After going to several Spirit Halloween spots and not being successful because I am super picky, I finally found one I like and fits my personality at the Party Place. Glad I checked them out last minute, they were a life saver...

It was busy, but the staff was friendly, and expedited efficiently. The selection is huge and the prices are great. Anyone who complains about anything at this store should check themselves. Great location! Thanks for everything.

Ive always loved this store, but Im officially done shopping here. I placed a balloon order 2 weeks in advance to be picked up at 2:00p on the day of the party. I show up the day of at 2:15p and they hadnt even started my order yet. It was still sitting on the counter in a bag....these were my centerpieces for a party. The workers were very rude and just brushed it off. I feel their balloon orders are overly priced, but they have a nice selection so I always use them. When I went back to get everything refunded today, I didnt even receive an apology for the inconvenience. Im not sure how they prioritize or organize their orders, but I wont be taking that chance again. I will stick to small businesses for my balloon arrangements.

Meagan and Victoria were very rude to me. They even gave me uneven sized balloons. This place didnt even have number candles there is an overwhelming selection of nothing here. Will not return and I definitely wouldnt refer a friend here.

Plenty of stock. Staff was busy but very nice to deal with. Balloon ordering and pick up was smooth. I will return for party supplies rather than hoping to find stuff at department store.

Well, I have to change my review for this place, unfortunately. I bought balloons for my sons graduation party for centerpieces and took 2 balloons that I bought from another store to get filled with helium. I paid extra for 24 hour helium. I picked up the balloons Friday evening so I could get the hall set up so that was less I had to get done the day of the party as I was going to be busy enough. I spent over $250 there and I could only fit about half of the balloons in my car and sent my boyfriend and son to pick up the rest. When they brought the rest to the hall for me, I realized they had forgotten to give them one of the bigger balloons that I had bought at the other store, along with the tassels that were to hang from the balloons, also which they said they would put on for me but didnt. I called the store and talked to the manager who said there was nothing she could do about it since the balloon had already been blown up and the only thing I could do is come in the morning to pick the other balloon and tassels up. This was defeating the purpose of me sending my son and boyfriend back to pick them up as I had enough to do that morning!! I would have just left it there, BUT, they charged me a whopping $19.99 to fill up ONE balloon and I had 2 of them!! So, those 2 balloons ALONE FOR JUST THE SUPPOSED 24 HOUR HELIUM COST ME OVER $42!! JUST TO FILL WITH HELIUM?! I had no choice at that point though because I needed them for the decorations and I couldnt return them to the other store either because they had been opened BY THEM! So, I return Saturday morning to pick up the balloon that they forgot to give my son and boyfriend and they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. So I told the girl that its that big, black balloon hanging right there on that rack!! She went and got it for me and I left. I went straight to the hall to finish getting done what I needed to get done for the party and my son comes up to me and tells me that the balloon I JUST picked up (and spent $19.99 for 24 hour helium, supposedly) was only floating halfway and it was dull looking. Not shiny like the one I picked up the night before. I was extremely irritated at that point, but I couldnt call the store because I was busy prepping for people to start showing up. I started looking at the centerpieces on the tables and they were all ok, except for one balloon that was now SITTING on the table and not up in the air like the others. Im sorry, but when you can charge people $19.99 to fill up ONE freaking balloon, it had BETTER last AT LEAST 24 hours!! I will be calling the manager and if Im not given a credit- cash back or to my debit card only- then I will figure something else out. I took pictures of the 2 balloons that I just talked about, but Im SURE theyre going to say, oh, theres nothing we can do about it. Ill ask for the general managers information at that point. I would understand if I didnt spend a lot there, but to me, $250 IS a lot of money to spend on balloons and the amount spent shouldnt matter to begin with!! Thats NOT good business practice!! I dont want store credit either because I wont return for ANY reason, and if they say they cant or wont do anything to make this right, I wont refer people to them either!! BBB will be my next step and Ill go from there. After my initial visit and I was all excited about the store, I went to a few Dollar Tree stores and found what I needed there for only $1, so I got majority of the stuff from there. Party Place was charging 3,4,5,6, and even 7 times as much for the stuff I bought, but they say theyre a discount store. Theyre NOT!! Also kind of like false advertisement in my opinion. My advice is to check out Dollar Tree BEFORE you go here to buy ANYTHING!! If I only knew then what I know now, I wouldnt have given a positive review and 5 stars to begin with. I think the 24 hour helium is a scam too. Ridiculous!!

Went to grab a Halloween accessory for work, it was very busy but the store was well staffed. I was in and out quickly 🙂

It has better props for costumes than the halloween store. The vibe is more retail feel though.

I went to get items for my sons birthday party. They were out of stock for many items for several of the themed birthday party items. Both associates stayed up front the whole time and never bothered to ask if any customers needed assistance. Needless to say I was unimpressed and left without buying anything.

They are nice and have some great items! Depending on what colors and themes you want they may have it but it may be a little pricier than other places. We found all we needed and have used them many times for parties of all kinds!

In and out. Everything is easily labeled for quick finds. Huge variety of stuff to choose from. Prices are fair.

Fast friendly service lover it

Drove from over 20 mins. They would not let me use the rest-room because of Covid-19 saying they were closed. That just means that they dont want to clean their restrooms and its easier to just close them than to clean them. Disappointed will drive to Party City.

Went to get a small flash costume for my 5 year old and found one for 15 dollars. When we got home we realized we had a large costume in a size small package with no mask. Went back a few days later and was told it was okay to exchange it but they were all out of smalls and they would not take the costume back. So we decided to settle and just get a size medium which was priced at 29.99 and was told we would have to pay the 15 dollar difference for the medium which only kinda fit him. Manager said the small was only 15 dollars because it was a discontinued Costume and they would not honor the price I originally paid. Didn’t appreciate being talked to like I was dumb and was far from impressed at the variety in sizes. Won’t be returning and will not encourage/tell anyone to shop here.

I have stage 4 cancer and am in chemo I went and bought my daughters Ballons the day before on Friday, party on Saturday & sunday, I wake up Saturday morning no balloons in the air. But all the one I bought from dollar tree at the same time were fine......I called the store who said theres a 10-24 hr helium they can use and asked which I got I said idk what ur talking about she transfered me to a new lady who said we always in for our customers.. No one told me this because if they did I would NOT of bought Ballons for the next day. Long story short they pretend to hang up on me and now Im out over $30 for a display of Ballons that I can no longer use.... They are so disrespectful

Worse customer service I have experienced in a long time. Called to order 2 dozen balloons for a party was told we are not allowed to order that many because there is a helium shortage.

Alot of options!

I was asked to pick up some lat minute supplies for my daughters birthday party. To be honesty, I dreaded doing so because weve all been in those party stores. Small. Dingy. Poorly lit. None of the things youre looking for, so you make do.Party Place surprised me greatly! The store is huge. Well lit. The aisles are large and easy to navigate - and they have things you didnt know you need.I look forward to future parties simple so I can shop here again.
