Just visited with my Sister to pick up more flooring. Very nice female, I believe Brittany was wonderful.

I entered to look at carpet and tile. I was looking at samples near the door. The employee was at the counter looking at his cellphone. He didnt look up or greet me. When I finally moved closer to the counter did he finally look up and greet me. He was very knowledgeable about the products. As he was the only one there, he was having to juggle between helping me, helping another person and answering the phone. As I wasnt getting the help needed, I decided to just leave and go somewhere else.

Sales representative was highly knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, which were a lot! He explained the flooring process for fixing versus remodeling, costs, and time frames. There is a wide variety of floor samples and very polite, helpful information provided. I am glad I read other reviews and chose to go to Flooring Liquidators. They do not disappoint!

Went into new location received help fast Darren Tripp was store manager and he helped me with my needs. He was very helpful and funny. He found what I wanted and for much cheaper than anywhere else. I will only come here from now on. Thanks Mr Tripp

I would never recommend this place to anyone ever again! I went in looking for new carpet and they ended up sending a non licensed contractor to my home to do the measuring and installation of the carpet. Turns out the installer that was NOT a licensed contractor did the installation and did not do a very good job also the installer requested I pay him directly not the company. I thought nothing of this. But when asked to return to fix the mistakes he made he refused to this installer Carlos did not do a good job, Im not sure why Flooring Liquidators would have sent me a non licensed contractor to do this work to beging with. So I have to ened up paying double just to fix the mistakes that their installer did. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

My experience error was excellent they have a pretty good showroom there and the service is top of the line

Very helpful staff that wasnt pushy and had great ideas. They had a Prefab counter-top we couldnt find anywhere else.
