They listed a Stereo install kit that fits my vehicle. I purchased the kit listed. When I received the kit it did NOT fit my Vehicle. I call the Manufacture to find out the correct part number. I told Uneeksupply the correct number. I asked Uneeksupply to send me a return envelope so I can return the one they sent me. I told them I had no use for it. They said they would. When I received the correct one for my vehicle there was NO return envelope. I also found out that they charged me again for the replacement one. Purchased a set of door speakers and tweeters for my truck and the staff was very helpful. They had quite a few options in stock and it was great to support a local business instead of buying online. I would have spent the same money with shipping if I had decided to buy online, and was able to test fit the speaker before I bought. Though I had to return the tweeters, as they didnt quite fit in the factory opening as I had thought they would, I will definitely be back to upgrade my receiver with a GPS-capable unit.

I purchased a 12 audiobahn surround foam repair kit,And I received the wrong size the guy that I spoked to on the phone told me to search on their website for a refund form, I tried and nothing, I emailed this company, and never replied back to me, Im very disappointed, and not to mention about the refound I got nothingTheres no 0 stars to rate this place I will be more than happy to do it. Do not buy from uneeksupply worst customer service ever!If anything goes wrong with your purchase uneeksupply will just sit back and do nothing. You tell them that FedEx stated that the shipper told them to destroy the package and uneeksupply will completely deny it then give you the run around to get your refund. They refuse to take responsibility and insist on passing the buck to Ebay to take care of this situation. Their customer service is complete garbage you have to explain the same thing over and over even though it is in writing. Bought a trim panel for my Ford Truck. Did not expect to have to return it as the representation of my Make/Model/Year matched perfectly. The photo of the item in their description was exactly what I needed. When the piece arrived in a box that looked like it had been MULE KICKED to my house from Bakersfield, the item wasnt the right fit. Called their office and spoke with Kelly (who is the reason I will give you 2 Stars) who was very polite and understanding and wasnt sure why the part wasnt as pictured. She did research and came up with an alternative solution, but I needed the part ASAP and bought the OEM at a much higher cost to just get it done. As I mentioned, I hadnt read in their online ad that buyer pays return shipping. But if you send me something that is not as described that I cant use, why should I foot the bill for your mistake? So I receive a shipping label for the part, with a note telling me to read their policy in the future and I go to ship the box back. Turns out, the label is only good for 13 oz. I had to pay the remaining $6.50. I dont care about $6.50. It is the principle of the matter.If you plan to purchase from this company, make sure they have the correct listing/part number.And I also paid the extra $10.50 fee for expedited shipping to get the wrong part quickly.......

Ordered a dash kit for a dodge and received parts for two different vehicles, none for the one I ordered for. Waiting to see how they correct their mistake. I needed the parts for a customer. Ive got a return label so hopefully I can finish install soon.

So I ordered a brown radio dash kit for 94 chevy and they sent me the dash kit however they sent me a navy blue or dark blue one instead of the brown like i ordered and tried to get replaced and just get email saying return it and you will be refunded.. Def a hassle didnt want to have to worry about if they settle this and send me a brown one like i ordered in first place i will fix this review thank you hope this helps and hope noone else has this problem

By far the WORST place I ever ordered parts from. Ordered about 20 harnesses, half of them were wrong and now im stuck with it. Guess they will ship you whatever they want and wont take it back Not giving me a refund or shipping slip to to ship back. I did email them about it and only think they told me was too bad, you open a case and lost, its done Hope no one orders from here cus they will mess up your order and not refund it

They claimed its an OEM bmw radio wire harness and its no where near that, wires are diffrent colors and missing 4 speakers wires and the plug didnt even fit the radio
