This is the shop where everyone should get their ink and printer supplies!After having several issues at other big box stores with remanufactured ink cartridges (because of HPs corrupt and deceiving tactics), I found this shop thats lead by someone who is actually knowledgeable about printers.Robert actually knew what I was talking about when I inquired about his ink cartridges working with HPs dirty software updates, and he is actually up to date with the situation.I purchased all four ink colors from him a few weeks ago, and they have been working wonderfully and are still full even after several pages of printing! Not even HP original cartridges work this well.Needless to say, I will keep purchasing my ink from this shop for as long as I live in or around Austin!P.S.- HP inkjet sucks, buy something else!

Great experience with Roberto! I brought in two ink cartridges (black ink and color ink) for refilling and it was less than half the price of buying new HP ink cartridges. I dont usually review this type of business but after noticing them while eating at Tams Deli which is next door to their just recently opened shop, I decided to do them and the community a favor by spreading the good word!Its a great concept (recycle/reuse your cartridges AND pay less) but I was skeptical of the quality after having had a bad experience buying recycled cartridges online. I can happily report that the quality is just fine and the guys in the shop are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Its good to find a locally own business in N. Central Austin that meets my toner needs. I run a series of older HP Printers. Ink & Toner Station provides me with a quick turn around a fair price. The work is always done right. You might be able to save a little bit of money by Chinese purchasing toner cartridges online. However, Ive found they dont last long and sometimes are faulty. Overall, a great place for my printing needs.

This is a family owned local business. The owner is very patient and pleasant, and was willing to stay open late to assist me when I had an issue with the cartridges and even gave me a partial refund as well as refilling my original cartridges.The ink cartridges themselves are much cheaper than from a chain like Best Buy. They are also recycled cartridges and they will accept your used cartridges for proper recycling. Ink cartridges are very toxic and unfortunately most end up in land fills where they could seep into ground water.Im going to be a regular.

My old Laser Toner (Brother machines) re-filler went out of business so I went to Ink & Toner Station due to its convenient location. The owner was very pleasant, helpful, and actually showed me how my prior re-filler was not actually giving me a full, high yield cartridge but had been monkeying with the mechanics of the cartridge to just fool my printer that it was a high yield. Probably the culprit for the odd lightness of print quality from the competitors products and might explain why they went out of business. I will definitely be back and often, especially since they offer free delivery in town! Highly recommended.
