Worse customer service ever!???? I was standing in one to be helped, and the incompetent employee started to help someone that walked in water I was in. One and ignored me completely. Am even after I said something about it, he still ignored me. I will take my $1,600 sale to Beat Buy!!!!!

I called several custom sounds and got the run around. I called Custom Sonds by Fiesta and there was no hesitation on Gios part to have the car brought in and the work done. He told me the car would be ready the next day and it was. Anthony made sure my car was ready when they said and it sounded the way I was hoping. Great job

Anthony did a phenomenal job on the installation of a complex system into my brand-new F250. No broken trim pieces or scratches in the leather which was a first for me to experience from an installer. Aaron (Regional Manager) took the time to do a complete tune on my Audison Bit One to dial the system in for max performance. He has a gift on making things sound great! The truck sounds amazing and i couldnt be happier with the communication from Aaron and his team, as well as their attention to detail with my vehicle.

Geo went above and beyond for multiple days to get me a system that fit my price range and sounded like I wanted. He was patient and helpful. Scrolling through these reviews it looks like I’m not the first to have that experience — I hope that guy is paid well.The installation is immaculate. If you’re reading these reviews wondering if the price to install this equipment is worth it, this place is worth it. I’ve installed a few different subwoofers with a few different amps on a few different cars, it’s a HUGE p.i.t.a. and it’ll most likely never look nearly as good as it does if you just let the professionals do their thing. You cannot see any wires in the car cabin at all, and the few wires that are in the trunk are well organized and out of the way.I got one JBL 12” sub from Custom Sounds and it’s about as powerful as my last setup which was two Kenwood 12” subs... I think it’s because the wiring kit they use here is much higher quality than the wire that I used to get from Bestbuy or Walmart.

These guys are great, I purchased a new civic and wanted to install a subwoofer using the factory radio. Austin greeted me as soon as we came in and answered all the questions I had (Im very anal) Austin is VERY experienced and knowledgeable. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. They even went out of their way to install in my sub in a special way so I can easily remove it from my car if needed. All the work was clean and neat. I highly recommend this place!* They also offer some financing options if needed.

After visiting a couple of different locations in town in search of decent window tint, the employee up front that greated me at the door as I walked in, (Austin I think is his name) was far more knowledgeable and enthusiastic about explaining the differences between the different types of tint. He hooked me up with their formula one pinnacle ceramic top of the line tint for 280 on four Windows + the rear of my 2010 Chevy 1500. It keeps the truck 10x cooler during the mid-hours of the hottest days of the year while at the same time keeps anyone else from seeing in. The quality of the install was perfect too, no bubbles anywhere.

This place was very helpful and knowledgeable. Straight to the point, and very honest. Shout out to Austin for being a dope and straightforward dude. Would definitely reccomend this place. Trustworthy people here.

They installed a Remote Start system Viper 5806V in my Lexus ES. This is rather complicated with the interaction with the Lexus electronics. Other installers we talked to did not seem to understand how this would work. They did a great job. The Viper works good including long range remote access and car finder.

Anthony is your go to guy for Equipment Information & Install, Larry is the Front Desk/Sales guy. Both of these guys are super nice and very knowledgeable of the audio products. Any issues after the sale, no problem, they handled mine right away! I cannot say enough the great experience and my 6-speaker, 2-tweeter Focal System along w/ 2-JL Audio 10 inch Subs and 900 Watt JL Amp sounds Incredible! Pleases is an understatement, they both were impressed with the Clear, Clean, sound of the Focal’s & the Crisp hard hitting Bass of the JL Subs! Took my XM system in last week for an out of warranty repair. I can be a hard customer to deal with and this job was to make my wife happy to get her XM back. In and out in just a little over an hour and they helped diagnose and quote a fix for my next visit at no extra charge. They would get a 5 if the price was a little lower but Im happy to say you get what you pay for. Quality, Customer Service & Knowledge are top notch - I will be back! Awesome that you guys are open Saturday despite what Google find shows...

I went in there clueless in what i wanted for my car but austin was and his awesomeness clarified everything for me. Even when i had a ton of questions and kept calling back because i kept changing my mind he stayed very helpful and responsive. I also want to thank the tech who installed my DVD. Job well done. Great work and great friendly people to deal with. Took my vehicle there after taking it to the nearby big box electronics store. They were able to fix the problem in 30 min that the other place screwed up and didnt seem to want to fix.

Had an ignition interlock installed and part of my panels not aligning right and are loose. Found some panel clips on passenger side carpet after install.My passenger door weather striping was removed and put on back backwards, kept falling off every time i opened the door. I was told to take to the ford dealer to get it fixed.

Just got my jl audio subs installed in my challenger. Looks great and sounds even better. Price and customer service were also awesone (got them on sale). It took longer than expected but I wouldnt want to rush anyone who is tearing into my car so I have no problem with that. Highly recommend.

Installers took 4hrs for a sub/amp install..fryed my amp. Took no responsibility. Terrible customer service. I am a buisness owner and this here. Is not how you run buisness..Nick over at Burnet rd. Location took care of me. But people like this should not be tolirated because its people like this. That give buisness a bad name.. If they worked for me id fire them. As they did everything aginst protocall to save their own a** instead of taking responsibilty. Straight ametures.
