I cannot urge people enough not to shop here. Id been working with their design consultants for 6+ months on a large scale interior design project and never received accurate information about billing, availability, or deliveries the entire time. They take no accountability. I spent a total of 40+ hours just in communication with them via phone and email over 6 months trying to get information from them about my orders - youd need to be a professional bounty hunter to get them to respond to you let alone be proactive in updating you with necessary information. Do yourself a huge favor and shop literally anywhere else.

0 stars!!! I worked with their designer on several rooms and purchased almost $100K in furniture. I waited 6 months for the furniture to arrive and was SO DISAPPOINTED!! All of the main pieces of furniture for each room were the wrong size and did not fit in my space. Secondly, many pieces of furniture were missing parts and could not be installed. These were custom pieces too! I have some damaged furniture that I am waiting for them to exchange. They said its in-house and ready for dispatch for the last month and still haven;t had them exchanged. I expressed my frustration with the designer and asked for him to re-do one of the rooms. In my design meeting with him, he flat out told me that several accent pieces that I kept did not go with the flow/space but said I shouldnt return it. He also put zero effort in re-doing the room. He was pushing certain fabric colors that clearly did not go with the space. HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO TO THEM.

This store is all smoke and mirrors. They are so mismanaged and have no clue about customer service.After placing an order for over $24,000 for two rooms of furniture they promised delivery within 6-8 weeks. Four months passed and they had two pieces they wanted to deliver and charged my credit card $10,000. I went to the Aventura store and asked them to please explain to me what was going on. They didn’t have a clue and resented my denying payment until the order was fulfilled and delivered and set up as was promised. They could not explain when the order would be filled.Stay away from this company!! Bigger is not better when it comes to RH. Beautiful set up but nothing else!!

Horrible experience. I asked for a balayage and they said $250. I had to ask multiple times for someone to come check my hair. He worked on 4 other people while “working on me”. He Didn’t leave a timer or put me under any heat. After 3.5 hours he asked me to to outside in the sun to help it lightening. I did not ask to be bleach blonde. I asked for a golden brown balayage. At the end of 4 hours he finally started to wash my hair. My entire head is bleach blonde. Horrible just horrible. And they charged me $450 without tip. Disgusting. DO NOT go here.

My hairstylist Mehmet Kartal (Mike, Turkish hairstylist) is the best.. I am very picky when it comes to my hair but with him I am never worried. His service is the best and I 100% recommend him. He absolutely knows what he is doing..

We always knew we wanted RH furniture, but reading some reviews from here made us nervous about what to expect customer-service wise. We can tell you that our experience was AMAZING! We worked with Susie who was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also very engaged and constantly followed up with us throughout the process. Im glad we lucked out with her, and you really cant beat the RH product. Thank you!!

I absolutely love this furniture store. It is impeccably well designed with large plants enveloping the floor plans. The style is modern, strong and clean/somewhat minimalist. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There are three levels at this location, showcasing various furnishing options.

When a business starts with a lie to get your business, beware of the product and resolving any issues which might come up. RH actively promotes delivery within 3-7 days, on their website and in store. After you purchase a $15,000.00 sofa you find out that in spite on what the company states on website and instore. A week later you find it is going to be a month and although they said it was in stock locally it actually is coming from across the country. Waisted a lot of time I couldnt afford and was repeatedly misinformed to, RH speak for lied to. If you cant trust what they put down in writing and tell you to your face; how can you trust they will stand behind product years down the line when your furniture is falling apart! More than disappointed, hate being lied to by a company I am spending ungodly amounts of money with.Do not trust them!

I love this store, the product they have is so beautiful and their location is always crisp and clean! Even if I am not going to buy something the staff is always friendly and happy to answer my questions.

We have been searching for a sofa, tables and lamps for our family room. We live in Orlando, but checked out the Aventura RH. We met Pearse at our first visit and were impressed by his design sense, professionalism and friendliness. We asked for an appointment with him to discuss different design options. He had fabulous ideas and helped us to focus on the various options available. He had great ideas and suggestions that would never have occurred to us. We made our purchases and cannot wait for our furniture to arrive. He made the whole process pleasant and easy. We will definitely seek out Pearse for all future furniture purchases. He’s the best!Also must recognize Anastasiia for her assistance.

Boy, the items here are so gorgeous. I find the salespeople decent in terms of they say hi then leave you alone. But at this time, the faucets and such are out of my price range.

