it in 2014. We all know what happens when you ASSUME something. Wouldnt be so bad if I was local but this is the only place that has my particular mower parts and its an hour and a half round trip for me to come down here for the wrong part

Welding machine was here for over a month and half for a repair .. they have plenty of excuse to hit u with from blaming the mechanic not being there to blaming kholer for not getting back to them ... at the end of the day they where not able to diagnose nothing .. all they say is dont worry will get back to u first thing Monday morning 😂😂😂Fyi my $8,000 welder was sitting in the alley when I decided to take it 🤔Think twice before bring equipment to get work on here they sure dont care what is worth

Terrible customer service! Bought a large deflector kit for FS240R and it was the wrong part. Tried for a month to get the owner to take the product back and get me the proper part.......not gonna happen, I give up! Now Im stuck with $40 part thats useless. Do not use these people! Save yourself the headache and go to someone who cares about their customers because these people DO NOT! I even told them when I come in to pick up the right part that I was going to purchase there best backpack blower and a chainsaw, that obviously made no difference. USE SOMEONE ELSE!

Customer Service was terrible, prices are double MSRP. Dont know how they stay in business over charging customers. Same part half the price at another local shop. Save your money shop around.

Scam, scam, scam.. I dropped off a Honda eu2000i on Friday, that I purchased from there because it would not start, and was still under warranty. I haven’t owned it for very long and has very low hours.They took it to the back and tried to diagnose the problem. They told me it was the on/off switch and it would be covered under warranty. They then asked me for a $50 deposit (not sure why when it’s warranty?). I specially told them not to do any work other than the warranty work. I was told it would be done the following Tues/Wednesday. I never received a call, so I called them on Thursday just to be told by the (young girl)counter person that they haven’t looked at it yet, and try back the following Friday.. I received a call that the generator was fixed and ready for pick up. I showed up 30 mins after they called, walked inside and they told me I had to pay $70. I said it was warranty work, they said it wasn’t covered under warranty, they said the jets were clogged. I told them they never called me to ask for authorization and I told them prior to dropping off no to do any work without contacting me. So they kept my $50 deposit and I refused to pay the extra $$.. This is the worst customer service I have experienced!! Never go there again!!!

Not very professional went to buy a new dethatcher the youg girl at desk didnt even know what it was the old lady didnt seem to know either after a long awkward moment of silence after explaining it she asked if wanted the compleate unit...i just left went to abate a weed
