This store is unsanitary. Staff was frequently handling completed orders by the lids (without gloves) that were meant to be drinking our coffee from. It took over 30 minutes to get a latte, they didnt have the ingredients (as usual) to make a bacon egg & cheese sandwich and amusingly the cashier asked if I wanted to wait 15 minutes for it before she determined that they didnt have bacon needed to make it, and absolutely no effort is made to wipe down tables the mob waiting for orders are sitting at. Skip this store and get your coffee at McDonalds or any other Starbucks unless you have 45 minutes to waste getting coffee here. Everytime I go to this store I swear Ill never go back but after a couple of months I forget the nightmare and go.

I had two bags of Coffee that I needed ground. They were super friendly and ground it got free. Some stores wont do that anymore. Went in today, and they were great! The girl who served me, and was friendly and professional. I got a refill from Kohen and he was the same way. Definitely one of the better Starbucks Ive been to.*Only critique: the Seating area in front of the front windows windowsill is pretty dirty (dead fly, wrappers, dust, etc).*

Ive been a very long-time, loyal customer to this location, for several years. My wife and I have developed relationships with these baristas and have shared common experiences throughout the Covid pandemic. However, the manager Holli has just severely marred our opinion of this sole location.In the middle of an Arizona summer, where even at 10a.m. it is 100-105 degrees outside, the store was trying to mirror its competitors service by standing an employee outside to take orders. The STARK contrast to the competitors is that the store does not provide infrastructure such as industrial cooling fans, misters, or shading. They simply provide their employee an ice vest, which at 10:15am had already melted. At 10:15am the employee outside was beet red, dripping with sweat, and was visibly ill: signs of heat exhaustion.At the window, the manager Holli, expressed a complete disregard for human safety. She stated the employee volunteered for the job to stand outside - rather than express concern and rotate volunteers. She stated the employee was just fine with her ice vest - a grossly out of date understanding of the current situation as only moments earlier the near-passing-out employee stated the ice had melted. Holli exhibited deplorable managing skills as she was unaware of the severity of heat exhaustion which was taking place and her unwillingness to take any action. Finally, to cap it off, Holli ended the conversation by simply walking away.Weve had wonderful experiences with the hard-working staff at this store, but Hollis representation makes the store look really bad.

Ordered online, location was wrong, got late for work looking for it and never got my coffee. I was sent to a Kay jewelry, this is ridiculous.

I have tried calling this location multiple times, no answer, and all I wanted was to inform someone about my drink, which was very poorly made. When I received my drink from a friend who had bought it for me, it tasted like chemicals or like expired products were used. I am not one to complain but that drink was horrible. It was supposed to be a caramel Frappuccino, what I received was not that!

Ordered the nitro cold brew! Wow make sure you have a busy day. This brew kicks it up a notch! Coffee is smooth and stronger with good flavor

I get coffee at Starbucks EVERY DAY. This location was new to me, I just was in the neighborhood. The girl who rang me up was very rude. Starbucks policy is now that masks are optional if you are fully vaccinated (I am). It’s on their website and posted on the door to their store. She was unaware, and when I pointed it out to her.... her rudeness continued, and wasn’t even remotely apologetic. I will 100%never go back.

This Starbucks has very rude ignorant employees. No greetings at all and they love to roll there eyes with such an attitude. Definitely they don’t know how to make drinks or listen correctly. Never coming back here again.. 🤢

Great new Starbucks with spacious area for guests. Baristas are especially friendly and helpful. This Starbucks is located in what has recently become a busy entertainment area. There is consequently, plenty of parking.All your usual food and drink and gift items can be found here.

I went to the Starbucks with my family for the first time and the experience was great I even ordered my own drink, but I got a Starbucks drink for the second time.Last year my case manager used to offer me some during my break at work so I know Starbuck pretty well but I just never went there myself or with family.

A bit overpriced I guess because of the brand name. Nothing special. Mocha was fine (not great) and chicken sandwich was okay.

The day we went, this location had nothing we wanted. What we did order was thrown together but we ate because we had a long drive. The customer service was mediocre. I understand being busy can be overwhelming but if your job is to smile and be engaging, then you should. I will not be returning to this location.

New location for this Starbucks, very classy interior, fast and friendly staff. Easy to find parking lot is big and open which makes it easy to navigate.

First time at this location or any for that matter that I left feeling disheartened over the establishment. No greeting or formality from the girl at the window. Handed us a drink with milk and Carmel dripping down the sides. As its leaking onto our vehicle we ask for a couple napkins to clean it up and clearly that was a request that made her even more bothered. Ive never had a transaction like it and hope no one else has to again.

Possibly because it was a bit busy. Coffee just wasnt quite right. This is more of an exception as this location mainly makes my coffee drink perfectly.

So one of my friends posted an ad about a Harley Quinn Frappuccino at Starbucks . I love this girl since the movie Suicidal Squad. so if course I wanted to get me one of these drinks. After having a bad experience, minutes before, with another Starbucks location down the street, my boyfriend ended up driving another mile down the road just so I can get the drink. The girls here at this place (specially the cashier) where amazing. I totally forgot to get their names. But big thanks to the crew that was working there closing hours 01.31.2020.... Cashier: you are amazing for going out of your way reading the recipe and placing the order. Barista: thanks for making it happen THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

The store was closed which was disappointing. But we did get good service through the drive thru. Our drink was prepared the way we wanted it and the sandwich was warm and delicious.

