I’m very pleased with my purchases. They were very friendly, informative and not pushy. The customer service here is top notch. Gil was great- he took his time explaining the differences in the mattresses they offer. He also listened to our issues with our current mattress and help navigate us to a great choice. Store manager was awesome as well. Overall just a great experience if I ever need another mattress I will be back here.

I’m moving from Austin to Denver and wanted to order a new mattress that would be delivered the day I arrived. The sales associate at the store showed me a few mattresses that fit what I was looking for and did a great job of explaining the differences without pushing me towards any particular brand/model/price range. They were able to order it in Denver and set everything up for me easily. Great experience and certainly recommend!

Went there and found wide range of mattresses with all budgets and everyone has something to get. Moreover deals presented were making it much easier and hassle free shopping. Staff was great and has answered all queries and was patience in listening all doubts.

The salesperson is the reason that I made the purchase at this Mattress Firm. She was knowledgeable and took me through all the options while staying within my budget.All was able to give 4 stars because I completed the sale when the sales person was not their and I felt the gentleman tried to nickel and dime me with adding a delivery charge.If the salesperson had not been so good the previous day I would have taken my business elsewhere.

I wish I could remember the lady’s name who helped me . She was very nice and new her stuff about mattresses! I’m one of the many Californians who are moving to the Austin area so of course I come with a California king bed. The mattress in needed wasn’t in stock but will be delivered in a week. I was also able to get a great deal on it as well.

The salesman was very nice, but really annoying and talked wayyyyyy to much. He never stopped talking and insulted my intelligence a few times as though I had never bought a mattress before (I’ve bought 6 from Mattress Firm) and made insinuations that I would be intimidated driving a truck (I have a Class A CDL and have for over 17 years). I don’t think he was rude intentionally at all, but he should speak wayyyy less to customers. I wanted to get out of there so quickly!

Beware, salesperson Gil lies. Called the store and said I needed a king size foundation today. He said they had what I needed in stock at the warehouse and available for same day pickup, so he worked up the deal, emailed it to me, and I paid it. I took off work, bought tie-downs, drove down to the warehouse, even paid some tolls to get there. Turns out he had put the order in someone else’s name, and the product was back ordered for two weeks. Another girl in the office said “lemme guess, it was Gil?” Apparently he does this often. I called the store, Gil was unapologetic, said I wanted a refund, he said okay and hung up. I purchased a mattress from MattressFirm last month, but will also be returning it as well thanks to Gil.

Gil was very educating and helped find the perfect mattress for us!! By far the best experience we have had buying a new mattress and 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Andrew was an absolute gem! I came in with no clue of what I wanted, Andrew talked me through my sleep preferences, found me the right bed and got it for me at a great price. This process took about 2 months, not by any fault of his, but he was diligent in checking almost daily for me to find me the right mattress in my price range. I couldnt speak higher of him and the team. In a time where I probably could of become an annoying customer, I treated with grace and professionalism. Great experience. Gilbert was a pleasure to work with. He took great care in listening and asking about my sleep. He pulled down several beds by himself, showed a pleasant and kind manner. Made me smile several times, I was kind of down. I just got hail damage to my car an hour before but I had to go get a bed, it had been 7 weeks without one from the Texas winter storm so I had a lot on my mind. Nate was so friendly and made me and my daughter feel comfortable. I came back to this store specifically to deal with him and instead got Teddy. Then Teddy was so nice! He was so knowledgeable. I told him about the deals I found elsewhere and he did his research and got me such an awesome deal on an adjustable bed and kingsdown mattress. I shopped around at Factory Mattress(blah..read my review for them), mattress one (Dom was awesome and sweet and made me feel so comfortable, and could get me an awesome deal..but didn’t have the perfect mattress for me), rooms to go(which had buy one get one free), and sleep number. Teddy spend so much time the THIRD time I went back and he really helped me decide but without pressure. We even talked about our families, which made me feel even more comfortable. He had several customers come in while working with me and made sure to come back in focus on my needs. I felt bad for him because he was the only one working and the lady after me was getting so annoyed. Teddy made sure to give credit to Nate since he’s the reason I came back a second time. Slade did a great job listening to me as I explained the type of twin bed mattresses I wanted for a guest room. He patiently answered my questions and threw a variety of mattresses down for me to try so I would be able to consider all options in quality and price. He did an excellent job with paper work, scheduling delivery and waiting patiently for me to check competitors pricing. Big box stores might have more competitive prices unless Mattress Firm is running a discounted special.

