We had a great experience with the crew at Legacy Granite. Anna helped us find what we need, and the install was LESS than a week after we picked out the slab we wanted. The install crew was equally as helpful and pleasant to work with!

I highly recommend Legacy Granite. From the time I paid my deposit to install date was 9 business days which was critical to my project. The quartz was beautiful and the install was very professional and well done. The staff was very responsive and helped to answer all of my questions. Great company!

We mistakenly stopped at Legacy Granite while on our way to a different company. It must have been fate, as we could not have asked for a better granite team to handle our outdoor kitchen project. Jenny took time to show us several granite slabs and listened to our design idea while helping us select the right solution. We provided our layout and dimensions to three granite fabrication groups and were happy surprised at the significantly lower cost quoted by Legacy. Their overall cost was well below the others. This, I believe stems from the lower labor cost they quoted. Antonio came and measured the job. He arrived exactly on schedule and actually helped reduce the cost through determining we had reduced square footage. Jenny kept us in the loop and the installers came and did the install on schedule within a few days of accepting the quote. The counter top looks awesome! If youre looking for low price and quick turn around, check out Legacy. This is a company known for high volume, quick installations. If youre looking for your counters to have chipped edges, scratched surfaces, and off center sinks, this is also a good bet. If you want a professional looking installation, go to another vendor.

Legacy Granite a pleasure to do business with. Antonio and Jennifer make a great team. Their attention to detail and willingness to share their expertise is amazing. Additionally we found them to be significantly less expensive than other alternatives in town and have a great selection of Quartz and Granite. We highly recommend doing business with them! So this starts off with a missed turn pulling out of the Shell station as my mom and I were running errands. We got rerouted onto the side roads and planned to look at quartz countertops later on the same day. Just so happens we passed this place and saw some in the parking lot. We went inside and Antonio showed us around, it was a quick and to the point process, which is how I prefer. This was a somewhat smaller job, so they said it could be measured and installed within a week. We picked out a slab and agreed on a time for the counter to be measured. The morning of, I got a text from Antonio confirming and someone showed up to measure. I later received a text (within like 30 minutes) from Jenny who confirmed the quote and work.The price was about 40% less for the exact same product (same name and thickness) from another local granite company. I had my kitchen done about a year and a half ago, and wish I would have went with this company instead. Even though I love it, I am sure I would have saved money coming here.The day of install two gentleman showed up and got to work. there was very few questions and they knew what to do. There was one concern on the piece by the shower, I assume it was a difficult piece to have right, they suggested to back cut the old piece under it so the new piece would hide it, it worked out fantastically. They cleaned up the countertops and caulked all the edges that needed it. There was a few minor saw marks on the sink cut edges, but some bar keepers friend and light scrubbing took care of that. Thanks again!

Loved they showed up in masks and also worked in masks at their office. We are super delighted with out new vanity countertop. Looked at the remnants from their yard and found a good price compared to other places we shopped. Quick turnaround (within a week) once we chose the material.

Antonio at Legacy Granite Designs did an amazing job. Turnaround on the kitchen quartz was less than a week and the work is impeccable. We had several imperfections to work around including terribly unsquare walls and he was able to adjust everything so it looks great. He beat every other bid/price and was able to do 1 seam where every other company said they needed 2! He also was able to add one last piece of quartz last minute behind my stove. I can’t wait to work with this company again when we redo our bathroom!

I am a designer and home owner and used Legacy Granite in my own home. Antonio and his team did a phenomenal job on my recent renovation project! They installed my kitchen and bathroom countertops and fabricated a custom mantle surround entirely out of stone (in-progress photos below) it turned out gorgeous! On top of providing quality work they are FAST! As soon as my cabinets were installed Antonio came right out to get measurements and one week later was installing my fabricated countertops! I had such a good experience with them I have given them out as recommendations twice already. They were super friendly, and quick to make measurements and even through the winter storm they were faster than other places quoted us during more normal times. Not to mention almost half the cost as other places. They installed 2 bathroom countertops and countertops in my huge kitchen in just under 3 hours. I cannot recommend Legacy Granite enough, all around a wonderful experience. My favorite part was we had a very long piece of countertop that needed a seam, and they expertly found two pieces of the slab that would look perfect together, you have to really look to find the seam. If I had to do any more countertop work I would not consider any other company.

We just had our kitchen counters replaced with Legacy. I had my own slabs and used them for the fabrication and installation. They did a great job. Jenny was very easy to communicate with and always very responsive. We had a couple small issues along the way and they were always right on top of making it right and making sure we were happy with the final installation. In the end, they are reasonably priced and did a great job! Id definitely use them again.

For a company that believes in paying customers $50 to post positive feedback on Google, Facebook, and Yelp, it’s no surprise that all the negative experiences get brushed under the rug.As a former employee, I was incredibly disappointed to leave Legacy because the owner would not communicate transparently about changes to the pay structure. Not only were the last 3 checks that I received delayed without warning, but when I finally decided to get out of a bad situation, the owner refused to pay my final check in full. This is disgusting.Don’t let the low prices fool you. Move along to a business with more integrity. SMH.

