I always enjoy going to Avon Vision Center. Its been 3 years now, I finally found a great eye doctor in Dr. Jeff and Peggy is absolutely wonderful, its like visiting family, I wish I could visit more than once a year though. 🥰

Everyone here is so friendly and Dr. Oberg took the time to make sure Im getting the right prescription this time unlike the last place I went to. Also they have Oakley brand frames which I love because they hug your head and dont fall off when Im on my Harley. I will definitely go here again.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I had been told wrong information from my vision plan and the Dr. went out of his way to help me get clarification. I will go back and would recommend them to family and friends!

Each staff member here has been extremely helpful with getting everything taken care of. They know what they are talking about and get the job done with ease. Dr. Orberg is quite a character. Hilarious and outgoing but still very serious when it comes to correcting your sight. He knows what he’s talking about and isn’t shy to tell you what’s going on. After my visit, it felt like I had brand new eyes. I would recommend them to everyone.

We love Avon Vision Center, and have been going there for the past five years! Dr. Jeffrey Oberg is amazing, he is so wonderful with my daughter, and he goes above and beyond when it comes to his work. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful every time we’re there. Plus, they’re beyond patient as my daughter tries on every pair of glasses when deciding on new frames, they’re always there for advice or help in deciding on the perfect pair! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my daughters vision, we are patients for life!

Had such a great experience from the time I walked in until I left. We were greeted immediately after walking in, the front desk and optical personnel were so nice! The exams were quick and thorough, Dr. Oberg is so personable. He was able to keep my daughter, who is nine with ADHD, engaged & focused while performing the exam, not to mention she was very entertained. Definitely recommending him to friends and family!

The doctor spends time explaining everything, answers all your questions and performs a thorough exam. They have a very nice selection of quality eyewear.

I took my 8 year old daughter there for a vision test to update her glasses prescription and we had a good experience. We were seen in a timely matter. The receptionists were kind and helpful. The optometrist was very kind and helped my daughter feel comfortable immediately. He spoke to her about the tests he was doing and listened to our questions and comments. Overall a pleasant experience. Their frames selection was also good and my daughter got to try on quite a few different styles and found ones that she loved and looked nice on her. Will definitely come back for the rest of my family’s vision needs!

Highly recommend. Me and my 3 year came in for eye exams. He explained everything very well and he was very good with my squirmy daughter. Something I really liked was that he put in a mint before doing our exams, which I found very considerate. He is extremely good with children and was very nice. I have absolutely no complains.

The staff are all friendly and Dr. Oberg made sure I got the best contacts for me. Peggy helped me get the best deal on my contacts as well, so my insurance covered nearly everything. Pam is a delight and always has something nice to say. Overall a very good practice!

When it came to buying frames they made sure I was happy instead of just trying to get me to pay top dollar or force me into something I didnt want. I have never felt more comfortable or at ease in my life! I felt welcomed as I entered the door. Dr. Oberg was so patient and very thorough. He had me almost in tears as he corrected my vision. Dr. Oberg was great!! He has seen all 3 of my children and was great with them. Made us all feel comfortable and such a laid back atmosphere. Very professional and funny at the same time. Dr. Oberg was great! He came into the office on Saturday to help with a cornea abrasion. I was healed up in a few days after he treated the issue. He personally followed up to make sure I was doing well. Fantastic staff, great service.

Dr. Oberg and his staff are always great. They check into every possibility to get you the best price for frames, lenses, and contacts. Dr. Oberg is very easy going. Hes very approachable and incredibly knowledgeable.

Dr. Oberg is great, weve taken our kids to him and have always been more than satisfied. He has great personality and really engages well. When we had a challenge with one of the kids at his office, he was very patient. We dont carry vision insurance, he is very fair on a cash basis. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this office! Dr Oberg is all hands on, youre not passed between three different people for pre-testing, etc before youre finally in for your exam and its comforting. The front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly. This was my first visit to this office, but Ive already recommended family to Dr O, and look forward to future visits!

I visited Dr. Oberg on Monday for a contact exam. He did a great job, fitted me for some great contacts and scheduled me for a follow up visit next week to make sure they feel great before ordering a years supply. Highly recommend!

My favorite thing about this office is the people who work here. Everyone is very personable and we always chit chat whenever I come by. The receptionist even went as far as to drop something off at my house for me when I couldnt get to the store.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Oberg and Avon Vision Centre. I had been going to my previous eye doctor in Cleveland/Westlake for 30 years and he recently passed away unexpectedly. So it might seem strange to say that finding a new eye doctor was an emotional experience, but I had been going to the same practice since I was 7 years old.We recently moved to Avon and I saw the sign that he was accepting new patients. I was able to quickly make an appointment within one week of calling. The office staff was courteous.He was running slightly behind schedule - updating to a new EMR combined with a power outage earlier that day. Things that are totally understandable. Pam, the the LDO (Licensed Dispensing Optician), let me browse frames while I waited. She gave input on choosing new specs, which I always appreciate. Having this option in house is such a great, personable thing.The visit/exam was quick and easy. Very efficient. I felt like Dr. Oberg really tries to connect with his patients and get to know them. He is also a great supporter of the Avon community. I then was able to finalize my frame choices and never felt like anything “extra” was pushed on me. They really just want people to have great eye care and to have quality products.I also should say that they have a great selection of stylish frames!! I had a difficult time choosing.I’m excited for my new glasses and am happy to have found a great practice that is so close to home. If you are looking for great eye care, I highly recommend Avon Vision Centre!

I am privileged to recommend Dr. Jeffrey Oberg and Pam in his Optical Center. Dr. Oberg over the years has spent a great deal of time working with me to get the perfect Rx for my diabetic eyes. He never makes me feel rushed and is very patient when I need to concentrate. Pam in the Optical Center even called the lab to get an extension, when I was going through a difficult time with a family member in Hospice this year. I have never dealt with such caring and compassionate people. They are profession and experts in their fields. I couldnt recommend them any higher.
