The experience was really cool. I never been at a stone place well never had to until now but the way the sales rep talk to me and told me to take my time and he didnt even bother me while I was looking. Spent almost an hour looking at stones lol. It was great and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent selection of stone, Quartzite, Marble, Granite, along with manufactured slabs! Showroom was clean, well organized and inviting. The staff is personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Ben Henderson was a huge help, allowing me to return multiple times to peruse the inventory, take slabs outside to see them in the sunlight, match backsplash tile, and figure out which slabs to use out of a particular bundle and how to best lay them out. I highly recommend Encore Stone!

Came here to select material for my kitchen remodel. Worst customer service ever. The manager is rude and lacking customer service skills. When we first walked in to the showroom to select slabs and he asked us to wait because he was on personal phone call. The warehouse guys were joking around and talking about when they get off work. At first ignored all this to chalk it up as part of the construction business but why does it seem that as a customer we should make excuses for this? When we finally selected a couple of slabs we asked if they could put these on hold for our fabricator he asked if we could pay for them now, wasnt unreasonable at first but he kept pushing us to put a deposit or pay for the slabs seem like very pushy like a car salesman and desperate, this is a very bad thing for customer to feel since our fabricator said he was picking up the material and just place them on hold. The manager asked who our installer was, when we said who he made a rude comment that seemed very bias. When we called back to verify the material days later they could not locate our file or any information of our visit??? Not liking the energy of this place.... Maybe they are hurting for business but dont push the customer to pay now or keep asking over and over.

A lot of selections to choose from. Ben is very friendly and helpful. He explained different choices of slap with detail quality of each one. Customer service is excellent. Thank you.

The worst place in the world to buy Stone, they just lie in your face. they said they give you better price than other companies but totally lie, material not to good , on top of that they take forever to dispatch the material,be careful because once you buy it is yours, fabricators dont want to be responsible if you buy material from this place

Ive been in the Pacific Shore showroom several times over the past few years and have always liked their layout and selections. I recently went in with a client and they seemed to have upped their game even more! Nathan was a huge help to us and has followed up several times to ensure that all of my questions have been answered. He was quick in his responses as well. I will definitely continue to bring clients in, as I now know their customer service is also top notch!

So I asked this company a question about a particular product. I was outside their service area, however they still took the time to answer my questions and provide me with contact information of a provider that could help that was within my service area. WOW! How many companies take the time to still answer your questions even though they cannot profit from your business - not many anymore usually they just tell you to call this other company. So I have to say if you are in the Austin area I would recommend them based on their service and how attentive and responsive they are to inquiries. You can tell they love what they do versus just being in a business to make money. Ben was great! Wish they were in my area because they would be my choice!

Great selection and super nice and helpful staff when we visited a couple weeks ago. They sell directly to the public which made it easy for us- We found the slab we liked and paid for it the next day over the phone. Once you pay for a slab, they store it for free in their warehouse which is very nice. Definitely would recommend.

Best slab yard in Austin by far. All the slabs are covered so the quality is much better than other yards keeping the slabs outside.Best selection, best staff, best materials, best price... Pacific is just the best place in Austin to get your granite.

100% recommend. Theyre the only shop in town that works with the public. Every other shop requires you to go through a fabricator in order to get info or price. These guys, on the other hand, gave us a guided tour, explained things, gave us a price. Lee was amazing and wonderful. This was an incredible experience. If we need more stone, we wont go anywhere else.

Outstanding source for natural stone counters in Austin. Large selection at a variety of price points.Ben was extremely patient with helping us find a stone we loved even if it meant spending less. He also helped us find a highly qualified fabricator at a surprisingly great price. Will definitely shop here first in the future.

We shopped for a year around all the stone yards in Austin - then we discovered PacShore. They are transparent about their pricing - unlike all other stone yards that are totally obtuse about their pricing (rolled into the stone/fabricator price) We saved over $1000 on Caesarstone vs. our other quotes.In addition Ben, our sales consultant, was so helpful, caring and made the process so easy. We add issues with our fabricator that threw a huge wrench into our original plans, but Ben at PacShore moved mountains to help us. In the end, they took back our original quartz selection (already delivered to the fabricator - and cut!!). We were able to upgrade to another quartz (for just a small increase in price) and ended up with an even more beautiful kitchen.I dont know another company that would have done this . We experienced real disinterest in our project at most other stone yards - they have too much business here in Austin and could care less. But it made all the difference in the world that Ben at PacShore made such and effort to ensure we ended up the happiest of customers.THANK YOU!!!! We will sing your praises for years to come!

We are very pleased with Pacific Shores selections and costumer service. They take care our costumers really well. They have ton of options to choice from and there is always some one be there to guide you choice materiel and they will walk you thought the installation process as well. We love their Neo Lith product. Very unique. it also comes larger size slabs so you could have a large island with no seamsthey are one of the best place to get your countertop for sure

They carry leading edge product Neolith with a ton of marble selections. The staff has gone out of their way to make this an awesome experience, couldn’t be more please with the service and professionalism of this organization.

Had a bad experience with black granite. Had granite installed and had white rings and spots appear after 3 days. They blamed the installer, installer blamed pacific shores. I had to get another company to replace. Pacific shores did not stand behind their product or return my money.
