Similar to other reviews. Bought a system. Went back and forth with the installer that the system did not look right (wasnt fitting into the landscaped space). Come to find out, they installed the wrong swing beam that is 4 feet longer than the one I purchased. Lots of cracks in the wood due to overdrilling of the screws. Been 5 weeks without the canopy because they brought the wrong one so now there is tons of bird poop in the clubhouse. If they make errors, there is no sense of urgency to correct it, you have to be re-added to the delivery. Asked if they would re-position the set into the proper location (that was requested upon installation and got the response, I dont have time for that. The employee even had enough gall to tell me how much space I did not have (even though she did not measure) and to disregard the the ASTM recommended safety placement of a swing set although she had never been to my property. Had very high hopes but am VERY disappointed. Now I am concerned that if there is an issue covered under warranty that it will be a nightmare to get service.

Great service! They got the trampoline set up in the rain for my daughters Birthday party. They had a ball. This is my third and last trampoline purchase. Wish I would have gone for good quality years ago!

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the service provided by this company. I bought a brand new playset, paid top dollar expecting warranty and good service. Waited 6 weeks to have it installed. Installation was done with portions of the play set missing. Holes made on the wrong place. 4 weeks later, three appointments missed on their side, several excuses and still missing what I paid for. About that lifetime warranty promise… why should you care if they cannot deliver a complete set to begin with?

I would stay away from this place. I paid thousands of dollars for a playscape with a 5 year warranty. I called 18 months ago about rotting wood. They approved my claim, but 18 months later they still do not have the parts. They are too busy selling new playscapes to take care of existing customers.

Paid in full but still havent delivered as per schedule. They are not returning my calls nor messages. Weve been waiting for over 2 months now. Not to mention how dissapointing it is for kids. They ruined our Jul 4 weekend plans....

Nice equipment and Rachel tries hard selling you, but long delays in getting equipment and even worse, after waiting, the install has been a joke...2 guys delivered and left due to rain, the manager called and asked if it was raining...and I said no its sunshine....he supposedly sent the guys back but they never showed...he called later and said they would be here the next day. One guy instead of 2 shows up....he worked very hard but it was too much for one guy by the time he got to Austin from San Antonio...he says someone will call, nobody ever did...another call to sales, another promise, TWICE MORE, people fail to show up...no calls, I keep calling and get told its another week of having a half built playset in my yard.....honestly theyll sell you quickly, but someone need to fix the customer service and operations!

Working with Rachel Brunson of Rainbow Play systems on 620 was such a pleasure and an easy process. She was super professional , came out to the site and measured precisely for the right play system. She used her knowledge to recommend exactly what we needed for our son within his age range and for the amount of space we had to work with. Eight weeks later( yes, they are booked up and in demand) we had a professionally installed rainbow play system and it’s absolutely wonderful. Everything from the ordering to the install process was perfect! I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the system. Thank you so much to Rachel, the installers and Rainbow Play Systems for everlasting memories. My son is absolutely over the moon with his new Rainbow 🌈 play system.

Do not buy your playscape from the 620 location. Choose another location. Their customer service is terrible and you can get any help. Our play system was bought a month ago and they only set up half of it. Guys kept coming out with the wrong parts and they would just leave them with us. Still have yet to receive the rest of our play system. Every time we called to make an inquiry about our playscape they wouldn’t remember us from the last time. We now have half a playscape and a yard full rainbow materials.

Rachel at Rainbow is awesome. My daughter loves the trampoline. Prolly one of her favorite activities. And now she has the electronic module for her IPAD enroot from Santa.Stephen LStephen V LevyPresident

We ordered the 11ft Springfree on Sunday and had it installed and working by midday on Tuesday. I have 2 teenage boys with lots of energy and this has been great. Even my older son uses it failed to practice his flips and it is large enough for a 6 foot kid. Thanks for the great product!

This place was so awesome to work with. We run a facility on the North Shore of Lake Travis that provides outdoor programs for children and families of all abilities and needs to learn, play and heal in nature! Rachel was spectacular to work with and really did a great job making sure all our needs were met!

My rainbow play system has endured over 3 years of constant use from my 4 energetic kids without missing a beat. Per Rainbow recommendations, however, I reached out to learn about the 3 year maintenance service offered to keep the play system running at top shape. Thankfully, Rachel picked up when I called. She was personable, helpful, detail-oriented, and consultative. She was prepared with all of my information, helped me figure out exactly what I needed, scheduled the service at a time convenient for me, and got me a nice discount to boot! The service was flawless. The team arrived EXACTLY on time and got to work. My whole play system was meticulously inspected. All connectors re-tightened, all bolt-ons removed and re-attached, and the whole thing was given a fresh stain.I was certain that my play system was essentially performing as new BEFORE the service, albeit a bit sun-bleached. But after the service it literally looks like a brand new play system. Thank you Rainbow, and thank you, Rachel!

