This Bath and Body works always has the nicest employees! They all have great customer service and love to assist the customers in any way they possibly can. I love the selection in this store as well, I searched and searched at a couple other ones in Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo for the Halloween candle holder and I came here and they had it!

I used to love this store, but after Covid hit, it seems like they don’t want anyone shopping in their stores anymore. Recently, I tried to go in and the lady at the front letting people in acted like it was an imposition to go in. There was only one other customer. The rest of the people were employees. They try to put nasty smelling hand sanitizer on you before you go in and hand you a disposable bag to shop with. I started looking around, but didn’t find what I was looking for. As I was walking out, I tried to hand the bag back since I didn’t see any trash cans and the girl, again, acted like I was gross and wouldn’t take the bag. Very rude. You might as well shut the stores down and just go online at this point. I don’t mind Covid precautions, but this was just ridiculous.

Quite honestly one of the worst Bath and Bodyworks I’ve ever been to. They are so disorganized with their lines to get it. People cutting, rude associates and no crowd control or plan. Will never be back.

It was my first time going in like 5 years and has alot of good deals but i was looking for more deals on towels and artificial plants not alot to choose from

Just came to pick up at the valley plaza store after I received an email that my order was ready and it took them about 20 minutes to give it to me. Their excuse was that my order was not coming up and they had to make it again. Why would they send an email that my order was ready if they weren’t going to have it. Their store need to be more organized with pick up orders.

I think its a little to much. I would go more often if the prices were a little lower and the rewards program was more rewarding. The candles smell good however the candles from Wal-Mart last longer and smell just as good and less expensive. The body creams are good but price could be lower. I give a 3 because the candles smell good. I dont think Ill return for a couple years

I have been ordering online from this store and they charged my not once but twice for each order that I pay for when I called customer service about this the lady I spoke with just hung up on me.

I love Bath and body works. This location in particular is good. I received great customer service. Store is well stocked and well kept. Friendly atmosphere. Favorite fragrances are sweet pea, and all their citrus scents.

I LOOOOOOVE this place!! It is always super nice and clean. I love the wall flowers and the candles. Everytime I come to this store I feel very welcomed, the staff is very nice and Yolanda was super helpful the last time I came. She introduced me the new scents and told me what the sales were so I could get a great deal. I will definitely be going back again, hopefully soon because I need more wall flowers.

I love these stores. By the time I leave Ive spent more than I should and my senses are filled with aost every fragrance in the store!

Id appreciate if they could train their employees on their own time. Not only was I in line for 20 minutes, but it took another 10 minutes and 4 employees to give me my change of only 10 cents.

The sales are fantastic and the sales girls are wonderful. The only drawback there is that I couldnt get reception on my phone where the register is so try to pay with my phone wasnt going to happen. Had to go to the machine to get money.😣

I love being able to wash my hands here. The soaps smell so good. Some of the seasonal scents are kind of... off. And it can be pricey if you dont go during one of the crazy good sales. But it is a quality product.
