Best Starbucks in town. I don’t know how, but this location always makes my lattes taste 100% better than all other Starbucks. Every other Starbucks makes my lattes taste like milk.

Welcome to your local Starbucks. A very large open spaced area. Filled with students in the afternoon. With a large center table and smaller 2 people tables along the windows.This is a great place for students to hang out and study together.Outside seating with 6 tables, night light, and railing to distinguish the borders.With the sign of the times, they are keeping up with health concerns, wiping tables every 30 minutes, and they are installing hand sanitizer units soon.Cons:Not enough electrical outlets, only the center main table and one table in front of the drive through line has an electrical outlet.When sitting outside you are bombarded with noise from the drive through. Should have made a sound wall, to quit the annoying sounds from the drive-thru

Its Starbucks how can it be less than 5 stars? Have an employee on the register that hates thier job.... so I gave it a 4 but thats unusual for Starbucks so im sure that if management knew theyd fix the issue... how can u not love a job at Starbucks?

Recently I went to Starbucks just to get something cold to drink and I wanted a green tea frappuccino type drink and one of the best drinks I have ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly even during this covid time. I highly recommend just treating yourself to something good.

Very chill neighborhood spot. Feels like the Sounds of the outside world being muffled while being here. Peaceful. Calm. Really good place to just bring your laptop and have a coffee with a treat. Being away from the crowded top coffee joints feels really relaxing and stress relieving. Guys behind the counter here are super chill and friendly. Thats what I have enjoyed just on my 1st visit here. The quietness of this little location makes it worth coming to if you wanna just have a spot to yourself. I will most definitely make this my go to spot for a coffee and treats. I shall make another appearance here again soon.

I cannot explain how excited I am that this little coffee shop popped up in the neighborhood! The coffee is INCREDIBLE -- the house made flavor shots are to die for. I also love that they have oat milk since many small shops do not. You also cannot beat the prices for the quality!

One of the best Starbucks in town. I go almost very morning and even if there is a line, I dont mind the wait since it goes by pretty quick. The morning staff is extremely nice which makes my morning coffee experience even better!

Starbucks just lost a customer and I’ll be going to sully’s for now on all I want is coffee and milk it shouldn’t cost 3.55 it’s usually only 2.15 for a small coffee with milkAt sully I can get a large coffee and milk 1.07I know the barista thinks she’s right but sorry the customer is always right even when they’re wrong this barista doesn’t own Starbucks and she’s not saving them money offending people and over charging them on coffee and milk

Coffee is great service is fast....only one thing bothers me about this location is that when you order on app for pick up sometimes drive thru cars box you in and its hard to back out of sparking spot.

I sat in a long line of cars for about 45 minutes. People should only order for those people in their cars not 20 drinks for a company. Company orders should be done online and picked up. Way to long to sit in a drive thru for any fast service.

Anisha gave me excellent customer service and went over and above to make sure I left a happy customer. I ordered a pike coffee in the drive through with drizzled caramel, but did not taste much of the caramel. I decided to park my car and wait outside for an employee to help my situation assuming that it would be a burden for them to help me. I told Anisha that I didnt taste the caramel and without hesitation, she came up with solutions and suggested I try one pump of caramel to sweeten it up. She smiled and said shell be right back with my coffee. She made me a new coffee that was the best pike Ive ever had! Anishas customer service was excellent,so I want Bakersfield and her management to know how accommodating, friendly and pleasant my experience was with her. I give her a 10/10 and let my friends know that Anisha really went over and above for me! Well done!

Had really high hopes for this place... very disappointed. The place is very cute but there was only one worker and a limited selection of items. The worker wasnt even friendly.

I went there for deaf event. I do not tend to go there for daily drinks. I see humble active workers serve customers so quickly. Starbucks workers on stockdale Bakersfield CA, which cross with coffee road, help hosts to start events in Starbucks which workers appreciate. Workers love events which different organizations/clubs host in Starbucks. Special workers on stockdale Bakersfield CA cross with Coffee Road. So funny when starbucks near COFFEE road for example STARBUCKS road. Funny.

This is my favorite Starbucks ever. Diane and her team are absolutely wonderful! My husband and I will go out of our way to go to this Starbucks because of the great service we receive.

Gentleman at the register noticably pointed out another employees mistake. When I was up to order I greeted the employee, but didnt receive any eye contact or positive attitude. I asked for a recommendation and it seemed he unwillingly served me a Pike. Must have been the energy before speaking to me(oh well). Nice and quiet place to get work done, but only two outlets available. Bring an extension cord.

This Starbucks store is staffed by friendly, polite baristas. Efficient and cheerful. The location, restrooms included, is always spotless. It has ample seating inside and some tables outside as well as a very fast WiFi router. There are numerous AC outlets for customers to use and the interior is kept cool. It is frequented by clean, quiet patrons, often students who go there to actually study. My wife and me consider it our Starbucks when we visit Bakersfield.Highly recommended!

They werent very friendly. We ordered 2 Mocha Frappuccinos and a Vanilla Bean and it tasted like it was watered down so we took them back and they replaced them, but there was no Hey Im sorry! We will never go back to that one again!!!! They seemed to snooty!!!

I cant not describe how great the staff is at this location. I have another Starbucks just around the corner from my house that I can go before going to my office but no one can match the level of service I get, specially from Dianne and the future store managers Stephanie and Elizabeth. At least I see them that way.

I love Starbucks, but the seating set up is terrible. Tiny tables for two on the side, one ugly bar with the view of the drive-thru, and a giant interview table in the center. Oh, and no electrical outlets.

This Starbucks is kind of hidden. Parking is limited so you have to park usually a few yards away if youre out of luck. Good customer services. I usually order cafe americano. Clean place.

My favorite starbucks in town to go to staff is always friendly my drinks are always made right and tasty here only downfall is that they do get really busy I would suggest parking outside the Starbucks parking if youre in a rush you will get boxed in from the drive thru line being backed up
