The attendant that help me at the counter send my package to the wrong address.When I arrived I handed them a piece of paper with both the return address and recipients address. They mixed up the two…I’d recommend going somewhere else where the employees are a bit more competent.

While office staff were very friendly and helpful FEDEX failed on my transaction. Paid $115 to get a package overnighted for a meeting in San Diego and just got off phone with FEDEX who filed a request since they cant deliver on time. Told them they had to KNOW where package was - it was scanned when dropped off, scanned on airplane, scanned on arrival and scanned at warehouse but not they cant put their hands on it to deliver in time for meeting but I am welcome to file a claim!!

Great customer service! I needed a special delivery from WA state to my home in Austin and Jonathan was so helpful in working it out. I’ve used this FedEx location for years and I’ve always found the staff to be courteous and professional. It’s my go to place for fast efficient service anytime I need to mail anything!

Went in there last minute on Christmas eve to pack and ship 18 gifts for my employees. Mario and Sara went out of their way to help me unload my car and pack and ship each one with care. Fantastic customer service, and incredible team over there!

I went to get some stickers printed, they told me about how much it would cost per page on colour which was find but what the store manager/supervisor did not mention is how much it would cost to fit the one file so that there could be multiple copies on a page. What should have cost about $14 turned to be $35, I offered $20 which she rejected. Both of our times wasted, now I gotta go to Office Depot

I use FedEx for a lot of promo printing, and ordered two banners for a conference. I knew it was a tight turnaround, and was upset when I found out they would not have the hardware on time for my presentations.BUT! GABBY TO THE RESCUE!Gabby not only hand delivered my banners and one set of hardware, but made sure the second set got to me later. Im sure she worked very hard to ensure my items were available as soon as possible, and I appreciate her efforts, and her entire store. Fantastic customer service, and a great final product as well.Thank you to these folks at this location, especially Gabby!

Nobody pretends to help. Ive lost tons of money trying to use the internet computer and it never works right. I cant even have Google Chrome open in two separate tabs! Wish I could get a refund because I couldnt move things the way I needed to. Plus the bathroom is locked which is cruel to customers.

NOWSHIP uses the Kubox Trunk for small long distance and international moves with FedEx as our transport company. We had a few kubox trunks dropped off at this location and the team there was so very helpful. Our driver was able to get in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you FedEx Office Team!! Incredibly helpful staff. Ive had to use FedEx print over the last few months to get time sensitive documents down to Austin from Chicago. On more then one occasion the staff called to confirm receipt of documents and make sure my order is correct. Couldnt be happier with the customer service!

My personal printer was low on colour ink so it was more cost effective to use the services of FedEx Office as I was in a rush to have some presentation documents printed in colour. Alex Ruiz, assistant manager, went beyond the call of duty to assist me as this was my first time. This location will become my FedEx Office of choice due mainly to the extraordinary customer service.

The fastest print shop downtown! They completed my prints in less than 3 hours. The four other print shops downtown wanted 24 hours before I can pickup. The print quality was great and all the employees were nice. That said they were at least 2X the price of the other printers.

I wouldn’t advise anybody go to this FedEx for any printing or copying. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I had to go back four separate times before they even got my posters right. It’s took about five days because not only did they mess up my poster formatting, then their large printing machine had broken as well. They weren’t particularly helpful in terms of customer service either.

Just went in to scan an 8 page document. Self serve and it was $13 due to the archaic equipment and Internet connection. The scanner wasnt working properly, so would be more than one document. The woman (Nicole) who was initially helping me said she would show me how to create it as one document when I was finished scanning. I went looking for her 3 minutes later and she was at lunch.The gentleman behind the counter said she would be back in a few minutes. Well, Im paying by the minute! I figured it out, but it took forever to email the document to myself because of the slow speed. No wonder you pay by the minute. The same employee was unable to help a woman who was in self-serve and repeatedly said I dont know how to do that. Incompetent employees and a complete ripoff.

It cost me eight dollars in parking fees to find out if they didn’t know how to fax they could use their fax machine three people at a store couldn’t use a fax machine at FedEx I’m embarrassed for them

Overall good experience, but only after this guy named Steve helped me, and also a girl, whose name I didnt catch.I got the same direction to use the self-service machines that other people doing these reviews did, even though I had never used them before. (the guy who directed didnt ask if I had used them before or if I knew how, which I thought would be pretty self-explanatory since I wouldnt have asked him to print something if I knew about them) I couldnt figure out the machine, turns out its because you have to put a pay card in (I never use places like these normally, and didnt want to waste my time getting a card I was only going to use once) After this I had to wait in line because people came in the store while I was trying to figure out the machine (Theyre not hard to use but thats not the point)Anyway, this Steve guy was awesome and ended up helping me out big time. I had the wrong kind of file to print, so he let my husband E-mail a PDF version over and printed it out after all. You rock Steve(and the small blonde girl too, couldnt see her name tag). The guy in the packaging department, not so helpful. I also understand ya ya, hes in the packaging department but Id think he would at least try to help me...if you ask someone in a produce section in a grocery store a question about another department they dont know the answer to, theyll at least help you find someone who does.

Shipped 4 boxes each insured for a significant amount they showed up in 3 days instead of 2 days as I paid over 300$ for. Also on the second day when I called to get tracking information, they took down my info to call me back and never called me back. I called them 3 hours later they said they were busy and wanted to call me back again. Talked to the manager he said both computers are being used and they cant do anything without a computer. So I said why have 3 employees then?

Completely Worthless.Fumbled for thirty minutes waiting in line only to be directed towards the self-service machines that did not work. Walked back and forth between the self service machines perhaps ten times, each time waiting for the unresponsive, slow staff to notice me again. was there for approximately one hour to print two photos and a pdf and ship to berlin. charged seventy dollars in total (?), only having to return an hour later at the behest of the staff because of their short-sightedness.Thanks FedEx, you are literally worse than the regular post office, which is something of an accomplishment. I have no idea how you got such a simple, private company to run worse than a notoriously underfunded governmental subsidy. You wasted my time and money - Im glad you have so many other poor reviews. Youve earned them.
