Was given incredible deal on phones and service for 3 new lines. Customer service was excellent! Love the late hours, as most Metros in my area close hire a bit earlier. I did notice a discrepancy on hours, according to Google they closed at 10pm on Saturdays, but the store actually closes at 9pm. Definitely will be back to this store and will def be referring everyone I can.

She was amazing nice and polite

This location sucks. Been here multiple time and each time the door is locked, sign says open and no one is in there. Each time during business hours. Today is tuesday, again door locked, open sign on and no one present. I understand people need lunches but the professional thing to is place a sign in the window saying youre at lunch

Went in to the store on 03/15/18 to help my Dad get a phone and was attended by a service representative, I believe her name was Flor. Flor was very courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend this store to anyone, especially if Flor is on the job....again Thank you!!!

Great service! I took my new unlocked phone in to transfer my service and the girl working knew how to set up the dual sim & sd card tray.

Manager is TERRIBLE if negative stars were available youd get the maximum. no customer skills whatsoever, texting on the phone entire conversation playing music loudly. never directly spoke to me.HE Became hostile when i came in and turned off his music to tell him how he was unprofessional and how i had to ask multiple questions do to His MUSIC, TEXTING, and walking away during convo. The girl assistant was awesome and helpful til her so called manager arrived speaking low and looking at the ground texting ect. Worst service ive had anywhere. Fire his ass IMMEDIATELY. Corporate will receive a call til issue is resolved.

This store ripped me off put me on the highest plan without me knowing and said i got free accessories when they charged me for them noticed it after looking at the invoice. Dont go to this store!!

Says it closes at 9pm and I came at 7:30pm and everything was closed down.
