I have never had a pharmacy be so blatantly unhelpful and unethical. Every customer is an inconvenience to them. They lied and said they talked to my insurance company to sort out the issue and there wasn’t anything they could do. I called my insurance company and Walmart Pharmacy didn’t call, and during said conversation I fixed the “misunderstanding” and had to go back to get the rest of my prescription. If this was a one time experience, I would have shrugged it off, but I have given plenty of opportunity to prove otherwise and have resulted in additional rude encounters.The issue was filling a 3 month supply vs 1 month. This wasn’t a complex problem.If I could give a no star review, I would. If I could get my prescription refills from a junkie living under an overpass that mugged me upon every encounter, this would be a better experience than having to go back to this Walmart pharmacy ever again. Seriously.

The pharmacists are fabulous! On more than one occasion they have caught a prescription from a doctor that would interact with prescriptions already being taken. They know me and my family and the issues we are dealing with and are supper helpful in dealing with our medical issues.

I have used this Walmart a couple of times, but for some reason this last time they decided to only fill 30 days of my 90 day prescription because it was cheaper. Obviously less medication will be cheaper, but thats not what I was looking for. I questioned it when the girl was checking me out, and she said the doctor had written the prescription incorrectly. I called the doctor, and they had in fact prescribed 90. I do not need my pharmacy changing my prescription count and then blaming the doctor. So freaking wrong.

The core Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs are wonderful. Even though I have other pharmacies closer I stay at this pharmacy just because of them.

Needed a medicine that another Walmart Pharmacy was out of. They checked 1st to make sure thia Wal-Mart had it, was told yes. However when Drs office called in the RX the tech told them the medicine was not in stock.When I called and asked why she would say it was out of stock, she said she didnt want to just assume they had it. So you would just rather say No leaving a patient without RX for 4 days, than just taking 1 minute to check.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the Walmart pharmacy staff. I originally moved from Walgreens for price, but any time I need something, the staff is great at find a solution, be it recommending a product or saving money on meds.

Really its a minus 10 for the pharmacist rude disrespectful and would not fill my script as ordered by Dr . Buda pharmacy Ruth Moreno. Needs her license jerked from her ASAP Walmart sucks.im not sure what her issue was but that is not right ! I will not go back to the psychiatric hospital due her incompency . I will never return to any Walmart I see rating suck . Im done and boycotting them

I asked what the price would be when I dropped off 2 prescriptions. At pick-up they tried to charge me nearly 3 times as much as they had just advised. When I complained, the CS agent called for a manager. While I waited 15 minutes, they sorted out the price. Either liars or simply incompetent.

Waiting times today are terrible. Got here at 4pm and have still yet to get my meds. Going on two hours. Also they fist said they didnt have it them they said it was being worked on. SlowER ......
