I came in to find some sunglasses that would work for work and play. Max and the LensCrafters staff were extremely helpful and offered excellent advise. Max showed me his favorite pair of shades that worked for my criteria and I’m a very happy customer. Will definitely be back again to get more shades here because of the service. Thanks guys.

Love the remodel! Great eye doctors and staff. The salesperson was super pushy, Ive been coming to LensCrafters for over 10 years and every year, the salesperson worked with me. I have eye insurance for a reason. I always pay around $40 for my frames/lenses after optical insurance kicks in. This salesperson really tried to overcharge me on add-ons which I didnt appreciate. It felt like a sales pitch not that they genuinely wanted to help me as a person. For that reason, 3 stars.

So the experience my girls and I had was AMAZING!!!! From Dr. Rosenthal doing our exams to Renaldo helping us pick out our glasses we literally felt loved. Renaldo was so patient and found the perfect glasses for my 8-year-old when she was torn on what she liked. He explained everything and I had no questions walking away. He is genuinely a good person and KNOWS what fits and what you need.We ended up purchasing a total of 5 pairs of glasses for the 3 of us!THANK YOU!!!!!

The new store is amazing, completely renovated, ample, beautiful and large selection of lenses.I had a super thorough eye exam with Dr. Kriger, super happy with the technology available at the store to make sure my eyes are in good condition. Also the staff is the best, great customer service.After the exam, Elias was very helpful with my new lenses, I’ll recommend any customers to ask for him if you’re looking for new lenses!

My lifes worst experience for glasses; I paid $ 1300 for two pairs that I requested identical to the one I already own. The glasses that I was given supposedly of correct quality have very bad lenses. They are unusable as they are, and the Aventura lenscrafter store asked me for an additional $ 1800 for the upgrade. This is not acceptable. I really dont recommend.

Love this place the people that work here are so nice.

So unless you want to be ignored and treated like the staff doesn’t have time for you don’t come to this store. They just want to sip on coffee and talk and sell you on over priced frames. I spent over 3500 on glasses here and when they broke after less than a month I came back only to be told the only person who’s able to put the screw back in is a technician and they don’t know when they’ll be able to get to it. Now I’m just going to Walgreens to fix my own glasses even though I paid for protection plan. This place is full of stuck up sales reps with no interest in helping anyone

I have been seeing them more than 8 years, they are extremely annoying people, don’t go there, they gave me a wrong prescription, I saw the doctor two times still they couldn’t figure it out the right prescription for weeks and when I ask my money back they pulled on me it has been more then 30 days thing.. It is sad I spent thousands of dollars at this place..
