Best customer service! Every time I go in everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable. They take Covid regulations very seriously, which made me feel even better about shopping during this pandemic, especially since I work within the mall too. Today I went in, and as usual I had a wonderful experience. The employees don’t know, but I was picking up some items for my girlfriend who is currently in the hospital, and the lovely lady who checked me out added a couple of samples for me as well. I know it’ll make my girlfriend’s day! Thank you to this Lush team for always having wonderful customer service, and for making my day a little easier ❤️

Great selection but the cashiers always take forever to ring up sales.

I was very disappointed and i give a star because its the lowest i can give. Came in the associates were talking i said Hi i asked about a paticular Item they didnt have but it was ok. The young lady i was speaking to left she was the only person who helped me. i still continued to look at the products i saw a paticular soap i said excuse me because the young ladies were talking and didnt realize i was trying to get there attention. When i did get there attention i asked her i wanted the soap her response you grab the piece and put in the bag. Before Covid i have been in this store the associates were customer friendly very knowledgeable about their products would help and explain products use, would suggest sale and give small sample. As a matter a fact i have no clue if the soap i bought is for the face or body? This is for the management show your associates if you have no sales there is no paycheck.The store was not full therefore they should been more active i would have bought more but just the simple fact i had to help myself. I didnt feel like purchasing more.

Lush is always great at Aventura. The staff is always super friendly and explains everything to to you and answers all my 1000s of questions

Lush is such a fun store to visit. So much to look at and try. I especially enjoy the colorful bath bombs and that they provide samples.Lush also does a great job of hiring interesting and friendly employees. I always feel welcomed and taken care of whenever I stop by and visit.This is definitely a store you want to check out even if its just to look and learn. They have so many great products for skin.

Absolutely adore Lush, Ive been a Lushie for many, many years. I dont think this team fully embraces the spirit and mantra of Lush. You just dont get the same feeling of tribe that you do in the stores out West. Also, it appears that patrons here arent yet fully familiar with the brand (and the staff that was the this last time I visited didnt exactly encourage experimentation) so the product stays on the shelf much longer. Some body creams still had the August made date. I dont care how long a shelf life it has, that shelf life clock should begin ticking in my home, not on your shelves collecting dust. I will still patronage Lush at other locations. They are an amazingly conscientious brand!

This place is nice. I like the effort made to produce handmade products. I walked away with a bath bomb in Big Blue (I think), a glossy lip balm in Rosé Lollipop and a cinnamon scented massage bar with beans.Its kind of pricey but a nice selection of items to try.

LOVE this store. Very clean and well stocked. Everything is always so organized and easy to find. Staff are very polite and eager to help you with anything that you need. Lush products are amazing in general. I suggest asking a staff member to help you find whats right for your skin. 💖

I really liked my trip to this Lush. We were able to look throughout the store to find what we needed. The staff was helpful, but not intrusive. We were in and out quickly. I liked my experience at this Lush, and I hope to return to this location soon.

We have just been there and it was an amazing experience! They let us try one and it was really cool! After we choose the ones that we wanted we were given an amazing volcano bath bomb for free. The person who helped us was really sweet! Thanks a lot

Went in while on vacation with my wife and 2 teen age granddaughters and had a blast!! All the staff were refreshingly friendly, took care of all the questions and needs of all 3 of the ladies. Grecia spent almost 2 1/2 hours with them showing them everything they needed. What a great experience. Every store could learn some from this experience.

Every trip to LUSH is amazing and Calvin and Andrea keep that true at the Aventura Mall location. Calvin immediately greeted us and a few moments later Andrea was right there to ask if we had questions. I told her I needed to purchase Rose Jam spray so she grabbed one and handed it to me. My wife and I picked out a few more items and as soon as we started heading towards the registers Andrea was right there again to check us out. She offered us samples and since the one we wanted was unavailable Calvin hooked us up with a sample of some conditioner that he felt we would love based off of our other selections. Awesome experience every time we re-up on our cosmetics. Not only does LUSH have the best vegan bath and skin products, but they also have the best trained employees. Love shopping here.

Lush is really nice place but pricey because everything is natural. The downside is the price but the products are very nice.

Very glad I came into Aventura Mall this evening. We had wonderful customer service from all of the associates tonight. Everything smells great, its so hard to choose only one thing! All ingredients are top notch and super fresh. The Aventura store is bright and welcoming, easy to find on the 1st floor near the Plant guy wall. This is definitely worth a stop in for eco friendly, packaging-free body care and other natural body care needs.

I just love coming in this store every time I go to Aventura! I love Lush products and have been using it for years now but the amazing customer service I always get is an added bonus. I went in today just to buy my lip stuff since I ran out and I wish I remember the name of the one who helped me out because she was just so sweet and friendly and was very knowledgeable about the products. Every time I go in I never had a problem with the staff and always felt very welcomed in there and the positive energy in that place is just great so props to whoever is the manager at this store for always having an amazing staff and props to the associates! Its hard in Miami to find excellent customer service but Lush at Ave Tyra honestly never fails ❤️

The products are good (I checked) but the employees dont know a thing about them. They will give generic compliments to get you to buy, but they dont know whats in the products much less what they do.

My daughter loved her gift. A bit pricey but it’s worth the money.
