Visited the aventura location on 10/5 later in the day & right when I walked in the sales associates greeted me making me feel so welcome. All products were beautifully displayed & both associates were so quick to help me out with inquiries & purchases. I will definitely come back to this location. Other makeup stores need to take notes

They need a lot more selection that’s the only reason for it other than that this store is customer service 100% and I know this personally because I know some people who work there and no it won’t change my rating they honestly actually do care just ask and they will love to fill you in with the latest and best

Ive visited this store many of times with my fiance but none were as painless and fun as this visit. After a long day of work we were able to make it 12 mins before closing. The make up specialist that helped us, Coco, was once again amazing. Our late arrival did not seem to displease anyone like in most cases when you get the late customer eye roll..lol. As always they attend to you right as you get in with a warm greeting and an offer to help. We didnt think we needed help until Coco started pointing out discounts and sales. Coco guided us thru the purchase and took the time to help my fiance in making a few decisions and save money, a lot of money. We came in budgeting for around $320 but ended buying a few more products than anticipated and spent somewhere around $260. Total shopping time was 13 mins... Love you Coco, I need to know your schedule..lol.

I walk to the store and I was preached by someone asking me if I needed help, I said I wanted to look around first and then if I needed them, I’ll tell them. I don’t know why but they did not get off me, every 5 min they asked me if I needed help. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t even buy everything I wanted because I was under their pressure.Please Morphe, train your employees. I will prefer to buy online if this is the case.

Beautiful store, it is possible to find products from Morphe and Jeffree Star Cosmetics, swatch the eyeshadows and play with makeup. The staff is very nice and ready to help customers. I liked the music and ambientation of the store.

I went into the store one day to look for makeup brushes for my kit. Morgan made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. She showed me all of her favorite things and took time to show me how to use them. She was very friendly and experienced. Love this store!

I visited this location for the first time yesterday and will definitely be back. The store had a nice vibe to it, the employees were very nice and ready to assist. I usually order online but will be stopping at this store from now on.

I dont usually write reviews but I had such a great experience at Morphe in Aventura that I had to. Im not the best with make-up but felt confident after receiving help from Tina. She was very outgoing and helpful and gave me tips on eyeshadow that have changed the way I do make-up. I will definitely be coming back.

Loved this place..i am not a big fan of makeup stores and this place made me feel normal. great help from Macy who was patient and just nice!! mind you i had just left MAC and Sephora trying to find some new lipsticks and had no luck as both these mega name stores are just brand filled sellers. i needed simple lipticks not i am on stage performing makeup..definitely a place i will go to back to and recommend.

Went for the first time on Black Friday. I expected the store to be disorganized, with lack of help, and rude employees (something I experienced at the Sephora right across) but to my pleasant surprise, everyone at the store was extremely helpful, efficient, attentive, and knowledgeable about the products. As the line grew larger, they set-up quick check out kiosks along the side of the cash registers for card payments to ensure all customers were able to quickly pay and eliminate long waits. Such a relief on a hectic day. My cashier, Kimberly, was so sweet and helpful! Definitely returning!

My daughter and I went yesterday and to our delight we had Coco greet us. We inquired about the Conspiracy pallette, he showed us the pallete, and even helped me swatch it when I was to shy to use the correct amount for the swatch. After showing us the pallete and selling me the pallete he proceeded to show us the new Morphe pallete, artist contributors and color groups. He used the pictures displayed at both sides of the entrace to introduce the influencers of the pallete. I cant express enough the professionalism he demonstrated through our experience at your store. We have been to this location many times and never encountered such service. I recently needed advice / help with the problems i been having with my foundation staying on with the heat, i went to morphe Aventura and was helped by a worker cristina who was extremely knowledgeable with my concern and guided me with the products that would best fit for my issue.
