My previous experience has been good to great. Today the experience was OKAY. I attribute this phenomenon to be due to the fact the personnel is not consistent.It is not the customer job to tell the personnel what needs to be done if the company was the one that setup the maintenance appointment. Further, the maintenance includes batteries and canals inserts. This been the fact why the battery supply provided will not even cover 2 months of usage, and no canals inserts were provided. By the way, the maintenance is every 3 months. Hopefully, after this review, more attention will be exercised, and we all should have a better customer experience from here on.

Very kind staff. Dr Beck is great at listening to your concerns and addressing them the best way possible.I came in to get custom ear plugs for work.The experience was quick and enjoyable. He walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable.I highly recommend this place for all of your hearing concerns.

I could not be more pleased with the competent, professional, and friendly service provided by David, and supported by Deborah’s helpfulness. I responded to a promotion for a free hearing test, the results of which showed asymmetrical hearing loss. David strongly recommended that before fitting me with hearing aids I see an ENT specialist to make sure there was nothing unusual contributing to that type of loss. The ENT examination showed nothing unusual, and at a follow-up visit I purchased and then David fitted me with hearing aids. I am delighted with the result! I have had one follow-up visit for some adjustments and will have one or two more. I am impressed with David’s attention to detail and the quality of his service. I highly recommend him, Deborah, and New Sound Hearing Center of North Austin if you are experiencing hearing loss.

The excellent staff provides thorough, personalized service. They are warm and friendly, and really try to accommodate all my needs. I appreciate the quality care I receive when I go there. And with my new hearing aids, Im hearing better than I can remember.

They take the time to really listen to your issues with your current instruments and then fine tune them accordingly. Im hearing better now thanks to their expertise.