We had Legacy granite install/fabricate the granite counters for our master bathroom. They turned out great! Jenny made the process so easy for us and helped us all along the way. She was very available for our stop ins and was quick to reply to emails. We came back for counters for our second bathroom. The prices are very competitive and they have great selection.We needed a smaller counter and were able to look at remnants too. Overall we had a very good experience with Legacy.

I had a major home remodel going on in my home and struggled to find a good way to get my countertops selected without paying an arm and a leg for entire slabs. Legacy was a nice close to home option that allowed me to get what I needed. With my first visit, I was greeted and shown options to best suite my needs including ways I may be able to get additional discounts. This was music to my ears given my dwindling savings. Overall, the project was completed quickly which I appreciated because it was already way past due its originally scheduled completion date based on delays from other aspects of the project. There were a few hiccups along the way which seems to be standard for the doing a home remodel during times of covid and things happen in general. Once I relayed these concerns to the owner Antonio, he went above and beyond to ensure I left a satisfied customer and the company honored their end of things. He even came out as an added bonus to help me with something that was not in anyway related to his part of my project, just to ensure customer satisfaction. That led to the biggest part of my project getting resolved with no additional expenses for me. This is a good place to go if you are in need of partial slabs and have a specific budget for your project, big or small.

The install was fast. The owner is knowledgeable. The product is top quality. The price is good. The only thing that made this a less than ideal experience is working with the office staff. It is highly informal and unprofessional.For example, I would ask about timelines on when they could come out and not hear back for hours and sometimes days. I finally had to call the owner directly just to hear back. He told me to call the office, and only then did I get a reply.Also, the day of my install I messaged and called the office several times asking for confirmation when the crew would arrive and I did not hear back. Finally, I received confirmation that the crew was onsite...while they were standing in my house. At that point it was useless.Even though I really enjoyed the process working with the owner and the installers, I will likely choose a different business for any future granite needs simply because talking with the office staff was so unreliable.

If I could give more stars I would! We had spoken to a few other fabricators prior and none could even come close to what Antonio was able to offer. Extremely fast turn around ( less than a week) and he was able to find us a slab that gave us the large island we wanted without any seams! Professional install and beautiful outcome. I will definitely return for all our upcoming additional remodel needs!

I just had quartz countertops fabricated and installed by Legacy. There was only one seam in the middle of the sink and it is not noticeable at all. I had read that this is often a concern when getting new countertops.Because I needed two slabs, I have extra quartz and they will store this for me until I want to use it which is a great benefit.The wait time to get the countertops was very reasonable (one week from the time they received my slabs). And the measurement was within a few days of contacting legacy.The only negative, which is minor, is that they did not remove all of the adhesive on the granite and it is up to me to get a solvent and get this off. I expected to end the day with clean, shiny counters and that was not the case.I did not buy the quartz from Legacy so I cant comment on their products.I was referred to Legacy by another countertop provider who highly recommended their fabrication and installation expertise which was spot on.

I just got a custom quartz countertop put in by Legacy. It looks great and they got in done in less than two weeks. The countertop has a waterfall side to it, and it came out really nice. They even polished the underside of the bar and the backside of the waterfall.

I recently purchased Quartz from a facility in Austin and received a referral to Legacy Granite for the installation. Overall, I am happy with the counter tops that Legacy Granite installed for me, but i was not happy with the experience. Prior to the install I was contacted by the office staff to ask if Id like to take morning time (8-12) or the afternoon(12-4) time for install. Initially I had asked for morning, but then called back and asked for the afternoon. They were very accommodating.On the day of install I was expecting someone to arrive to my home between 12-4 pm to do the install. No one called me. I called the office multiple times and the shop floor number as well. Around 2pm, I received a call from a supervisor saying that someone would be on the way in 45 mins. Again, no one called me. Around 4pm I started calling the offices again to find out where my installer was, but no one answered. Around 5pm I gave up.Finally at 5:30 I got a call from the installer, who had worked the morning job slot, and he told me they were still finishing up and wouldnt make it out to my job. He told me that he could reschedule for the following week. Unfortunately - my work schedule wouldnt allow me to reschedule for the following week, so I had to agree to them installing on a Sunday (which is not something I would normally do).The whole experience was filled with mis-communication and unprofessionalism from the office to the installer. When I shared my grievances with the office staff I was told that sometimes this happens because jobs run long and appointment times arent guaranteed. They didnt seem to understand that the REAL problem was NOT that something unexpected happened at the first jobsite which caused it to go longer than planned. The REAL problem was that the chain of communication completely broke down - - which left me sitting at my house all Friday afternoon trying to get a hold of people and wondering what was going on. That was completely unavoidable.
