I called this morning to ask to see if they had something in stock at the store. I was sharply told that they are not doing stock checks at this time and basically was hung up on. I miss the customer service from the Arboretum store because they were always friendly and typically I have avoided this location because the customer service is very poor but now am forced too because the other location closed. With the way things are you would think that they would be grateful for any business. I have spent countless thousands of dollars with this business but no more. I have called a store for help maybe 3 times in 10 years for assistance. The $15 dollar item I needed help with just cost them my loyalty and my business. You are too busy to check for me an item, I am too busy to shop your store... Also to add I am a very polite, easy going, and regular customer who call employees by name and have a great deal of patience and understanding.

I used to love to shop this store but more and more... they act like they are too busy to be nice and helpful... guess Crate and Barrel get my business. So sad the Arboretum store closed but I’ll never shop at the other only Austin location if I absolutely needs WS item... I’ll just do without. Canceling my online order since Paula at this store was so rude and busy to answer a question. Her exact words... I can’t help you now-we open in 10 minutes and that’s when I can help you... why would she answer the phone and not expect a customer question?? Ok, add the attitude of you are bothering me.... geez...

Knowledgeable, attentive, courteous staff. Great selection of kitchen tools and accessories. Wasnt looking for a bargain, was looking for quality.

Whenever I am in the mall, I stop in. They are always polite, helpful and have a good deal on whatever I find that I did not know I needed!

The store at Barton Creek mall was hotter than blue blazes and after standing in line for 15 plus minutes waiting for check out, I took home my KitchenAid mixer only to discover the bowl was missing. A phone call to the store, and whoever answered was, “not authorized” to do anything for me. Not a good experience so far...

Dont waste your time here if you are looking for something specific like a good coffee machine. It maybe a good place to waste your time.looking at random, old-fashioned furniture or kitchenware here. They do have a few couches that you could use to relax if you are tired of walking around 😁.I would stick with Amazon if you know what you are looking for...

Well laid out store with lots of hard to find kitchen gadgets. They have a huge selection of the nicer cookware and small kitchen appliances that will last you a lifetime, unlike items you find at other cooking stores. They also have a variety of oils, vinegar, spices, mixes, pasta, etc.

The store was beautifully decorated and the 2 ladies working were very helpful and friendly. I purchased a new knife and the ladies told me about all kinds of extra perks. Usually I shop online for knives but I will be coming here from now on.

Best sales people around they have given me some advice in how to start investing a KitchenAid stand mixer, if you need help they are the best place to go for kitchenware. No doubt have I not surpassed any problems with their staff. They are willing to work with you and help in anyway you can.

Overpriced!! You can get some of the exact same stuff on Amazon for a whole lot cheaper, and considerably better quality. One thing I will give the place is its pleasing atmosphere with the home-feeling and friendly customer service.

I love kitchen gadgets and this store always has something exciting I want to try.
