I am Flying to Europe from Canada I lost my vaccine documents I had my shots at Frys in Avondale. I called Frys and they told me the only way to get a copy was to go to the store The store is a long way from Vancouver I phoned the FedEx facility and talked to Bianca. She volunteered to go to Frys and pick in up for me I have received the Vaccination Card in Canada Thanks again Bianca

I really dont know why this location has such a bad rating. I specifically wanted a stand alone FedEx location rather than one inside a Walmart or Walgreens. My experience was great. I had no problems. The woman was trying to help another customer. She helped me when she could. I got my receipt. Everything was done smoothly. I seriously do not understand why this place has such a low rating.

I went to send something to the IRS. Was told I had to go to the post office. Went to their website and pulled this FedEx is a designated private delivery service of the IRS, which means you can ship your return at FedEx Office to meet the timely mailing as timely filing/paying rule for tax returns and payments. Having a FedEx tracking number is official proof for the IRS that you met the April 15 deadline. I will gladly give my business to the post office since you did not want mine.

Store manager is so incompetent. Customer service was terrible and unprofessional. Refused to release my package after I re-directed the package. I had package information such as Nike receipt and fed-ex tracking info. I would rate no stars at all.

I was in on Saturday November 9, 2019 to print out two PDF documents that I needed in color. When using the self service machine I encountered an error after I had swiped my debt card. I informed the staff member of the issue and she stated that she could print out the documents for me so I went ahead and did that. I questioned about getting charged for the error since nothing printed out, she stated that no charge would happen.Today I see that I have two charges posted on my statement, I called the store and asked if I could get a refund for the wrong charge since nothing printed. The person that answered said that she was the person that helped me and remembered the incident, She stated that I had to go in person to get a refund I let her know that I was from out of state and was only in on business when I went in to the store, so then she told me that I needed a receipt to get a refund so that I had to call her back with receipt number to get a refund. I informed her that I might not have the receipt but that I had the debt card used for the transaction she stated that she could only do it if I had a receipt for the correct charge. I did not realize that even with having the debt card available that was used they still could not process the refund. So now I am out the amount that money :/

I visited this location on SEP 15 to mail two packages. The packages were pre-addressed when I brought them in and the employee entered the address for FedEx label based on the address written on the package. After the FedEx label was printed and attached to the package I noticed that the address was wrong. He was obviously annoyed even though the address was clearly written on the package to start with and asked if I wanted it fixed. When I said yes he credited my card for the incorrect label, made a corrected label, and I paid for the corrected label. My account showed three charges pending, two posted, and the third went away just as it should have.Two weeks later the charge showed back up on my account. I called the store and they basically refused to talk to me about it. They gave me the corporate number to try to get a refund. The corporate people wanted a reference number from my bank statement. Because the charge did not actually post until October I do not have it on a bank statement yet. They told me to call back when I have the reference number. I asked about recourse with the store and was told that there was nothing I could do. FedEx is basically going to hold on to my money for a month and maybe refund it when I call back with a reference number.Avoid this store at all costs.

Even though its a busy location I was able to get in and out pretty quick. They even made suggestions to what I was getting to make it look better. The customer service was fast and effective. My only issue is the parking lot, but thats not their problem, it is a busy corner of the shopping center.

Went to the store to ship a small package to Tokyo. Heavy set woman at the desk chewing around on her gum, rude as anything, hard to understand. I told her it might be easier for her to talk without the gum. Chewing gum when dealing with a customer ??She quoted me almost a $120.00 for a box, roughly 1 lb., by then I had enough of Fed Ex, and walked out. I went to the local post Office, very nice and friendly ladies, cost to ship the same package $23.50.Seems to me, Fedex does not need customers. I hope they realize, it is the other way round. There are choices out there !Maybe, start cleaning up the act with the front desk people, gum, arrogance, rude is not a good recipe !

Tried to ship a firearm from this location. Before going to the store I fully researched the requirements for both the shipping destination and FedEx. I made sure that I had fully prepared to comply with all regulations. When I told the young woman working behind the counter that I intended to ship a firearm she began quoting the requirements which I agree to until she came to a requirement that was not in the FedEx policy. I asked her where she got that information to which she said it was in their written policy. I asked her to show me the policy, she could not find the requirement that she was referring too. I insisted that what she was asking for was not in the FedEx policy which I was pointing too and insisted that she should ship the package to which she refused. I went to the FedEx hub at Sky Harbor, no problems, packed it, shipped it. The personnel at this location is obviously improperly trained. If you need something specific, go somewhere else.