Recently got into the Cinnamon Dulce Latte from Starbucks and the baristas here know how its done. You gotta really enjoy the consistency in the drinks that are served throughout the SB-multiverse. Thats one thing I love about investing the few dollars I do on caffeinated beverages, that no matter what storefront I go to, I know its going to be a hit, and not a hit-or-miss like it sometimes happens with small coffee houses. Workers are very nice and welcoming, and the wait wasnt to bad even though it was lunch rush on a Saturday. They are really running a well oiled machine. The lobby area and bathrooms were also clean and fully stocked which is something I always give props for. This place made my appreciation for the Starbucks name grow a bit more. Thanks for another great cup of warm goodness!

Staff very is rude. They always get my order wrong and I only keep going back because they’re the closest Starbucks to my house. They don’t open at the times listed. I placed an online order for breakfast and coffee. My card was charged and no one was even at Starbucks when I arrived. The doors were locked. I waited over 20 minutes and no one ever showed up.

Came on for a latte with oat milk and brown sugar syrup and they didnt have oat milk so barista suggests soy milk then I tell him with brown sugar and they didnt have any either, 😡 so I say let me just have a caramel macchiato and he replies we dont have any caramel 🤬 I said forget it

Went for happy hour. This location was not prepared for the volume. The wait was extremely long, but we did get a drink comped. The staff was friendly although they had to come out and ask what our order was.

I didnt find the staff at this Starbucks to be particularly Friends at All. Ridiculous to me that during this COVID-19 Pandemic customers cannot at least sit at tables outside. It should be plenty safe as long as people are respecting social distancing and wearing masks.

Internet says you are open and it is 6:19. Called and barista could not tell me fast enough that they were closed. I informed her that the Internet said that they were open. He said oh sorry but we are closed. And then I was sitting in front of your store she walked out and gave somebody coffee. Must be a friend.

MORNING STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. MOBILE ORDERS SHOULD BE HANDED OUT TO THE CUSTOMERS AND NOT EXPOSED FOR EVERYONE TO TOUCH YOUR ORDERS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKSHOPS ARE DEFINITELY NEEDED AT THIS LOCATION.

Love, love, love. Place your mobile order when you get off the freeway and by the time you get there, it will be ready. (Dont play with your phone while driving!!)Its a great location. There are a couple of driveways into the parking lot including a couple lights to make it easy in and out. The parking lot is huge and well planned. Its new so clean, well-kept, etc. The few people Ive talked to were nice and good at their jobs. Usually I place mobile orders so I dont actually talk to many people there.

I arrived for a pick-up order. I waited in line and told the cashier i was there for my pick-up order. They referenced to a baggage claim area where they were just piling up drinks, and said it would be there if it was ready, or it would be prepared soon. They had no idea if my order had been filled or not. How is that possible that they dont know if they made an order or not? I looked through the pile of drinks, and couldnt see my order. I sat and waited almost twenty minutes, before complaining after i saw people placing orders and having them filled before mine. Turned out my order had been sitting there the whole time (and the items were not even next to each other), iced coffee melted and hot latte cold. Get it together starbucks. If an order is ready, the customer should be told, not told to wait. Thats ridiculous.

You know when the barista argues with you about a drink that you ordered yourself makes you wanna reach over and slap some common sense to them. She tried giving me my drink without whip cream on it. I told her it should have it she put on a flat lid. I stared at her and she asked do you want some?.So below is the picture of my ordered. Yes she was right it said NO whip.However if u would know how to read your own company labels. You would had given me my drink with cold brew whip cream.Now I ordered 4 drinks. What is your location going to do to rectify this issue so it doesnt happen again.Have your distric manager reach out to me!

Can you get a manger in there. If you have one. Then a get a real one. It is chaotic in there. Orders are not being announced. Orders are made out of order. I ordered 3 items and 2 were made 5 mins apart. The last item was a sandwich and I waited 10 mins for it. When I asked about it they said they were out. I see a manager type person and all she does is restock. Get it together and help your team. Create a system that gets everyone in and out. You have 15 people waiting in the front. You had lots of orders spread out and I saw multiple people touch every cup to see if it’s their order. Aren’t we in a COVID hot spot. This is not safe. If you don’t believe me. Go visit this store and see for yourself.

Did an online order for a in-store pick up, the app allowed in store pick up in person. your associate decided that they would not open the store and not have in store pickup only drive-through pick up with a line thats 2/3 miles long. advertising on your app that you can do an in store pick up and in person pick up. they refuse to give me a refund through the phone and give me corporate number knowing that corporate was not open to provide me with a refund and would not answer the phone after. BBB complaints for false advertising a in store pick up and refusing a full refund.

This is a nice one with long tables for shared working spaces. It was busy on a Sunday afternoon. Most of the other Starbucks the comfy seating is all taken or the outside seating but in this place it was the table seating that had loads of people working on computers.

Usually very quick and friendly service. Randomly closed though which is very inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly and what I loved the most was that even though there was a line through the drive through, the line moved at a decent pace compared to the one on 75th.

Lines are long and the time in lines are usually excessive. Order ahead instead.

I used to like this location but not anymore! The girl that worked the window today was very rude to me when I told her that my order was wrong and the girl that took my order didnt give me the correct size! I tried calling location to tell them about how unprofessional their window girl was to me when I told her my drink wasnt right. Very disappointed in my service. Immediately the girl got an attitude with me and said she wasnt the one who made my drink?? Of course I was mad I been in customer service industry for years and you never are supposed to speak to your customers that way no matter if you didnt screw it up! All she had to do was apologize and have them remake it!l but instead she was snobby and rude to me! I am never coming back to spend a dime at this location!!!

Staff was very friendly, service was quick and enjoyable. My tea was excellent. Plenty of seating inside and doesnt feel crowded, plus the interior is nice. Seating outside isnt bad either. Overall good experience.
