This is honestly a terrible establishment and I hope whoever sees this decides not to go here. I replaced my screen here and noticed problems within a week. I was typing and watched a crack form across my screen. This should never happen from normal use, ESPECIALLY since I took care to put a tempered glass screen protector on my phone. Absolutely horrible. I implore you not do business with this establishment as it will only end in frustration and more wasted money to fix it anywhere else. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I only had a cracked screen and they ruined my phone. Immediately after posting my review, the owner mentioned that he could always leave another positive review himself. Dont trust this place. They are scam artists and will take your money and break your phone. Use google to find any one of the many other RELIABLE and HONEST phone repair stores in Bakersfield.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews but the 2 times I’ve been in there I’ve got great service. I had my I phone 6 screen replaced for 60$. It took them 20 minutes and it’s good as new. I recommend them and will use them again.

I went to this store to get my iPhone 6s screen fixed and they did it fast. There customer service was good. After a couple of weeks I broke my phone again and I mentioned to the owner that I have came to get it fixed before and he gave a little discount.

Horrible service they kept my boyfriends phone over night and now they are forwarding my calls .

Are there better places to get your smart phone and electronics fixed? Yes. Are those other places more expensive? Yes.Eagle Cellular Wireless is significantly cheaper than other gadget fix stores. Customer service is not fantastic. But, fixing a gadget for less makes up for it.Took my iPad Air for a screen replacement. Fixed! But the glass is not flat with the bezel. Were talking millimeters.Does it work? Yes. Is it still cracked? No. Is it annoying? At first. I dont even mind it after the first couple hours.They get the job done. At the end, were all just looking for a cheap, quick fix for our expensive iPhones.

Says they open at 9 but got there 10 am and it was closed. Wait till 10:30 and never opened. They need to update hours. There were other people who showed and left. Wasting people time

If you want poor service, no accountability for their work and to completely waste your time and money go here. If not save yourself the hassle. To say these people are scumbags is an understatement!

HORRIBLE. dont come here! Cracked my phone and went in to get it fixed. When they handed it back to me they didnt give me a receipt or details. Just pretty much threw the phone back at me and told me it was done. Next day, the screen was coming out so I brought it back, they supposedly fixed it again, but a couple days after the screen started turning the colors into weird and green. When I went to go take it back they said I couldnt get it fixed after seven days and it had NOT been seven days. Wasted $65 there! DO NOT COME HERE. they use cheap parts!

HORRIBLE !! I wouldnt even give this place one star, their rude, and unprofessional, they use cheap plastic to fix people phones, and they get mad and dont refund you your money after they RUIN YOUR PHONE. I dont recommend this place to ANYONE, the manager, assistant, and the boss is RUDE and they need to CLOSE FOR GOOD. Dont let me forget how the boss threatened a customer with a baton taser because they ruined his phone and tried to kick him out the shop I WITNESSED IT ALL !

They robbed me for $87 the fixed my screen and 15 min after I left the corners started cracking I came back and they said the could do anything about it! Dnt go here too expensive poor service and not original I pod parts:(
