The prices were great and owner was very helpful until the first deadline was missed. We ordered and paid almost 70% of the entire order May 27th with the understanding that we would be moving in to our house at the end of June. It was a tough deadline but we ordered the cabinets before we even closed on the house so we could make the deadline. We even opted for Cabinets that were not quite what we wanted because he could make them faster in house. Its almost a month and half past when we thought we would be done. We tore the Kitchen the day after we closed in early May. Floors, Paint, Audio, Plumbing, and the Bathroom Remodel were all completed as promised in June. Finally after countless calls and email with no call backs the shells of the cabinets showed up. The he asked for more money to Fund my appliance purchase. The company has $20K of my money and I still have no Kitchen. The owners cell does not take incoming calls any longer and I see now other people on Angies List are having the same issue. If you have to turn your cell off you must be getting a lot of unhappy calls from customers. I was really hoping that despite the horrible customer service I would still at least get what I had paid for according to the invoice. That does not seem to be the case. A lawsuit is now being filed.

Coleman wholesale has ditched town and turned his phone off. Good luck to anyone trying to finish a project. He was just a snake in the grass. More proof to if its too good to be true it probably is he still owes our company over 1200 dollars.

I purchased windows from them. They were extremely informative and very friendly. I learned a lot about my options and what was best for my home. I went to champions and it seemed as though they were only interested in the sale.I wish I had found coleman wholesale about a year ago when I replaced my kitchen cabinets. They have amazing prices and a lot of options. I look forward to redoing my bathrooms with them next. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for high quality at affordable prices. Not to mention they are a family owned business that I always prefer to go to.

Do not do business with this company! As a professional remodeling contractor, I thought it would be a great idea to recommend Coleman Wholesale to one of my clients. I had been in their showroom, and their prices were great. They even offered me a commission to sell their cabinets, counters, and appliances. My client payed them in full in early June, which was a huge mistake. They were weeks late on getting the products to the job. They did not provide the correct cabinet interiors that my client ordered. The cabinets were not of good quality. They did not show up when they were scheduled, or even call. It is now August and they still havent replaced the incorrect cabinet. The owner has had his cell phone turned off for over a month. Probably to avoid all the calls from customers he ripped off.Last but not least, I finally got a commission check from the owner this week. This was after weeks of arguing and fighting for it, when he has been paid in full since June! He promised me 7% and then attempted to give me 2%. I wouldnt settle for it, so he finally wrote me a check for the amount that he promised in June. Only problem is that the CHECK BOUNCED!!! I am now taking legal action against him. Watch out! This guy is a BS artist.

Kitchen Nightmare - Ordered a complete kitchen remodel and everything had to be paid in advance because it was wholesale. This should have been my first clue. I ordered custom, all wood, factory finished wood cabinets, stone counter tops and an appliance package. The demo person came on March 12, 2012 and was on time and did a very good job. After that it was downhill all the way! Sat home waiting for materials and workmen who never arrived. Cabinets were finally delivered at 7PM one night. They did not come in factory boxes but were shrink wrapped (another clue). They had flimsy paper like laminate on sides that were already peeling and these were suppose to be brand new! Also parts and accessories are missing. There are a lot of nicks and gouges on the surfaces. After lots of frustration and aggravation trying to get Mr. Coleman to resolve these issues I notified him I was no longer doing business with him. He sent a very unprofessional, intimidating email and said he would sue for slander if I said anything bad about his business. My lawyer said the proof is in the cabinets. Had independent appraisers look at these cabinets and was told by all of them that I got taken and the cabinets were substandard. I had paid close to $10,000. for the cabinets alone and they are not as nice as Home Depots cheapest brand. For that amount of money I should have received the custom wood cabinets I ordered and was promised.Fortunately I used my charge card for most of the purchases and after a thorough investigation they backed me up and I recouped that money. Unfortunately I paid by check for the appliances which I never received and also never received a refund. I am filing a fraud report and hope to recover the rest of my money from Mr. Coleman.
