I work at a pediatric dialysis clinic and that requires a lot of water. During this unprecedented winter storm in Texas, our clinic (as well the children’s hospital) lost water. It was a struggle to find someone to deliver water and Ray saved the day! We could not be any more thankful for his willingness to not only come in during this absolute emergency, but then he didn’t even charge us! Ray is unreal and I want him to get ALL of the business because he more than deserves it!!

We are having an ongoing problem with our well pump that we just can’t afford to fix right now. It was supposed to be corrected today (Friday) but at about 4pm it became apparent that our contractor wasn’t going to be able to get it done. We found out at 5 that it was going to be next week and much more money that we have to get it fixed. At 530 pm on a Friday evening I called this company and explained that 5 people have had no showers for several days. He explained that he didn’t know if he could get here or not but that he’d try. At 630 he text me back and let me know he’d be here by 8pm. At 8:03 he was filling up our tank. He also noticed my 101st airborne hat and asked me if I was a vet. I told him I was and he gave me a 10% discount on this after hours life saving service. This is a rare display of customer service that was a breath of fresh air. Sadly I don’t know when we’ll be able to fix our well but I do know that I won’t use anyone but swift bulk water delivery to get us through til we can make the repair. Thank y’all so much. I will tell everyone that ever needs water that you guys are the only company to consider.

I woke up to our 2000 gll water tank completely empty one morning due to our newly installed faulty sprinklers who ran all night and wasted all the water. Swift was the first phone call I made at 7am because they are the only ones that open early.
