Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviewer about faulty equipment. I rented an Aerator that my neighbors rented twice prior. This time the Aerator kept stalling and my neighbor finally figured out the filter was bad- it ran with no issues when removed. I called Taylor and explained to the owner, Alex, and he said to finish without the filter. I then finished without any issues. When I returned the machine, Alex pulled the filter off and said the filter was fine and that wasnt the issue. When I asked him to try it with and without the filter, he defensively said there was no need and continued to tell me not to have my neighbor diagnose his equipment. I dont care if he thought it was the filter or not, the fact is that it would not run properly. He then told me I should have called him right away instead of wasting everyones time (the only time wasted was mine). I received no apology for the faulty machine- a simple apology would have went a long way. My neighbors and I will be using another company to do our lawns moving forward. To summarize, the equipment was in poor condition and I received poor customer service.

I will never rent from Taylor rental again. 9AM the day after the event theyre here to pick up their stuff....9AM the day after the event! Came to set it up three days before and then come to take it down at 9AM following the event. Terrible planning for the renters.

Very poor customer service and was given wrong information on what a vehicle could or could not tow.

Great local company. I have rented landscape equipment from Alex and Susan a number of times. The equipment is always clean, is in great shape, ready to use and the staff is very knowledgeable about proper operation. Great customer service. I have also had them service my personal lawnmower and snowblower. Highly recommend Taylor Rental.

Taylor rental rents faulty equipment to their customers. When you have an issue with the faulty equipment and call the mechanic for a little help he treats you like you are a child certainly he cares nothing about the customer. The ego level of the owner and manager are big no humility whatsoever. If anything, even a minor occurrence which is to be expected because the equipment looks like it was pulled out of a salvage yard they threaten to charge you for the the entire value of the equipment even though they probably charged the customer before you for the same problem. Stay away!!!
