I think it’s a very unfriendly place to go into. No one says hello, no one says thank you and no one says have a nice day, in fact they all act like robots and have are just plain flat not friendly. I live close and dread having to go in there.

Ryan McCoy is very racist and very rude. I stopped working there because he was making up complaints about me and was trying to get me fired but failed!!! I’ve talked to very many customers and they stopped going because of him. He is not a good boss and rude to customers as well. When Ron was there, it was wonderful. I would recommend going to a different store. Cindy is very nice!

Rite Aid has been a foundation business in the marketplace for some time now. It is now showing some age and wear, but it continues to be maintained well. The service is good here. And I have never had a long wait in line at this store. Outside of that it is pretty much what you expect from a chain pharmacy. But a mild face lift would improve its draw greatly.

Tried several times to call the pharmacy... The menu was 3 minutes long before I could get a ring into the pharmacy.... it rang 15 times, and I had to sit through a repeated 3 minute menu, only to experience another exercise in futility...

I was in this store, shopping as usual and had the opportunity in experiencing great Customer Service from one of your store employees.The young ladies name is Cheyenne Baker. She speaks very eloquently and have great customer service toward the customers.She always smiling every time I visit the store and she is very helpful.But, I noticed that her boss Ryan McCoy talks down to her and that drew concern.Shes a great Employee and should be recommended for it.I have ranked thestore a bad rating because of what I saw.Sincerely,A concerned customer

Very disappointed with the cashier who rang me up, she made me feel like I was there to steal what I had in my basket! I walked in stopped to get the ad to see what was on sale and her eyes never left me until I walked out the door after i made my purchase. She greeted everyone else around me except for me and she was very cold to me and when i asked her a question about a price difference she was short and rude! I will never spend my hard working dollars at this location ever again! I will stick to my NW location off coffee and/or jewetta.

I came with my brother to pick a prescription cuz he had a surgery thos past monday and the pharmacist clerk(she)denied the service.we call the doctor and he send us back again to get the medication...and this time the lead pharmacist on shift help us...not good service.

I love the ice cream here