I went to ship a boxed item that was wrapped in foam and wrapping paper. The lady in the counter said they are unable to take the package because of being wrapped in the paper. They suggested to package in their own box which cost roughly $20 dollars, yes, thats is right. A $20 dollar box. I went to Lowes across the street and bought one for .75 cents and $2.99 tape. Done, and she scanned the package.

I dont know what you other reviewers have been smoking but I NEVER have a problem at this store! The workers are always super nice and work fast, and sometimes you have to wait in line, but guess what, that happens everywhere! They teach you that in preschool! I have never had anyone treat me rudely but I HAVE seen people screaming at the workers and acting like children denied a candy bar. Some people got nothing better to do than complain!

If you have ANY type of movement in the package you are sending, they will not ship it unless they repack it for a fee. Everything I ship is encased in foam, but that isnt enough. I have to take it to a different location to ship and they say it is packed perfectly.

Very bad, avoid at all costs.The lady told me after printing over 60$ worth that they do not give page divider paper.I have been going to kinko FedEx for 25 years and never heard that.But after seeing the other reviews I can see why, and it’s just this store.This place has the worst customer service and reviews I have ever seen.

Horrible experience. Staff flat out lies about services they offer... the result of which cost me hundreds of dollars. No responsibility whatsoever. Apathetic attitude by all reigns supreme here (must be a good job market if they care so little?) Do yourself a favor and dont use this FedEx as the other locations nearby are much, MUCH better.

I have been to this Fed Ex on 5 different occasions. There is a man that works there who is so rude to customers it is unbelievable. The first time I was in line and watched him with a customer whom he made so mad the customer sweared at him and left. I gave the store employee the benefit of the doubt thinking he was having a bad day. He was rude to me as well, I let it go. The 4 next visits I have had there, this man is still just as rude, to me and to anyone else in the store. He should not be working in an industry where he has to talk to people at all. I now go out of my way to go to a different Fed Ex location because I cannot stand having to deal with this man...who for some reason is always there. I imagine that many other people who visit this location dont go back to it as well. Why is this guy still working there? It is very unfortunate.

Thursday march 8 between 2pm and 3pm. Weather nice, just had late lunch, Was having a good day... then decided to ship my package with fedex....Worst FedEx experience ever! I paid everything online, i came to drop my package. What was supposed to be a 5 min in and out turned out to be 1hour back and forth discussion with clueless agents who dont know fedex shipping international rules. For some reasons They kept trying to find excuse to not take my package. Only god knows why...first they questioned the authenticity of my invoice, then questioned the labels saying they dont match. Then they said my box dimensions was wrong, when in fact it was in centimeter vs inches. After all was settle they finally told me they cant do PO boxes even though i spent 30 min explaining that i was shipping to west africa where there is not physical addresses only PO boxes. Which i have done several times with fedex with no problem. One lady supposedly the manager told me they dont take PO boxes address in any case. Which i knew was false. Because Fedex do take PO boxes for international shipping. They also said they had to open my package to verify what was in there. Never heard that before. I cant tell what was the motive for all the scrutiny but They litterally treated me like Sh**t. Please share and stop the customer profiling !😡😡😡😡 #fedex @fedex

I ordered a package, with reptile inside. they rejected it, now I am have to drive to 43 ave. By the time I get there the reptiles might be dead. I cant sent home the package because its a b-day present for my husband, what kind of a suprise is it when he know about it? Its not about the driving, its just the poor reptiles, and I am unable to leave in the middle of work. If you ever decide to order a reptile please send it to a friend, family member, anyone you know will be at home. dont send to them, dont let them make any $ of u, couse they do not respect the shipment or customer.If you can, dont deal with them and just try to pick up the package. thank you to who ever reads this.

Dont believe their Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m. or your money back. According to their Revenue Service Representative, the driver tried three times to deliver my package to Stanford University Medical Center but there was no one sitting at the front desk. I dont believe them for one minute, but Im not at Stanford so they get by with it.
