That deserved a review in detail. I signed up for 20 gal glass bottles. For almost 2 years with no problem they picked the bottles and gave me my deposit of 20 dollars for each. But one day they declined to take 2 bottles saying that the neck was damaged. It was an insult 2 times because that was what they delivered hence they rejected to take it because of their sanitary policies. I simply use Bluetooth operated dispenser and have no reason to hammer the neck. So they are a 1 star company because of their lack of integrity (I have incurred an extra 40 dollars and I moved on).

Im really sad to see a service we loved and used for a year take some recent turns for the worst in terms of customer service and delivery.We loved the product and the mountain valley bottles weve been using for months.During the initial months, deliveries were on time and we had a very friendly delivery person who was punctual and had great communication skills. I was on the fence about the pricing, but the convenience and great customer service made this a must buy even against slightly more expensive options.Then right around the time of Covid, we noticed a huge drop customer service. Our delivery driver changed, and was not the same and not as friendly giving us sporadic communications on when our next delivery is. They then stated we had to meet deliveries at the base of our apartment, ironically kitty corner from a target/whole foods where we could just pick up 5 Gallon water. The at door delivery was crucial since my wife was home most of the time and with no cart and heavy glass bottles its Impossible for my wife and little daughter to move on their own.In the end we had to make the move to cancel our service with the hopes of re-signing up after Covid thinking this was just a temporary blimp from what I remember.6 months later, we came back to Austin and I just called again to reinstate my service. I found out however there was a large amount of fees on my account and some that were not communicated during the sale.Did you know youd be charged $300 for terminating a water cooler rental fee? These units sell for ~$100 on Amazon. When I called to return the watercooler, why wouldnt anybody let me know that the fee was so high? Id never have switched to owning my own cooler.After calling customer service, I was met with a very different team who were terse and not flexible. In the past Ive had late fees waived for being a tenured customer and I was immediately told there wasnt much they could do and I would need to pay the full amount which at this point was mostly fees with a very little initial balance. I ended up paying the fees but surprised how quick they were to lose a customer. I didnt get a clear answer on how much of my balance was from actual water service verse closing account fees + other late fees, but in the end paid up to close this chapter.I was ready to sign up for a long term service for the rest of our stay in Austin, but after this call Im scratching my head wondering who was the company I remember 1 year ago, and no idea where Im going next, but definitely want to make sure the next company treats our family well and has an attention to customer service.

We started buying Mountain Valley Spring water in liter bottles at local grocery stores. It became our primary drinking water and we looked for a delivery source. I called Water Event and originally we were out of their delivery area; after a few days I received a call that they would be able to add us as customers. Ive been totally satisfied with the service and have always received responses when Ive contacted the company. I really appreciate the extra effort they made to include us in their deliveries.

Customer Service as it should be. If I could rate WATER EVENTS AUSTIN 10 BIG STARS I would. And the USAs best water Mountain Valley( Hot Springs Arkansas) contained in beautiful pure glass .... Wonderful people to deal with in an old fashioned customer service type way ... I love it when the folks recognize me from just my voice over the phone.Water Events and the great folks who work the phones and drive the delivery trucks make living in West Austin that much more special. I cannot recommend this water service enough. I mean really, how often do you deal with a business that delivers the best of the best and brings right into your kitchen up a flight of stairs... and does not charge an arm and a leg .... Water Events Austin .... B R A V O ...!

This company recently took over my bottled water service in Houston. Within weeks they changed the delivery schedule from weekly to MONTHLY. When i called, I was told that the only way I could receive more frequent service was to accept an excessive number of bottles EVERY delivery.They are obviously interested in business customers only.Extremely disappointing
