This Bakery was the right choice for a cake. My wife talked and showed her what we wanted and she made exactly what we asked for. Perfect!

Had the worst experience today. I just wanted to do a one for one swap of a toy purchase. Exact same toy! Was told I wasnt allowed to exchange my purchase until tomorrow because it was purchased at a different store today. I normally love Target, but seriously, this was just inconvenient. Now if I want the toy exchanged I have to drive all the way up into Austin again tomorrow. No thank you. You can keep it. Im returning the other toy to the original store and buying it from Amazon.

Be prepared to have parts of your pick up order canceled, because they are still listing items that are actually out of stock. If you do actually go inside be prepared to have zero assistance, and to wait in line at checkout.

Wow, Kate was amazing! She really helped me out so much, I was confused on where to find things and what to get, but she really helped me out. Amazing customer service and very kind, will definitely only come to shop at this target!

Went to the Starbucks there and the cashier had a bad attitude straight when I walked in. I don’t know what was going on but she was speaking in a disrespectful manner towards me. I understand if you’re having a bad day but don’t take it out on people, especially your customers, for no reason. I also believe she didn’t give me all my change because when I checked the change I was given, it was 9$. I gave her a 20$ and got two items (one 3$ and a juice). I doubt that made up 11$ but that’s in the past now.

Grrrrr... this why I dont shop at Target... received a damaged toaster...clearly theirs... since I didnt have the receipt from online order I had what my roomie gave me..her order receipt... they said it could not be done without a receipt...see pic of freaking toaster.. no common sense its the same freaking item... plus they had me carried along until I pick the new... the counter person...he cant hold it.. cause its technically still mine ughhhhhSo common sense again its goneCarried your damaged item thru the store n must have original receipt even though ...its clearly theirs... grrrrrF Target.. most retailers... will do the right...n common sense... thing..... none at Target... for sure.

My review is specifically for the Starbucks employees in this Target store (although I think the store is great too).Those working in the Starbucks are freakin awesome. They are genuinely good people and they deserve appreciation for all they do. They are so kind and hard working!

I always love coming here!! The employees are always friendly and helpful!! Always clean...

I love target and always came to this location for retail therapy up until today when i was racially profiled and followed. Shame on y’all.

My wife was doing some shopping with our 3 year old son. Yes he is talkative and a busy body. As my wife was standing only a few feet away from an employee restocking the shelves in the same isle, my wife heard the employee say to herself “somebody needs to shut that little boy up”. My wife looked and her and the lady realized that my wife heard her say that. It’s pretty disappointing that someone would have the audacity to talk to a customer in this manner. Especially a position that deals with the general public on a regular basis. 👎👎👎

My boyfriend went to this Target this morning (as we usually do since its closest to us) to get us some energy drinks and the guy working at the door said We are only letting in people 65 and older in for the first hour this morning (which is totally fine and completely understandable) and as my boyfriend walked away 2 girls about the same age as him said We are just getting one thing and the worker proceeded to let them in. So my boyfriend told the worker the same thing (which was true) and he said Yeah, sorry...I just cant have that many people in right now except.....he just let in 2 girls. So not okay. Extremely unprofessional.

Every time Ive shopped there the staff have been helpful and polite. I think theyve done a great job keeping everything clean and safe with everything going on.

I ordered an order for pick up and I live about 25 minutes from the store. It turns out they didn’t have it in stock and the lady helping me out just offered me a gift card haha. Thanks but give me my gas money and my money back. Also, fix your system. Thanks.

Hey Target, how about you get all those shopping carts that the homeless have stolen from your South Park store here in Austin and get them from their camp sites. They are trashing out our area with those carts. I drove by one camp sites on the south side area of South Park and it was just filled with your carts (40) and please don’t tell me you don’t know anything about this. Start assisting in the clean up of the area.

I’ve been doing curbside orders for the past couple months and Target is always makes it so easy to pick up my necessities without a hassle. I also appreciate that the company is making their minimum wage $15.

This one has a very limited amount of fruits and vegetables. Great for water and frozen food. Its okay.

Walked up at 840pm, door guy lets a caucasian girl in front of me in the store but denied me access. The stored closed at 9pm, perhaps Target should update their hours to reflect proper operating hours.
