Brought my watch in to service around last year. The watch worked after leaving it there for them to change the battery for about a week. It stopped working months after and we thought that something else was wrong with the watch as we just replaced the battery. In the end, we brought the watch to service at an official shop in my home country, the battery was NEVER CHANGED. It was still the original battery in the watch, and the battery was leaking. I got charged $15 for some service as the watch was working but it wasnt the battery as it wasnt changed. I got lied to but the person that service the watch and charged for service but not the product. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Necklace adjustment was not as requested after taking longer than expected. Correction was made but clasp put on backwards. Finally, price was much higher than quoted. Nice lady I worked with but I won’t be back.

I was looking for a place to change the batteries on my fine Tissot watch. It is a Swiss watch and all the good Jewerly stores were to far for me. So I was in the area and my son took it in and in 10 minutes got a battery for it for $ 5.00 !!!!!!! I have a ton of watches to get batteries for, so I will be back.

I came here to get a battery change for my watch. I was in and out in five minutes. Mr. Maddox replaced the battery for just $5!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
