I was Greeted by a very Nice young lady over the phone and explained to me the promotions Metro Offers and was able to Leave Poor Service Boost Mobile to Metro Pcs with the 4lines for 100 offer .The Nice lady was very helpful and was able to get my family phones for all of us at an affordable price. Thank You So Much !

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!I live exactly three blocks from this Metro store, but I would rather drive anywhere else.The (only) staff is extremely rude and careless.I have had numerous bad experiences with this store, I believed I was the problem until I heard from other users.Also they ( the staff) will charge $10 to $15 over on any services you might need. I know that as a fact because my fiancee uses another store and we have compared services and prices.

As far as feeling welcome and shown that my business is both wanted and appreciated, just forget all that. In this store when you go to the guy all you hear is no, i dont have, you cant get, we cant get, and my personal favorite when i communicated how absurd it would be to buy a sim for approx $30.00 for a new device .....byeNeedless to say i took matters into my own resourceful and trustworthy hands. Got the issue resolved for free elsewhere and realized that they are not offering the same promotion for the unlimited highspeed data talk and text. Oh well, as is life sometimes. Good thing i wont stand or lay down for it. Not satisfied with this location, at least if i HAVE to return to this store i will for sure wait for the woman. Even when shes busy she still makes you feel as if you are being helped and acknowledged. The guy will flst out tell you call me later i am busy. Duh you viejo amargado , deberias siempre estar busy....its work!!!

The lady working did not speack english. I felt greatly disrespected that someone working in this country refuses to speak english. If i ever have this problem again, i will cancel my service. How could a company hire someone for customer service and they dont speak the same language. I have no problem with someone who tryin tries to speak english, i am very patient, but no effort is unacceptable.

The guy that was working was a jork, he try to charge me 15$$$ to reactive a metro pcs phone knowing that Metro pcs does not charge that service