We were convinced that we would be successful in using your design service from within but we soon found out this was not the case. We approached the table to request some help with purchasing furniture for our new Miami Beach condo residence and was greeted coldly by the lady who told us she was the project designer (Christine) She sat behind the little desk and to our surprise she told us that she was unable to help us unless we had closing documentation for our condo. We informed her that we are ready to pay cash today for our purchase and we would have no problem storing our furniture if our apartment was not yet finished in time of delivery, but she still insisted that she could not help us. Frustrated My husband, myself, and my mother-in-law started to walk around to try to do it ourselves because neither the project designer nor the other gentleman offered to even help us begin to make selections or give us suggestions. We brought in the proper floor plan and lay out of our apartment and was ready to make a purchase that day for or 1300 sq foot interior and 700 sq foot exterior patio. Instead we left unsatisfied, discouraged, and definitely not happy. Having purchased previously from your company for our last project in Miami Beach 4 months or so prior and had no problem, this response and customer service or lack there of was not what we had expected. Therefore, we opted to use our own designer and friend for our entire project and will not be returning to this location EVER again. The design team at the West Palm location is a better choice or so I’ve heard but it’s a shame we have to drive an extra hour to receive the customer service we deserve. We will still be purchasing furniture from your company and only because we love your designs and quality goods; if only I could say the same for your staff. The chilling tone and unprofessional attitude from your project designer and no eagerness to even give us a tour of the show room floor was the worst display of service in sales we have ever seen. Had Christine been welcoming and available to show us around and do her job she would have been looking at a nice big purchase for this particular location and we would have gladly used her in the future. If this is the type of staff you have representing your brand you can only hope that the quality of goods withstand other companies who give both excellent quality in goods AND services. I strongly advise you to find a more friendly, professional, ambitious project designer for this location because at this rate you will continue to lose business. Zero stars.

Gorgeous furniture and accessories, absolutely the worst customer service. Visited the Aventura store, could not get assistance from anyone, no one even said hello, wandered around trying to get someone to answer my questions without success. Ill place my order online and bypass this store.

I just dont like how everything that I purchased from this store gets pitted right away. Nothing I can do to clean it up, I rather throw it away. These two are just a sample, not including toilet brush containers, toilet paper holders etc for all 3 of my bathrooms.

We wanted to buy the cloud for our Miami Beach condo. Don’t waste time with people who will look at you and judge you for what you decide to put on that day.

I recommend not buying in this store, the worst shopping experience of my life, more than a month ago I made a purchase of a piece of furniture of almost $ 20,000 in this store and my experience has been horrible, they had many terrors when placing the order, I have I made calls to the store and they answered me by telephone in a bad way, disrespecting me when I hung up the call and telling me to call customer service, the first problem I received an email specifying the order and one of two equal items are charging me at a higher price and leaves with another delivery date of weeks apart when it was the same purchase and special order, second problem the seller offered me a delivery of 3 to 4 weeks with estimated date which they do not intend to meet, I have made multiple calls to Attention to the client which I have lost more than an hour of my time in each call and they never give me a concrete answer of when my furniture will arrive, in each call they give me a different story, I told myself In which part of the order is it that they will send it to me and they do not comply with me, then they tell me that it was a problem with my card which I called my bank and there is no problem that they have never tried to debit, in another call I They say that they are going to send them to me this week, in another call they tell me that they are not going to send me until another month, they are an irresponsible company without seriousness and they do not comply, they play with the client and their time, they have no organization, until today after a month and a half of my purchase I still do not have a delivery date, please RH if anyone cares I need my furniture, it does not seem fair to me to have to call you should you as a company try to communicate with the customer and keep him informed of his mistakes, my saleswoman gemma disregarded the problem and there is no follow-up, from the heart the worst experience of my life in a purchase I hope they fulfill me!

Nice furniture, exceptional customer service, sales people have too much business

Great stuff, but beware of delivery service. I brought a bed from restoration. I got my bed 3 weeks late with no hardware (nuts and bolts) to put the bed together. I waited another month and a half, spoke to 5 supervisors and restoration even went to the store spoke to another associate about it nothing happened. No one took any responsibility to handle the problem. I ended up having to threaten to throw the bed set out until they came and picked it up. Skip restoration go to pottery barn, they for the same if not better stuff. Never again!!!
