Horrible costumer service! never coming back here again.

I’ve been coming to this location for about four weeks straight and they still haven’t found the time to stock up on their eyelashes!!! Waste of time!!!

Yesterday I was welcome with cold n rude behavior from the morning staff. If your in the business of customer service act accordingly to your job. Hopefully management will read my comment and take action to make sure that they give everyone a good welcoming experience at Sally beauty store.

I could not find a certain shampoo. It seems it no longer exists. An employee found the one for me at Sallys that does the exact same out come. I am grateful, Thank you!!

They had a great sale on Eden hair products. Bought a shampoo and got and got their deep conditioner for free (equally priced though). I love a good sale.

Im very content with the service at this Sallys. They almost always have everything I need when I go in and the ladies there are very helpful especially the managers!

Never answer the phone. They just pick up and then hang up after the phone has been ringing too long. 👎👎

I will drive 7 miles across town to get competent service. Maybe basic common sense should be a job requirement.

Very knowledgable staff, but a little pushy. My wife just wanted to shop and the workers wouldnt stop asking if she needed help. Like, seriously every minute or so. :D

I love the place ... is a good place for hair styles and also to the public . They can buy anything at good prices.

Worse business ever!

The other day I went to the Sallys Beauty Supply on the East side. The one on Fashion place. First of all, the employees gave horrible customer service. Some old woman named Rosa and some rude person named Terri were very unprofessional. They told me to use some product that instead of helping my hair it just made it worst. Also, an employee named Gloria was very rude. Their manager Cindy does not care to discipline these rude employees. I would rate this store with a big fat zero. This store with their employees suck. Also, they are not helpful and are to busy throwing dirty looks to the customers. They are also very lazy just standing around doing nothing. I rather go the the Sallys on Gosford. Thank you.

This Sallys in particular has the WORST costumer service. This is the 3rd time Ive come to this one, and tonight there was an employee standing and talking with one of her friends instead of helping the other costumers in the store. She had a lot of attitude and asked very rudely, Do you need anything?

Great variety of supplies... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!

Rude manager, some staff nasty attitude very inflated prices not a good choice for pleasant shopping experience.

Very bad customer service here. I should have checked the ratings, before I went there. They dont greet you, or help you much... it seems like they dont care, to help the customer.
