It has been my pleasure to shop at The Aventura, FL store because of the extreme attention and excellent customer service. Even if there were a closer or more convenient location, I would still choose this store based on my positive shopping experiences here.

Absolutely the best customer service and the best products. We have purchased many items at this store over the years including pillows, a mattress and now finally a dad chair. ADRIANA is the best salesperson I have ever met. She had me sold on a particular chair about a year ago but it was a big investment and I had a baby on the way. Adriana said she would keep in touch with me if I wanted, to let me know about sales and clearance events. With my approval, she did keep in touch with me, checking in now and again whenever they had a sale, until the time was right for me and they had the right chair available. When she called me, it would always be a pleasure to speak with her, because she was never pushy and had a very gentle approach to sales and understands the clients needs. Even a year later, she remembered so many details about my specific situation that I was always impressed. I just finally purchased the chair and Im so happy that Adriana worked with me to find just the right chair at the right price. Well definitely be coming back to this store for our next purchase. Highly recommended!

I have been looking for the perfect pillow for a year but didn’t want to buy online as pillows cannot be returned. I had already bought two pillows and didn’t work for me. Adriana was amazing, super knowledgable on neck support and alignment. She had us test pillows based on our feedback and made recommendations. She even recommended we used the massage chairs to relax our necks and tried our top 3 pillows to choose the one. They even offered a loner pillow to test so I can be sure 100%.

This is a great store to go to. Adrianna was amazing and very knowledgeable about the products and had excellent customer service. The service was seamless and I was very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that wants to purchase a new bed or comfort products.

I have been shopping at relax the back for years and have been remiss in never having written a review. I recently was in the Aventura store, Juan, Hose and Adriana were super helpful. I was very impressed by way they went out of their way to assist me. I wanted to purchase a specific pillow but there were none left. Juan said he had one in the back that he was holding for a client who was coming in to pick it up the following Monday. He told me I could buy it as he would make a special trip to another store to pick one up so that it would be there on Monday in time for his client to collect it. Where do you get that kind of service?It gets even better. Today I popped into the store as I had lost the card with all their names and needed them to write my review. I mentioned that I very happy with everything excepting for the fact that on my previous visit one of the items I bought was a body pillow for $150 and I was disappointed that a few days after I had purchased it, they had a 50% sale on that item. Had I known, I would have waited to buy two of them instead of one. To my absolute surprise, David told me that I could have returned to the store within 30 days and they would have made the adjustment. Even though the 30 days was up, he gave me a second pillow at no charge.I have bought quite a few items recently, including a bed for my daughter and a couple of foot and leg massagers and have been extremely satisfied with everything.All I can say is Thanks guys, you are the best

If there were more stars I would put 10 stars! The reason why is because after I bought my perfect green chair I needed help after a few years with it due to my mishandeling the chair and what I got is a personal exceptional service from Adriana that blew my mind. I will definitely be shopping there again. I have recommended people already to go this location because of their excellent service. I really appreciate the experience.

As a medical provider it is beneficial for my patients to understand and utilize adjustable mattresses. This location of Relax the Back has the worst customer service skills my practice has ever encountered. The employee was rude and unfriendly attempting to obtain information from my medical practice to assist my patient. I find this unacceptable and will refer my patients elsewhere for any type of mattress medical needs.

Realized that wedge pillows can be helpful with sleep apnea so after investigating found that the Countoursleep side sleeper might be a good solution. Spoke with Adrianna at Relax the Back in Aventura who was helpful, knowledgeable and quite efficient. She was able to answer all my questions and gave me some good pointers. After sleeping on it last nite, have to say got one of my best nights sleep ever.Thank you Adrianna!

Customer service at the Aventura store is tops, and David super professional. My husband and I each purchased a very expensive chair for personal use at our computer desks. He listened to our needs, showed us suggestions, and we have both been thrilled with the purchases. I am especially happy to have less sciatica attacks!Customer service reaches beyond the sales room. My husband’s big man’s leather chair broke. David facilitated the servicing quickly. (A suggestion is to have a longer period for warranty and a more comprehensive list of items covered. This is my only negative since metal broke.)

Wonderful experience like always at Relax the Back.... as well as their 5 star delivery service... Juan & Ron were great setting up bed and explaining things.

(AWESOME) I was in the Aventura store last week just looking around.i have bad arthritis,and I wanted to check out this big display of massage chairs they have.so I go in and get greeted by ADRIANA. I couldnt have meet a nicer person.not only did she show me all the chairs she let me try them out.wow massage after massage.then I told her about my back problem and arthritis and she new every bone in the body.she was telling me about different things I could do try to get out of pain.stretches or acupunctures etc. And she was telling me this while I was in the massage chairs.what a really really educated girl she is,and so poliet no pressure to buy.and the chairs are really nice.they had so many to choose from I could stay in their all day lol. I thank you for being so nice and a real person God bless.

Adrianna spent lots of time with my aunt finding the right solution to her needs. Jose and David helped keep me occupied testing out some sweet spaceship type massage chair.

I have purchased many useful items from David and I have always received a five star service.

Bought a mattress from from this company few years ago, at time of purchase was talked out of paying for it at one time, was told that I can pay for it overtime with 0% interest as they currently have a promotion for 0 interest. 2 years later with no warning nor notification of any kind got charged $1300 in INTEREST for a mattress. Never going to this store/company again, this is a rip off and fraud. Horrible experience with the store, feel like I was completely ripped off by this company.
