Hector at the store on Panama Lane in Bakersfield, California is absolutely 💯the best. He took so much time going over every tiny detail possible with me as a new customer. He was VERY, VERY FRIENDLY AND PATIENT with me. I am in no way technically inclined but yet he answered every question I threw at him (and believe me that was a lot of questions). I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Hector. If you are looking for service with Verizon be certain you contact him.

My experience in this Verizon Store with Representative Miguel was the very best it could be. As soon as My Mother and I entered the store Miguel was promptly there to assist us. Miguel helped us through a difficult and lengthy process resulting in a successful outcome. We are so happy that My Mother has her own telephone line now. We were greeted upon entry and had a really nice salesperson named Chuy.He was kind and very knowledgeable about the products and plans not only with Verizon but competitors as well! Just wanna say that the Manager Timothy was phenomenal he spent actual time with us and wasnt pushy at all! Theres two kinds of salesmen in this world! One who makes you feel like you bought a quality product and one who makes you feel like you were scammed after making a purchase and I must say Timothy was very honest and well at his craft. Julian was also very helpful as well after Timothy left. The whole stores atmosphere was very welcoming and humble. Definitely will be coming back.

Where to begin? Son goes into store to get a replacement phone for his broken phone...... Let’s bottom line it ... a month and a half later and after 3 devices/ 3 lines that were added to my bill without permission by Alex the manager.....Well let’s say I am still fighting a bill for over 700 dollars for devices that we do not own or possess yet are being charged a buyout for devices we do not own and more fees than I can count. I have on several occasions and after several attempts tried contacting Alex to have him rectify this situation, who by the way will come off as your best friend and wants to help will disappear. He made the mess with his actions and when it’s time to clean his mess, he will not help you.I have contacted corporate several times which in turn has tried contacting Alex to no avail. Verizon has encouraged that as consumers we do not buy from independent dealers like this store because when you have to deal with people like Alex and need them to fix their mistakes they most times won’t.I have found out that he has to do something on his side of this unauthorized transaction to finally clear this situation up and he refuses to help. He also took a IPhone 8 Plus as a trade in without giving us credit for it. He told us it takes a few days, that was a month and a half ago.Be careful for this store because they will have no problem screwing around with your credit rating, your valuable time, your money and your life. BEWARE!!PSI have read several reviews and noticed that the owners will reply on the positive feedback, however, have not on the negative. The same thing that those that left negative reviews had to deal with is exactly the same thing done to me. Sad, I am sure I will get the same reply I got from Alex at the store.... crickets!!!

I ended up finding out i am able to upgrade in a month, so I ended up setting an appointment for next month to upgrade my device. I Came in here to add a line. Customer service was excellent from the moment I walked into the door. I bought my samsungs a month ago at the Costco kiosk and they never helped me submit my rebate form. They told me I had to do it myself. I dont have a computer and cant do it. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was helped by some guy named Alex. He made me feel like I was 4th most important thing the entire time because he kept pausing to either take a call, reply to a text, or email. Alex also quoted me a monthly price. When I got the bill it wasn’t the case. He signed me up for extra things that I didn’t want. When I tried to call him to resolve the issue he gave me the run around that he’s the only one who works for corporate, so he was the only one who can resolved the issue but when he goes back to work. After I got ghosted by him I went into talk to someone about it, all they could say is that I got ripped off (my words not theirs.)

Maddi was super helpful, and made the trade in process so easy and fun because she’s so sweet and funny! She gave us an amazing deal, and made sure we were happy with our new phones.

Ricardo help me after a bad experience at Verizon booth located inside a supermarket. I was lost with the prices and confusing breakdowns so I went into the Verizon store on Panama lane. I am SO glad I did. Ricardo broke it down so that I could understand and choose the plan thats right for my family. I visited this location to enquire about adding a tablet to my line for work. They analyzed my account and were able to help me get a watch and tab S4 tablet(paid in full) on a better plan for less money than what I was originally paying WITHOUT the tablet and watch. The bald headed guy,I think his name is Juan or John plus Ricardo were both professional . I had a bad stigmas about wireless stores and usually only buy online but this experience will make me a customer for life.

Lied about lowering my bill. The person that help me Alex Cisneros manager of that branch store He told me if I added more devises it would lower my bill as a bundle. My bill just got higher. He removed service from my plan without telling me I found out later when I called Verizon customer derives number. He checked off boxes without reading them out to me and just told me to sign on the supposedly new monthly phone plan. He told me he was going to waive the activation fee. They were all on my next monthly bill. I told him I didn’t want no contract because I was already on that plan. I later found out for my son phone there was a 2 year contract tied to that phone. He gave me his personal number when I first walk in to get my sons phone. And after I have questions about why my phone so high he stop replying to my messages and when I try to call and ask for him I store the staff tell me he took a month off and was going to a different store. The staff said they would help me with my bill and no one still hasn’t got back to me.