I am more excited about our Rainbow Play system than our 4 year daughter. I contemplated buying a cheaper box set but after meeting Rachel and visiting her equipment play area I was sold on the quality of the equipment. We will enjoy our Fiesta 20C for years to come.

My daughter absolutely loves the playset and has gotten a lot of good use out of it so far. It has held up pretty well so far given the harsh Central Texas heat (very quality unit). The installers did a nice job of leveling the unit. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is there was damage (i.e. dings/gouges) in various spots which were caused as part of the move from the dealer to our home (we had purchased a display model and the handling was a little rough).

We had a great experience purchasing our Rainbow play set. Rachel was super friendly and did a wonderful job helping us decide which playset was right for our family. It was very helpful to bring our kids with us to try out the different sizes and styles. The installation was fast and the playset looks perfect. Our kids are having a blast on it!

We bought Rainbow Playset recently and both my kids aged 6 and 12 are having fun playing on it. The playset is sturdy and tall enough for even my elder one who is above average height for his age. They get good exercise with it for at least 20-30 mins at least every day. It was timely purchase right before COVID-19 caused everything to be shutdown. Fortunately kids did not complain being at home having fun on their new playset. Highly recommended for their quality. Rachel who is sales manager with whom we corresponded during our purchase was super nice and easy to work with. Even during the shutdown they were nice enough to deliver it before earlier committed date.

My grandkids absolutely love the Rainbow Play System in our backyard! Ryan at 620 Rainbow Play Systems was great. He helped me find a swing set that fit my budget. Their was a delivery issue and one cracked board, but Ryan stayed on top of things until I was completely satisfied. The delivery issue was resolved and the cracked board was replaced. The installers did an excellent job of installing the system, leveling it, and securing it. I recommend a Rainbow Play Set and I highly recommend Ryan at 620 Rainbow Play Systems.

Very good customer service. There was some confusion as to our installation date, but the people at Rainbow Play Systems found a solution in a speedy manor. We are also happy with the installation and quality of the playscape.

Superb quality and service from start to finish. Tyler at Lizards on the Roof in Nolanville, Tx listened and worked enthusiastically to get us in the right unit at the right price, making the purchase easy and following up frequently. He explained everything and made sure I was happy. It was installed on 04-13-16, on time, quickly and correctly by Rainbow, leaving nothing undone and having double checked everything. Wish I could recall the young mans name who installed it: Not only was he very professional and interactive in a manner that reflected well on Rainbow, but he was exceptionally competent and efficient as well. For safety and durability, Rainbow is the only way to go: It only costs a little more to go first class, doesnt it? Glad Tyler did such a great job on detailing the differences, and very happy with the fellow who installed it. It was seamless all the way.

Me and my family went looking for playsets for my kids today ..not really knowing where to start or what was really out there, but today we went and met Joseph at Rainbow Play Systems over on 620. I tell you, not only where we Amazed by his enthusiasm and his product knowledge, but would you believe that he spent the majority of the time trying to explain to us ways that we can save money... he was literally talkin us out of spending more money ,I found that to be extremely rare , and me and my wife were both taken back by his consideration ,and his ability to realize what our goals were as a family. I highly recommend going to see Joseph, you wont leave without knowing alot about play sets and options, and more importantly, youll leave knowing hes gonna do his best to make sure we get the best system for our family.

Our recent experience with Rainbow Play Systems on 620 was spectacular. We stopped in to gather information and check out playscapes for our four year old. After providing Ryan with what we were looking for, we left with many brochures and sticker shock. A few days later, he called and had located us a great quality, previously used playscape for right at our budget price! The process from there was seamless and now our son has a fantastic, sturdy playscape that he will enjoy for years to come. Go see Ryan at Rainbow Play Systems on 620 if youre looking. I bought a Rainbow playset from the branch on I-35 (NOT THIS ONE) and was promised delivery in two weeks. When I still had not received the playset after 3 weeks I called again and was promised a call back. When this did not happen I called the head office and complained about lack of information. I then got a very rude call back from the sales lady still with no information! By chance I called the 1800 Rainbow number and talked to this branch on 620. The sales lady was very helpful and called the factory and got the information I needed. Why could the other branch not do this? If you live in Austin and want to see your playset after paying for it BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. their customer service is great!!!!!!!
