The store manager apparently the only one working with no extra staff to help her she was very helpful to take the time to check on my T-Mobile account and process my payment in cash fast and efficient.Something that the real T-Mobile store location could not do for me after waiting in line for over 20 minutes Ive solved here in less than 5 minutes.Ill definitely come back to this store...

Paola the front desk girl lied and promised great service in my area and when I got home service didnt even work. I called 1 hour after and she was extremely rude and refused to give my my money back

This place needs to change their hours or fire the lady because they are never open at 10:00am I waited 30 minutes and the lady was not there and last time it was 11:00am and she was still not open. I have been going this this place to pay my phone bill for 3 years and it’s always been a struggle to guess what time she’s going to open and I just had enough. I can’t keep going 2 times a day to try and pay the bill. I’m surprised she haven’t been fired she never on time to do her job.

Grate costumer service totally recommend this store I went in there to get an upgrade on my T-Mobile device and they had different variety of phones.

The girls working there do their job and get yelled at for things out of their control by customers. Treat them nicely, they’re only doing their job. Been there and I’ve seen how erratic and disrespectful customers can be.

Scam artists

Horrible service. From out of town and they delayed my trip by two days by not performing the work on time. Changed the screen and said the charging port is damaged and they could not fix... don’t waste your money here.

Great place to get your phone fixed on the spot while you wait. They replace screen and even batteries in Samsung phones that cant be replaced normally.

Customer service is lacking. I explained my phones charging port was iffy and only OEM Samsung cables were working, I was sold a30.00 cable and car charger that for sure would work, I told the girl I was going to test it in the car, she said ok very nicely. I took less than 2.minutes. they didnt work at all. Went back in for a refund and she pointed to the No Refund sign. I said it didnt work, she tried the cable on a phone they had and said, yes, it does work. I restated the issue with my phone and she said the charging port was bad, I said I told you that earlier and I needed an OEM cord, you didnt sell me an OEM cord! She said we can fix your phone in 2 days,( I had already told her I was on my way out of town for a week)
