Went to buy face masks and check out the products, of course I’m browsing i’m dressed in all Nike I look like a normal person not a thief, and I am literally followed every step I made like I wasn’t here to buy what I was looking for. I literally was made to feel like a thief, like I needed to watch every move I made because I didn’t want them to think I was putting something in my pocket or something crazy! Nope no more!! I just spent $150 if not more there just now!! Rite aids better an there support kind!!

Horrible customer service at the drive thru when picking up a prescription. Alisa, the pharmacy tech, needs a class on customer service.

Saw flu shots were available mid August 24, 2020 and was going in anyway so stopped to get mine only to find out that it is best to wait until late September early October. Pharmacist did not give me any information so now in January I be without protection from the flu. Pharmacist was not helpful at all when I called and just skipped around stating now they THINK they last longer...thanks Walgreens!

I have dealt with Walgreens Pharmacy for years. They were great to pick up my scripts after I got off work at 11:30 PM. Now Im retired, and half the time I have to make more than one trip there to the pick up window for my script orders. The last straw was being told a week and a half after my order that they cancelled my order, because the doctor did not call them. I usually have more than a week supply left when I reorder. Worse yet half their script labels started blurring so sometimes you can not read the script or if there are refills available. They should have let me know there was a problem with my script, before cancelling it.

Dont waste your time going here for dropping off any packages as they are not full service, and cant really help with anything, its best to call FedEx direct and have them pick packages up from your residence.

One person working the drive thru and the store counter. How does that benefit anyone. Maybe hiring more people.

The girl at the makeup counter is very knowledgeable and friendly. Give that girl a raise!

This Walgreens is a clean, well run, well stocked, and well staffed.All the employees that I’ve interacted with over the past 7+ years of having this location serve as my primary pharmacy have been absolutely outstanding. They’re all kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help.The product selection is wide, and well thought out. Even though it’s perceived as on the expensive side, Walgreens products are competitively priced, and are in line with CVS and Rite-Aid.Over all, I recommend this store. The one star reviews are not reflective of the overall quality and professionalism of this location.

I never been in a store where I’m treated like a second class citizen all because I coupon more in my entire life. It’s the same guy every single time who always searches and I do mean SEARCHES for a reason to not take my coupons every single time I go in there. I just had to return some stuff, it took 42 minutes to return it which it’s never taken that long to return anything anywhere I ever went. I didn’t even get to return it all. Then when it comes to purchasing, after he rings everything up and goes to scan the coupons, he scrolls up with every coupon to see the price of every item to make sure the coupon is more. News flash.... if the Item is less then the coupon it won’t scan!!! Then he said he couldn’t do my second transaction because they were closing. Well the thing is if it didn’t take you 3 years to do any transaction I’d be out of here already. Kept emphasizing to come earlier. I own a whole business and have kids I can shop whenever I want. Then I asked the supervisor or whatever “Mike” to cash me out and he checked out everything. But then the guy that gives me all the issues “subastian” tried to be smart and Mess up my transaction by having him scan coupons out of order (didn’t mess it up but he watched like a smart *** and you should of saw his face when it didn’t). He acts like the biggest ignorant sarcastic person I ever met and acts like the items are his and they don’t get the money back for them PLUS 8 cents!! I will be calling his GM (who he claimed to not know the name of) and corporate first thing in the morning!!

One of my favorite Walgreens. The staff makes you feel like family and welcomed! They always seem to have everything I need!

Just called the pharmacy to order a nebulizer machine for my breathing problem I have. They say we have 1 left, I say ok. Get there not even 5 minutes later and they tell me they have 1 left still, 2 seconds later one of the other dummies in the back says We just sold the last 1. I hope my breathing problem goes away before I go to bed tonight. Thanks Wal-greens

Two female co-workers were screaming at each other in the middle of the store. Extremely inappropriate. If you have an issue take it outside, not infront of customers.

Like every other Walgreens location everything is overpriced and you have to go through a damn phone tree just to speak to customer service.
