Ive been going to harbor freight for years and it used to be the place I would go to buy a throw away tool that I would use once and have to throw it away because it broke. Now they have honestly stepped up their game and have some quality products at a great price. There are still things that just are not up to par but I definitely recommend this place as your first stop for tools.

Finally came over to my local Harbor Freights pick up a nice hose whats the point you hear that they no longer send ads anymore maybe it was just a story I did get an email option also picked up a nice flag

Great sale, good help, most responsible shoppers wearing masks, felt safe. Staff wearing masks. Staff on top of any problems, including security dude. Saw shoplifters and he was on them quick. Good job. If you need any tools shop there first. Lowes and home depot flooded with people. No one to help you. They have lost a lot of business with me for that reason. And shoppers rude, no masks....well, they can and will die due to their disrespect.

It seems that the 20 % off coupon is no longer. They won’t even mail one according the cashier. I don’t know why they need your phone anymore? No coupons! I won’t be giving my phone number anymore. Many people agree in line. Why bother with info. No more free items also. For your managers 20% off makes you competitive with eBay and Amazon. I think you saved me some trips to Bakersfield. Side note. This store is busy and always out of items. Computer says 7 can’t even find one! Busy is good . Poor inventory management is bad . A lot money down the drain. Some people stop going.

Great place for last minute things. Always walk out with more then I think am going in for. Only part that sucks is when the lines are super long.

Love harbor freight on rosedale. Low prices an always have what I need. But I would have gave them the last star but the cashiers as I was checking out were to busy talking about there scheduling an what they were gonna do on there days off I didn’t get to ask a question about the item I purchased.

Poorly stocked and understaffed on every visit. This location typically has about 20% of the items on my list and this is after checking online to see if the location has stock. Do yourself a favor and order online or an alternative retailer.

Very busy & low if not out of the items I was thinking of buying. Their electric tools & hand tools are becoming a better quality.

Great I couldnt find what I was looking for so I asked a young man for help He found one in the back room and took it up front. An excellent store and super service

Same sales and spotty availability issues as every Harbor Freight (check the website, hasnt lied to me yet), but the crew makes a difference. Super helpful people and never seems to be understaffed like every big box store out there.

Always have what i need to get out of a pinch

Even though they have a nice selection of tools; the service was poor, I gave a ticket for an item that I wanted to purchase to an associate and then walked around looking at items giving the associate enough time to get my item, when I went up to register the item wasnt there and they didnt know where it was, the service on that day was unorganized and I never got what I was trying to purchase. I had to go to another store to get what I was looking for. I might go back again, but I am leaning more on not going to Harbor Freight again, at least for a while.

Very friendly employees. They always have great prices. They had a tarp sale that was up to 70% Off. The store was clean and it was nice to go into the store and get relief from the 102 weather and shop in comfort. I have bought from here before and havent had any problems with the products or emoloyees.

The electricity must be very expensive because over half the store was in the dark! You had to squint to find anything that was in the dark section of the store.

Who doesnt love Harbor freight? I have noticed some of the tools are single use and or ones that self destruct. But some will save you a ton of money and give you reliable use. Cant really complain, what do you expect for those prices?

I shop at both this location and one off white lane. Both have great sales and usually decent products overall. The cashiers are always helpful, the walker staff as I call them could be little less shy on approaching customers for assistance though. But still, I enjoy shopping there and the larger parking lot is good.

My go to place for reasonable prices tools and more

Store is fine. Checkout line is ridiculous. 15 people in one line. 2 cashiers, one leaves, 6 employees walking back and forth. Manager comes out, looks around, then goes back to office. 10 minutes later 2nd cashier comes out. Took me 5 minutes to gather my items, 20 minutes to checkout.

This was my first time ever shopping at Harbor Freight Tools - I definitely felt like a kid in a candy store! I’m giving a 5 star review because the store was clean and orderly. The staff greeted me as I walked in. I didn’t know how much of a huge market there is for tools. Their prices are super competitive when compared to the competitors! All in all this is a great tool shop!

I got a good (so far, lol) car buffing machine, but man, this place smells like cancer waiting to happen in your lungs. You can just smell it. I wonder how the poor employees can work here for hours here. I hope they get compensated if they get sick in the future.

I feel like I could live here, walking into this place as a middle aged Professional Automotive technician its like Toys R Us for a kid. Except everything is reasonably priced. Quality is hit or miss but Ive been shopping at this chain of stores for almost 20 years, and the quality has drastically improved.

Didnt have proper size tarp with rivets to bungee down that i needed. Ive got a bad foot & couldnt get anyone to help me.

If you take something back because it dont work they want to charge you $6 for stocking fee. If something dont work why are you going to restock it. The casher people arent allowed to was scared to make a call. Same s*** every time I better go get my manager.
