Dr. Huang “Lee” is the best in Austin! I went to a dozen doctors before I found him, and his help with custom orthotics was exactly what I needed for my feet to heal! Highly recommended!!

I came into the foot pain relief store in an attempt to remedy some chronic pain Ive had while running. After running competitively for many years, I had accepted that the reoccurring pain (and injuries) I dealt with while running was not preventable. Thankfully, Dr. Huang had shown me a truly life changing alternative. After going in for my initial sizing appointment, Ive been using my new insoles for about 3 weeks now and have nothing but positive things to say. There are various types of insoles, walking, active, running, medicinal, etc., and can thus only speak about the running insoles, but I cant imagine the others are not of the same high quality. My shins, knees, and arch no longer feel pain while running. The insoles allow me not only to run comfortably, but now without pain I can run longer and further with less fatigue. My foot pain has gone away! Thanks to Dr. Huang.Since the beginning of this year, after 3.5 miles running as my routine exercise, my right foot experienced some pain, especially at the top of the arch. I thought that is normal and did not pay much attention. The pain became more severe and did not ease out as before. My family doctor referred me to Dr. Huang at Foot Pain Relief Store.It is a very pleasant visit at FPRS. Dr. Huang did a thorough evaluation and explained the way I run and walk in great details! The full custom foot orthoses he fabricated works very well on me. It is integrated with semi-rigid materials, very supportive yet very shock absorbing. Dont know how they made it, but it is very different from the regular insoles. I sensed the difference immediately. The arch support is very smooth. Without the foot orthoses, I tried to control my body weight on foot to reduce or avoid the pain. However, it eventually induced some other pain. Now with the foot orthoses, I literally forget the pain and just enjoy the running. I finally got the idea of full custom design. My foot pain gradually faded out after a few weeks, and I am back into running happily :) I just ordered second pair for daily walking.In addition to the function, it is less humid and even cooler inside the shoes. Good thing to share is that the odor is gone with the pain too!
