This store is way too small. It wasnt busy and it still felt so cramped. They dont have a huge selection, and what they do have is hard to browse and read.Theres just nothing in this store that would ever attract me to it; its just boring, even as someone who loves games.

Gamestop used to have a ton of games, now it looks like its always ready to shut down. Poor selection, used prices are always as expensive as new prices. The toy/figure/clothes selection is always bare, usually stuff just on clearance.

Best service I ever received from all Gamestop, Brandon and the crew does fantastic job. Not one person asked me about a membership for 10+ years but the manager here offered and very kindly helped me today. Award him, the staff and the store. I will support the business here for a long time. Thanks!

The people working werent efficiently managing who could be in the store (covid). a family of 5 were all waiting while 6 people were in line outside. they could be more proactive.

I was told I had to wait to get in (thats fine - theres a pandemic). I said all I want to do is see if yall will buy these games. Can you at least tell me that before I wait? The guy said no. I waited in line a half hour to walk into the store and have the cashier take one look at my bag and say we dont buy 360 games. Why couldnt the door guy tell me that? Whatever, everything is online now anyways.

FYI y’all should probably avoid this store for a few weeks. Two employees have tested positive for covid and instead of shutting down and cleaning the store. The district management is carrying on with business as usual. Endangering other employees and the public.

I was one of the first ones there, waiting since 1 AM. For the ps5, and just because i wasnt at the other entrance i didnt get a ticket for the ps5, when we were never told that they were giving out tickets. I was told it was first come first serve. And i was there before anyone. But i couldnt get it, all because they were holding the ps5 for the people they gave tickets too. If they would of walked outside at 1 AM and checked who was actually there first, or atleast tell us what they were going to do, i would of gone to another gamestop. Now i cant get my nephew what he wanted for his birthday. You guys cant just change the rules last minute. First come first serve. I was waiting outside longer than those who got a dam ticket. And the employee didnt even care that he made a mistake or was in the wrong. And still didnt care that we were there first at the store.

Very helpful & patient staff that assisted me in selling my console and buying a new one. They went out of their way to be kind & help me get exactly what I wanted. I was truly surprised at how pleasant of an experience it was. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the store was very busy and there didnt seem to be enough staff to help everyone quickly.

Store has been upgraded but still they could use more staff. But other than that they do sell used consoles with 1 year warranty no questions asked if it breaks they give you another one and your warranty starts sll over again with no fee. If they dont have a certain item they will try to find it for you or point you at least in the right direction.

I like this place a lot. Its filled with SO MANY games and controllers/consoles. Youll leave satisfied, thats a guarantee! The staff are cool too, so, customer service will be fine.

Came here to check out some Wii U accessories. The staff were very friendly, and even though it was a busy day, they made sure to help several people who were waiting. Making sure they did not wait too long. The girl who helped me checked in the back for inventory, which was very kind. Very well run GameStop!

Gamestop has everything you need when it comes to games and Funko pops. The staff is always super friendly and helpful.

It has a pretty small selection and is immensly understaffed at times. However, it is overall clean and the staff that are there are usually very helpful and quick.

Called to put a hold on a screen protector for 48 hrs. Walked in a couple of hours after the phone call later to find out an employee sold it a few minutes before we got there. The employee didnt even seem to care at all that he made a mistake. Scoffed and went about his work. Thats just wrong.

They have great bargains on games.if you purchased a used game and did not like it, there is no hassle to return or exchange a game.customer service is not great but okay.

My grandson did a purchase, the associate was very helpful.

I bought a game and they gave me the digital code and it didn’t work and I went to other GameStops so that they could call this one to transfer the money and they didn’t answer and I had to manually call them more than 26 times and they didn’t answer once. Very poor quality and they have phones for a reason but never answer

The setup of this GameStop is very weird. The island in the middle is the help desk and despite the additional visibikity; I cant seem to get helped.

If you want to change or sell a game do not do it in this place because it is a robbery, they do not have a lot of games and neither are the new ones practically at the price of new ones, the staff however is friendly and card and cash payments are accepted but I do not think its a good option to buy and / or sell games