Walked into Mattress Firm with high hopes of buying a mattress and base to prepare for my postpartum healing. My husband and I met a great sales representative Nathanial Close who listened and valued everything we were looking for!! I had my mind set on just a regular adjustable base and He was able to provide Scientific evidence as to why we should go for a base with multiple functions to get better sleep. He is educated regarding sleep and was able to help us learn a thing or two on sleep and rejuvenation. This is what makes a great sales man ! I high recommend Nathanial to anyone who visits. I had a great visit and was able to get my bed the next day as well.

Went in for a inexpensive guest bedroom mattress and left with a new mattress for my room. Chris was awesome and very knowledgeable on the different mattresses available!!

Customer service was excellent at the store. Not so much when we picked up the mattress. Checkin was fine but when we drove to the back to pick up the mattress there were several young men in work shirts inside the gate drinking beer with some more guys and kicking a soccer ball. We had to dodge them to get to the appointed spot to pick up the mattress. So surprised to see employees hanging around drinking beer with customers driving through. Very unprofessional. Had my wife gone by herself I don’t know if I would have wanted her to go back there alone.

My husband and I looked at mattresses and found one we liked. We went home that evening to think it over and I went back two days later (yesterday) to purchase it.I was told the price we were quoted was not correct.I was told the salesman who waited on us, Nathan, would call me today to discuss this.Never heard from him all day.I bought a pillow when we were there two days agoand wrote the quoted price of mattress on that receipt. And there’s no way my husband and both misunderstood.The unfortunate thing is that we were going to go ahead and pay the difference because we liked that mattress so much.But no phone call as we were told?My husband and I have had long careers in sales.Tip: When you say you’re going to call someone, do it.No sale.We will buy elsewhere.

Been a while since I bought a bed and went to see my buddy Ed. He took good care of us. I called him and let him know exactly what I wanted and wow, he told me that he had the perfect sleep system for me!! So we went today to check it out and I was still wondering if we could do better but I was wrong. He should me more options , cause I asked, but none were the same. I tried to show my wife some of the other she refused to leave the original bed and took a nap while if finished the transaction. Thank you Ed for a great sales experience.

Scott and Teddy at Mattress Firm Clearance really did a great job.Scott was knowledgeable and took a lot of time to recommend beds that fit me well, across multiple price ranges. I literally ended up with a bed that is more comfortable than anything else Ive ever slept on - and at a price that was surprisingly reasonable for the quality I got.Then, after my initial purchase, I had a mix up (my own fault) and had to exchange my bed. Teddy worked with me to make that process seamless.These guys are honest, motivated, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Honest and easy to deal with. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and tried a few beds, and finally settled on giving the purple bed a go. We also found an adjustable base for just the right price with all the bells and whistles. I would give 5 stars, but I want to see how well the delivery goes as well as how easy or difficult it will be working with Synchrony bank.

Called the store to verify that something was in stock, and the guy took my order instead. Fine. Helping out someone local in this trying time instead of just buying it off the internet sounds good, so why not. 6 phone calls and 4 and a half hours later I still wasnt able to pay because corporate and the store were unable to link up my account to my payment. Do they hate money? This was objectively worse customer service than just using a faceless internet site.

Nice door with a nice selection. The sales reps are friendly, but can be a little salesy. Youre able to try different mattresses and they can give you information about each of style. If youre interested in buying a mattress, but they dont have it at this location they can arrange for you too pick up at the other location.

Great experience. This place came highly recommended by two family members. We were already approved a week prior to coming into the store. Applied for the progressive leasing online. Came into the store Saturday 8/10/19 to test out beds. Patricia was there to help us out. She did the whole speel about each bed we tried out but there was no haggle or upsale approach because we were already set on getting a bed that day, no matter what (with mattress firm or not) Process was fast and simple. She did admit to being fairly new to the position. We were surprised because she did a great job! she was also able to get us next day delivery. As I type this review are bed was just delivered and set up. The delivery guys were in and out in less than 20 minutes, quick and easy. I highly recommend this place.

Got a great deal understanding everything I was getting. Ed was fantastic in the sense that he did not push my budget and was very realistic with the options I had. He even went above and beyond by matching prices from nearby areas so he saved me a lot of time shopping around. Theodore Camat was so nice and helpful with finding mattresses for my two kids and me. Another co-worker even gave my kids cupcakes to munch on while I filled out paperwork! Between that and the LEGO table next to the payment area, I was able to have a stress-free shopping experience with a 3year old and 18month old. Which definitely makes this place a winner!
