Beyond satisfied with my service at Avon Import Auto Clinic. I was told I needed major parts replaced and quoted $4,000 from another shop and decided to get a second opinion... so glad I did. Luis and his team discovered that the parts didn’t need replaced and did a quick tune up and I was good to go. I would recommend Avon Imports Auto Clinic to anyone. It’s an honest, trustworthy shop.

They are really very very kind and I cant say how appreciate. When I am in a hurry, they give me a big help. And the people there are so nice. I would recommend my friends to there. May God be with them.

Im super happy with my experience at Avon Import Clinic. I took my Mini Countryman to have the thermostat and housing replaced. Luis was friendly and professional. He was able to fit my car into his schedule within two days. The repair was done in a timely fashion and for a fair price. Im delighted to have found Luis as before now, after trying a few other shops on the westside and downtown and not having good experiences, I felt I had no option but going to the dealership in Willoughby for repairs. Im glad that has changed. No one ever wants to spring for car repairs but, Its a pleasure to do business with good people when you need work done.

Ganley VW had my 2012 VW Jetta GLI for over 3 hours trying to figure out why the EPC & engine lights were on - told me I needed a new car - that basically every pump in the engine was bad and it would cost 4K to fix it. I took it here for a 2nd opinion - after an hour told me it was a $90 fuse. I’m a client for life.
